Excellent facility. Fresh new coat of white paint on the walls make this place look like a palace. The staff members are very passionate and knowledgeable about fitness. Medium sized weight room. Extra large warehouse style workout area. Therapy room with therapy bed and massage chair available also. CPAT for multiple agencies done here.
