Gregorio was the general contractor who found and led a team to refurbish our house where we had lived for 30 years before we put in on the market to sell it. He used his own discretion to choose what work would sell the house fastest. His work crews refinished our hardwood floors, installed quarter round and crown molding, replaced all the interior doors and an exterior steel door, painted all the walls and ceilings, installed new wall-to-wall carpet, and cleaned the house to a condition more pristine than it had been since we moved into it. He landscaped by removing overgrown bushes and trees, and planting new grass, trees and beautiful flowers everywhere. Before Gregorio, we tried to sell the house for six months. After Gregorios work, the house sold within less than a week!

Gregorio and his crew repaired a large hole in our ceiling which our contractor cut in order to access a leaking bathroom drain. They repaired that so that you can’t even tell anything was wrong, they painted and patched other drywall and painted all three bathrooms. The work was excellent, on time, and very competitive price-wise. They cleaned up very well and were pleasant and professional.Highly recommend.

Gregory and his team worked tirelessly on the outside of my house. They cleaned up my gardens, planted and transplanted plants, mulched, power washed, built a paver path in the back yard, and painted a few shutters and the foundation of my home! Outstanding! Ive hired Gregorio several times and each time he did an excellent job! Inside, he was neat and very conscientious about cleaning my huge expanse of carpet for a very reasonable price and amazingly fast! Outside, Gregorio and his crew dug holes and planted 9 trees (some with REALLY large root balls), 3 small shrubs, mulched around them and spread the extra soil where I needed it. Gregorio and his crew were not at all squeamish about getting dirty and working hard even on that 88-degree day, but they left my driveway clean and dirt-free when they were done. He even rinsed out my wheelbarrow before he put it back! I already have plans to have him come back for my next round of landscaping. I highly recommend All In One!
