My experience was with Ibrahim. My interaction with him has completely changed my outlook on towing companies.The experiences I had other places Ive noticed most people are often times very unprofessional, rude & just money hungry at these type of places. Towing companies usually could careless if your a women with kids on the side of the road stranded or a disabled individual or anything of the sort. You could be stuck right in the middle of the highway at night in pouring rain for all they care, unless your paying them whatever their asking for thats the only time they will get themselves up, hop in their truck and pull up with a nasty attitude smoking a cigarette 2 hours after you called for them.Not this time! IBRAHIM pulled up in a speedy manner and immediately was so helpful! He truly went above & beyond to help us that night! I was stuck on the side of the highway in the rain with my 2 toddlers & an infant. Not only did he save our night, he treated us like we were family!!! I felt like our safety was his main priority. He even made sure to park my car in a spot I wont get towed in the meantime until I can take my car to the mechanic. I dont know what I would have done that night without his help! Beware of this towing company, as they will double charge if you pay by check. They submit your check electronically withdrawing money right away and then re-submit your paper check to bank in effort to collect twice. Basically, Willow Spring towing deals in fraud. Ive made my bank aware of this and will also put in complaint with FTC Consumer Protection, as I am sure this isnt the first time Willow Spring Towing has perpetrated this type of fraud on other unsuspecting customers. So, again, if you pay by check, beware because they will fraudulently submit it twice!!!! I have since talked to them and it seems to be resolved, but again beware and check your account after writing a check to Willow Spring Towing!!!!

One of the tow trucks hit a friend of mine on I-95 by merging into her lane, ruining her only vehicle. This happened Thursday, June 7th, and the company still hasnt done anything about it. She cant make an insurance claim until they do so, but they have been ignoring her and not returning her calls. They refuse to make a claim, even though the tow truck driver was at fault and received a ticket. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PATHETIC BUSINESS! The dispatchers have been nothing but rude to my friend when all shes trying to do is get her vehicle fixed. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional!

I had my company car towed by Willow Spring Towing due to unpaid taxes. It took a week to deal with the tax issue but then my boss had to send in information proving that hes the owner of the business and that he allows me to get the vehicle. I understand that part. But when I went to pick up the vehicle they had detached the axel. When my boss informed the person there that the axel was detached he pretty much said that it was our problem and we needed to get our own mechanic (it was 7pm) and that the workers there were not mechanics. It seems to me they wanted to add another day to my bill. What they did was not right and the first time I have ever experienced with any tow company.

Yesterday when I was on my way to a shop from drill with my unit, my Alternator and battery died on the highway and it cut off on me and I had to put the hazards on and throw out high visibility equipment essentially stranded on the highway. A driver from this company, Mr.Roy, was on his way to a wreck and saw me, he quickly hooked up my car and moved me to an emergency pull off a mile away and gave me his company card to call for tow services. Evidently he came back since the wreck job got cancelled and picked up me and my car and took me to Centreville tire and auto. Great guy, super fun to talk to and informative seeing as we both drive and have towed big rigs just different sectors. Absolutely fantastic gentlemen.

Alex was so quick and incredibly helpful and kind. I was obviously in a situation where my car needed to be towed, so I was in a bad mood... But he made everything simple and fast and friendly. If I could give more stars, I would.

After a very frustrating night of trying to have a tow truck come out and find me, they came in a fraction of the time in a flat bed truck. Brought me to the shop and even took me home down the road right after at 12 30am. A little pricy but honestly worth it to not deal with the other issues. I would use them again for sure.

On one of the worst days of my life, when I totaled my car, Willow Spring was there for me quickly and CHEAPLY. Tim was excellent and completely had my back while I was talking with the police department about the accident. I highly recommend calling this company before doing ANYTHING else if you are ever in a similar emergency.

The best service around the DMV!! Heather answered my call, she was very polite, responsive, and professional as she took critical information needed for the proper size tow truck. She went ahead and dispatched a wrecker as soon as she completed the call. Within an hour Eddie showed up to tow my truck. He was very professional, polite, and extremely educated in proper towing practices! I have used other tow companies in the past and I have seen some drivers get out and scratch their heads for 30 minutes! I am always charged a fair and competitive price when I use Willow Spring Towing. Keep up the great work!!!

Spoke with Kyle and he took the time to explain the price and such. Still seems very high to me, but I understand that is the rate they have with the county and if the county calls you can expect to pay more than if you called them directly. Really bad service. I was told 1 hour to get them here but they did not show up. I called them back they told me that they work with police that’s why accidents are their priority and lady on the phone was really rude. She was like if you don’t like call different company.If it is like that why tell 1 hour then.Basically it is not trust worthy company. Don’t believe them

Despite my not having a car towed, I was hoping that they may have some use parts. They did not have what I needed but they happily steered me in a direction to a location that might have have it. I think his name was Danny, and he referred me to Tiny. Both places were amazing.

Family owned towing company that specializes in recovery. Active in the community and supporting public safety agencies and events. Weve seen them at the Touch-a-Truck events in Fairfax and were really impressed. Their drivers are knowledgeable and friendly. My first call when I need a tow.

