Dr.Nguyen and her team are incredible. I first came to Dr. Nguyen about 2 years ago. I had braces as a teenager and had very negative experiences with my then orthodontist. Fast forward few years, I had completely stopped my follow up dental visits and wearing my retainers, so of course my teeth had shifted. It was then I realized, I desperately needed a dentist I could trust. I first decided to visit a new dentist through a friend’s recommendation. Within couple of visits, I decided the dentist wasn’t right for me because all I kept was getting recommendations for needed treatments.After some intense google browses, I found Dr. Nguyen. I still remember my first visit. I explained my concerns regarding my braces history and my general paranoia regarding “needed” dental treatments. The way Dr. Nguyen explained and answered my questions were the reasons why I decided to trust her. She always explains every procedure/treatment plan. Due to my past experiences, I had sadly become extremely picky about dental services, but Dr. Nguyen changed my perspective. She is very knowledgeable and really takes care of her patients. Equally, her team (Diana, Jennifer, Henry) are always there to help and very professional. There is never a push for getting a treatment. Instead, Dr. Nguyen makes the recommendation, provides clear explanations, and discusses the treatment plan. I am really glad to have found Dr.Nguyen and I am forever grateful that I have a dentist who I completely trust.

The best experience I’ve had when it comes to dentist. I’m normally pretty nervous when it comes to getting work done. I have just had a Root Canal and they scheduled me quickly, saved my tooth and I had relatively no anxiety through out the process! I highly recommend this establishment and they’ll be the only ones I work with.

Dr Nguyen and her staff are wonderful. She a magician with the novocain needle. We all have that part but she’s able to do her job while subjecting you to minimal discomfort. I’m also a huge fan of the fact that they take pictures of your teeth before and after so you know a thorough job was done. See you there. We’ll probably not, but you know what I mean.

Dr Nguyen is professional and friendly. I love that she explains everything to me in detail for my benefit. She made me feel comfortable during treatment-breaks in between treatment to relax my mouth, blanket when I was cold, etc. She’s very patient. She took time to call me the day after the treatment! I visited Paradise Smile of Chantilly for my problem with a large space between my two last molars after my filling chipped. This filling had been replaced several times by 3 other dentist and they couldnt get it right. I am a dentist myself and of course I want the best of the best. I went to Dr. Nguyen because I knew how amazingly skilled she is and I wanted something that would last more than a year due to the size of the old filling. I wanted a ceramic Inlay and I asked my previous 3 dentists for it but they just wanted to give me a quick fix. Dr. Nguyen listened to my request and informed me of every step she was taking. Her injection didnt even hurt and I was so comfortable. She believes in a long lasting solutions. Her office is immaculate and her staff are very nice. This is a family run practice and you can totally tell the difference between her office and a corporate dental practice. They treat you like family. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for a wonderful treatment!

I was shocked by all the machines Dr Nguyen has in her office. Not only that she is the best caring dentist I have been to, her office is the most modern of all dentist offices I had been to. She will explain everything in detail and step by step what she will do. She also takes pictures of each stage so you can see what had been done.

Enjoyable experience. For most people that dont like going to the dentist, the atmosphere there is very relaxing and does not have a feel of a typical dentist office. It is very clean there. As for the dentist Dr Nguyen, she is great and very informative. Very through with her work and effecient. Shes not like other dentists that try to get a bunch of customers in and out as fast as they can to get the most profit as they can. The staff from the front desk and the assistant are wonderful too. I have heard a lot about Dr. Nguyen before and finally I went to see her. She was very kind, listened to my concerns, showed me where my cavities were on the xrays and color pictures taken in my mouth from where the cavities were, after she cleaned them out, and after she filled them up. They look great that I couldnt tell where those fillings were. Shes very detail oriented, and called me the next day to check on me. I love her already, cant wait to see her again.

Best dental experience of my life! No pain, no fear, no problems, no upselling. Dr. Nguyen and each member of her staff has a warm, calming presence that makes it pleasant to go in. I have been this office 3 times because I needed some work done on 3 teeth, and the experience was comfortable and painless each time. I almost went to sleep in the chair once, as the chair was giving me a gentle massage for the whole time. Office is beautiful and clean. Prices are very fair. Also, this is a very honest dental practice: Id been told by a few other practices over the years that I needed work done on twice as many teeth. Dr. Nguyen showed me many photos taken of all those teeth and explained how some are in great shape and likely will not need work done for years to come. She was very attentive to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during the appointment and after it. I feel I received a lot of personalized attention and focus. Although she warned me that I might experience temporary discomfort after the work was done, I had no discomfort. The work she did is top notch quality. My mouth and my bite are both very comfortable now. All the equipment in her office seems very modern and clean. Dentistry doesnt get better than this. I highly suggest taking your kids here so their early experiences of dental care are relaxing, painless, and easy: nobody should be afraid to go to the dentist, especially not this dentist.

It was an emergency situation that my normal dentist couldnt get too for multiple days and Dr. Nquyen got me an appointment just a few hours after I called that same day! She and her staff were simply wonderful to deal with and the work was done in record time. I have now completed 4 sessions with Dr. Nguyen and the staff at Paradise Smiles in Chantilly. In all honesty I had put off a dental visit for awhile after having a bad experience at another dental practice. So it goes without saying that Dr. Nguyen had her work cut out for her.This was the third time I had this crown reinstalled ( by other DDS offices)I wish that Dr. Nguyen did the work the first time. The quality of her work far exceeded that of my previous DDSs and she had a much more deteriorated base to work with. She most recently installed a new crown on another tooth and again I can feel the difference in the quality.I am over 50 years old but she still took the time to explain some basic principles of tooth care. Guess what she taught me the correct technique for flossing. It was an eye opener.I strongly recommend a visit to at least see the difference in quality.

Dr. Nguyen and the staff are very friendly and professional. The Invisalign treatment takes longer than what I was told because I wasn’t quite satisfied after the first phase of the treatment. They were very patient and took the impression for me again and sent it to Invisalign for refinement. Dayana is always so sweet and kind.
