DO NOT USE. Left debris everywhere, including sharp nails and metal pieces. Moved furniture and didnt put anything back. I called and all they offered was $50 off of a $4800 job. THATS IT. They do not care about their customers clearly. Find another company and run away from LeafFilter.

Salesman did a good job explaining how gutter guard worked and answering questions. The installation was performed on schedule and went smoothly. We have noticed a definite improvement in gutter performance when it storms.

Please run as far and as fast as you can from LeafFilter (LF) for the following reasons:1. Their hard sell pitch may very well catch you. Don’t let it. There are plenty of on-line reviews, including on YouTube. Do your homework!2. At a minimum, negotiate with the slick, fast talking, high pressure sales person. He can and will come down in price. MAKE HIM negotiate a lower price, if you decide to proceed. Buyer Beware!3. Listen out for his guarantees of the little things, such as:a. Meticulous cleaning of every gutter on your house to begin the processb. Frequent spacing of screwed in gutter hangars LF uses to replace the ones you already havec. Caulking of every seam that might leakd. Checking and realignment of your gutter pitch to ensure rain always flows to the downspoutse. Screwing in every eyelet of the LF overlays to ensure they stay on!4. Remember, you will be paying a lot of money for the LF product and service. GET YOUR money’s worth.5. Hold LF to the time of service. DEMAND a discount if they are a no show. Which they were with me. Your time is money too!6. Supervise! Supervise! Supervise! Expect LF to cut corners on every item in number 3 above. If you expect not to have to supervise such extensive work at such a high price, DON’T HIRE LEAF FILTER!7. Part of the LF scam is that they subcontract out the work.a. Deniability for LeafFilter on any screw ups!b. Harder to hold LF’s feet to the fire on Guarantee Claimsc. Double the Pricing Pass-Thru. That’s Contracting Scam 101!8. I explicitly told the slick sales person, DO NOT SEND ILLEGAL ALIENS TO MY PROPERTY!a. I buy and hire American Citizens ONLY! Don’t You?b. LeafFilter dances around this issue as immigration law scofflaws to maximize their profits!c. Yet knowingly sent ILLEGAL ALIEN SUBCONTRACTORS to do the job, Against my specific wishes.i. This puts me (you), my property, and my family, at legal and insurance riskii. Is a violation of my specific contractual call out.iii. Is a violation of US immigration law.9. I watched the illegal alien subcontractor like a hawk on number 3 above - which are specific and repeated items on the LeafFilter pitch.a. The gutter hangers were not routinely placed in the difficult and hard to reach gutter segmentsb. The caulking was mostly a quick pass-over with the caulk gunc. A manager came partway through the install and got an earful from me on every complaint listed herei. As expected, his own inspection revealed near total satisfaction with the process in placeii. He insisted one segment be re-caulkediii. He said that excessive caulking would lead to a caulking dam”iv. That last is a ludicrous assertion: the caulk bead should be flattened with a finger or a toolv. LF managerial QA/QC merely cheerleads the illegal subcontractors10. From the very outset, their 800 service and managers avoid all contact with the dissatisfied customer wherever possiblea. This is a theme repeated in ALL online reviewsb. They have a lot of managerial layers - all of whom are well-insulated from the customer, but apparently part of the payment schemec. It probably would have been cheaper to clean my gutters annually than go this exorbitantly expensive route.11. Lessons Learned from my Leaf Filter experience:a. Stay away from LeafFilter!b. Negotiate the Price 20% to 50% lowerc. Demand American Citizen Labor - in the Contractd. Supervise! Supervise! Supervise!

Called for a estimate and the salesman was 40 minutes late. A phone call would have been appreciated.The sales person tells me theyre slammed but expects me to give him 30 minutes for a sales pitch. bye-bye theyre to busy for my business.

The Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the how, why and what (options) for gutter filters/guards. I felt very confident with LeafFilter, the price represented a good value for us and the installers were professional and on time. The entire process from beginning to end was quick and painless-no hassle. Leaves are currently falling and they are not collecting along the gutter line. Mission accomplished, would highly recommend.

LeafFilters installed my new 6 inch gutters on my house. The design of the gutters is outstanding! We have had a couple of huge storms since they were installed and the gutters and guards worked as advertised.

I just had LeafFilter installed by these guys a few days ago. I honestly dont know if this product works or not, but see what I found after they left. Debris, nails, and screws all over my driveway and lawn. It took me two hours to pick up all the debris and I dont know if I have picked them all. The screws almost got to the tires of my car. Just be careful with these guys.

Installation of new gutter protection system including first cleaning the gutters of all leaves and junk. They showed up on time and did a very professional installation job including cleaning up afterwards.

Given all the poor reviews of Leaffilter installation problems on BBB we were very anxious about installation but it was Excellent. Myron was very responsive to our concerns and worked closely with is to make certain everything was to our satisfaction. He explained everything and was careful to install everything so we understood the system and it met our needs. It was an excellent experience and we couldnt have been more pleased thanks to Myron!

TERRIBLE professionalism and horrible prioritization. This company did an absolute horrific job at prioritizing a date to come and work on our gutters that we had their technician look at in August, only to get the job done 3 MONTHS later here in November after struggling EXTREMELY, playing phone tag with a dispatcher, to find a technician with available time to come to our home and fix our issue. Only to be offered a Crumb in discounted savings and told a lien would be put on our home if we did not pay....a slap in the face.... and disgusting ! Should have cancelled and gotten a more reliable company.

Great customer service from estimation to installation. Haven’t had a large rainstorm yet, but expect excellent performance. Really like the fact you don’t even know gutter guards are installed ... preserves aesthetics of home.

Estimator was great but zero follow up from contractor to complete job. Management did not seem interested in trying to help so I had to cancel after waiting for a week with no response. Strongly recommend choosing different company

The team came by and installed them quickly and efficiently. We’ve had several rain storms since then and the gutters are doing great. They even fixed some issues with the old gutters. Definitely would recommend.
