Fantastic customer service, prompt service and reasonable pricing. My Alienware 17 R3 was out of warranty and wouldnt turn on at all. I tried calling some local Computer repair shops but none were available to take a look at it right away.I read some reviews of Om Sai Consulting and spoke with Sachin who was willing to take a look at my laptop the same day. He diagnosed the issue was due bad disk and followed up with me before ordering parts. Sachin did me a huge favor when my computer shut down and would not turn on again. Turned out it was dead and I needed a full replacement. My old computer had a warranty that was recently expired, but he worked with Microsoft to extend the warranty date and get me a replacement for FREE! He let me use one of his computers as a rental which was great. Overall, very satisfied. Great pricing for shipping and the rental. We have a small business and of course our laptops are crucial. So, when one of them started running very slow we were not happy. One of us has some technical knowledge and tried possible solutions we found online, however everything we tried did not seem to help.We searched online for computer repair places and contact them. “Om Sai Computer Repair” was one of them and we were happy with his answers and prices, so we decided to go with Sachin.We explained him that the task manager was showing 100% disk & memory. He took the laptop, ran some diagnostics, and explained to us that the hard drive was dying that we needed to upgrade to an SSD. We gave him the laptop on Wednesday before the 4th of July weekend and he worked on the laptop day and night updating us throughout the process. He ran into some issues due to the terribly slow speed of the laptop. However, Sachin walked us through possible solutions every time he ran into a problem. He returned the laptop to us before the holiday weekend and even helped us with an issue we ran into after he returned.Since we both have the exact same laptops with the same specifications, we decided to take the second laptop to upgrade the disk drive before we run into the same issue again. I am very happy with services rendered by Om Sai when my primary laptop had issues. I went to him to diagnose the keyboard that was missing keystrokes. Sachin (Om Sai) spent time to perform a free diagnosis on a weekend day. He also provided an estimate that allowed me to get the equipment protection to cover the cost of replacement. Finally, when the repair took place, there were unexpected problems with the machine not starting up and Sachin spent many hours trying different options and finally performed a data-backup and full restore of the OS. The machine is now functioning great. It was all covered under the original estimate at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Om Sai for anything to do with computer repair.

Have had my gaming pc for 6 years, been upgrading the parts couple are still old. I had a overheating/crashing problem with my GTX 970. HE had no problem checking the GPU and letting me know about any extra issues that also ran into him. Had the PC back in 1 and a half days, constant communication with me if I had any questions.
