Great service and response. Since being sent home to work remotely, been using personal computer (i-Mac)... older one... and had pushed it apparently too far and needed repair. After discussions and review, Randy took on the job and spent much time trying to make repairs after much time and work helping to thin out old software and apps. He had me back up and pushing out work again... graphics. Top job and friendly service. He is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you very much.

Working with RMAC, Randy, was not only a great customer experience, but now a great professional relationship with any Macintosh products that I own. Randy was prompt, kept really well in touch, and was sure that I was aware of the information loss, along with the costs that would be associated with the care of my computer. Anyone who owns a mac computer knows how big of a pain in the butt working with the “Genius” bar and waiting in a store surrounded by people who primarily only want to play with the new products, generally not real customers. This zoo can be completely avoided by dealing with a great small American business, run by a genuine and professional individual. Five stars, all around, very fair prices. I will be continuing business with Randy for any future computer/network assistance.

I had a 2015 MacBook that wouldn’t boot and Apple tech wanted $450 to diagnose and possible repair was a bad logic board. Randy at RMACS was able to research and do minimal troubleshooting and determine it was a probably a high failure component on the logic board. Randy shared a YouTube video with me that showed a micro-miniature repair tech troubleshooting a problem like mine on a MacBook. This help and recommendation was exactly what I needed. Randy took the time to talk with me multiple times and work on Easter weekend to find out what was wrong with my laptop, and provide alternatives for repair and cost/benefit analysis. This insight, combined with my intrinsic value of the MacBook helped me decide that it was not worth spending the small fortune to fix versus purchasing a new MacBook. These integrated motherboards with built in SSD and power supplies make any component failure very expensive. The Air and older MacBooks are made to be disposable, don’t plan on making repairs for less than $500 . Randy was professional, polite, caring and went out of his way to help me out overEaster weekend during this COVID 19 shutdown when Apple stores are closed and the only Apple support you can get is to mail in your computer and wait for a big bill.Thank you Randy for such great service and working around all the complications caused by COVID19 and a holiday weekend.I will be returning for future help as needed.

It was a Sunday afternoon and I was mid project on a video documentary for a local organization when my edit station, a Mac Book Pro crashed. I tried all of the troubleshooting angles that I knew of, all to no avail. I reached out to Randy by way of a referral from a trusted friend. Randy agreed to see me Monday morning and went right to work on trying to resurrect my machine. I knew that in order to deliver this video documentary on time, I had to get up and running quickly. Randy proceeded through multiple diagnostics and workarounds to get me going again. Nothing worked. RAM chip swaps, clean OS boot, external drive boot, thorough cleaning of the board. Nothing helped. He was able to conclude that if we were to progress further with diagnostics and repairs, it would cost more than the machine was worth. Being a 2011 model machine, I understood. Here is where Randy surpassed all other tech wizards - he offered to provide me short term rental on a machine that could put me back to work. Equipment rental is not what Randy’s business is about. However, he reached above and beyond to help a fellow Mac enthusiast. I am extremely grateful to Randy - first for his perseverance to get my machine back up again, but also for extending a helping hand that is not part of his normal business. If your Apple computer needs work, go see Randy at RMACS. He is straight up and honest, without the high pressure sales pitch that some companies push.

Amazing Results! A few months ago I was having a problem with my business MacBook Pro that I use for my management consulting business. I have to use Windows 10 with all of my software. My problem was with a 3rd party software recommended by the Apple store. I finally had to have Microsoft look at the problem. They fixed part of the problem but I needed some additional help. The Apple store recommended Randy. Randy was able to complete the process and now Im convinced I have a workable laptop and everything is working great! Randy did an excellent job!

Randy is God, he brought my dying Mac Book Pro back to life. You are in good hands at RMac. Thorough explanation of what is wrong. what can or cannot be done, how much time it will take and an honest estimate of what it will cost to fix your Mac.I will continue to use RMac and I recommend you do the same.