Completely unethical. Lied about rates and charge ridiculous fees for towing as they have people in duress. Obviously youre not in a good situation if you have to have your car towed, and these people do everything they can to take advantage of you once you are in that situation.

They take time to help you and work with you

Excellent service at a fair price. My truck broke down (lost the front right wheel) at 2 am. Willow Spring was there within the hour. What impressed me so much was the trouble that Tim went to to extract my truck from a difficult place, using a lot of ingenuity to get my pick-up sakely onto the bed of his truck. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. Its great to know that there are towing services that are prompt efficient, friendly and fair priced still out there!! Thanks guys!!

They are rude they dont know a thing about CUSTOMER SERVICE. One employe is sitting there with ripped pants. Their talking tone was like they were scolding me, and they were doing a favor upon me.Highly disappointed and will not recommend anyone to use their service even if they are the last towing company left in this EARTH.

My wife had a problem with her car, the police assisted her to pull the car over on the side of the road. The police were great assisting her to try and find someone to get and repair the car or He could call a towing company. So the Officer called and this company came my wife told the guy I would return in the morning to get the car and asked how much,.He told her $200. She texted me and I told her to go ahead and let him tow the car. We called when I return in the morning approximately 930am Wednesday Oct 24 and they told me $345. The problem is this is unethical. I feel the guy lied directly to my wife because she is a woman and took advantage of her. It isnt about the cost but the fact they lied. When I brought it to their attention the gentleman on the phone was hostile to almost threatening me. Just be honest we still would have had you take the car but the problem is we were lied to and if you lie about something as small as that what other things are you being unethical about.

I got an accident on i-66 highway and the police officer called willow springs tow truck. They charged me 1155$ for six days which is way too much and they were very rude BE CAREFUL FROM THIS TOWING COMPANY. THIS SHOULD EVEN BE ONE STAR IT SHOULD ZERO STARS.

Dont let them near your motorcycle. Jose had no idea how to tie down my FZ1 with a flat rear tire. It fell over on the flatbed causing a lot of minor damage. Willow springs refused to take any responsibility whatsoever.

Watch these guys, my wife was in an accident and they came to take the car to springfield location exactly 9 miles from the accident location and we had no choice and they charged me $350 (3 times more than average) because I was a captured customer .they take advantage of the situations. be careful.

Willow Springs impounded our truck on Saturday night, when we showed up yesterday to pick it up they had left the igination on the battery was completely dead they did jump it for us to get it started however we go to leave to go to work today battery completely dead... this is the two truck drivers faught and there is nothing they will do about it. They said if we were local they would come jump us at our expense... what a joke

The worse towing company on the planet. They have no understandings what so ever. All they care about is their own pocket. They wouldnt let me go to my own vehicle to get my Personal belongings. So what they do, they call the Fairfax county police.. What a nightmare...

Dont even bother. Unprofessional at best. Customer service has no where to go but up. Didnt even make it to giving my address before i hung up. The guy who answered the call seemed as if i was disturbing him and had 0 interest in my business.

Put a lien on the car as soon as it arrived to the shop from an accident. Extremely high storage fees. Terrible customer service. AVOID this place unless you want to get a letter from the state about a lien on your car! They may show up fast but you will pay the price for that later I promise!

Absolutely awful company. I was in an accident and while Willow springs arrived in a timely manner to the scene, when I went to retrieve some items from my care the next business day the man at the front counter was very rude. While I was trying to talk to him he was watching tv and didnt look at me once. After he got the paperwork for me to sign I had to call my mom to get her okay on moving the car and he was very rude to her as well. Once I was able to get to my car the lot was scattered with pieces of cars surrounding my own without a car with it. I had to step over and manuver to get stuff out of my car. When all was said and done I thanked them and told them where I had left the key and promptly left. I will never use this towing company If I can avoid it. The only reason for the one star is because of how fast they were able to get to the scene of my accident and because they have the cutest malinois shepherds. They even kept my car two extra days after telling me it would be heading to the body shop the next morning because they wanted to get all the money they could from my insurance agency. They are very rude and would not EVER use them again.

These people are extortionists and scam artist. There prices even exceed v.a state code. When you go to get your car tell them to scan your i.d and you would like to envoke Lien status. And for them to send u a bill. They legally have to, will deny it. But just call an officer and they will take a while cause its a non emergency... but they have to enforce the law...

My (2) experiences have been beyond awful. Worst towing company on the planet? I dont know because I havent used all of them but I can say they are crooks. They have a sweetheart arrangement w/the State Police so any call begins w/a $270 charge and mileage and a dubious, admin fee added on.

I had the worst experience ever here!! One of the tow people through trash at my car and laughed and ran away like it was a joke or dare!! Then he blocked me in!! Worst tow place in the world!!

Operator is incredibly rude, they charge excessive storage fees at 75 a day then after 3 days 150 a day, if you ask to many questions they cut you off and hang up on you

I have yet to receive my LEXUS IS 250 KEY for my vehicle when towed. They claimed it was left in my vehicle, when in fact my car would of detected it. I will be filing charges against them since they have failed to pay or return my $800 key. I have heard that this towing company steals your belongings and claim to not doing so.
