Rob and his crew are the best! They are very honest and wont try to sell you any service that you dont need. They will tell you what is urgent and what is not. I had both of my cars serviced here for brakes and other components. Service was outstanding and so was the price. The combination of those two earned my trust at Nelsons. Nelsons Automotive Repair is my go-to for all of my auto repair needs. My brother and I have going to Nelsons since they began and dont plan to go anywhere else. They are honest, friendly, trustworthy, and just plain good people who care about you and your vehicle. They consider your time and your needs to get back on road again.Recently, they diagnosed my MDX with several switch failures and were honest about not only cost but how much they cared about getting me on the road so I could get my car back.They also diagnosed a part that the dealer sold me the car said they had replaced. Thats why I dont trust taking my car to dealers. I only take my car to Nelsons. I have many more stories to share about my wonderful experiences at Nelsons but they come to say that I only trust taking my vehicles to Nelsons Auto Repair. Dont think about it, just go.

I took my car to Nelson, after Goodyear auto workshop and another auto body shop could not pull out my old licence plates. Rob drilled the screws and got the old licence plates out and put in new ones within 15 minutes of getting to the workshop without an appointment. Rob and Chris at Customer service were awesome. My car broke while I was out of town and Nelsons got me back on the road in no time. Excellent communication: they called as soon as they diagnosed the problem with an estimate and expected time of completion, called to update me that there would be a slight delay due, and called as soon as it was ready. The total bill was very reasonable and even a few bucks less than the original phone estimate.I;ve worked in the automotive industry and dealt with a lot of shops, Nelsons is one of the good ones.

I did a pre purchase inspection with them for a car we purchased from (Shell Motors) they are very honest, upfront and very professional! I highly recommend them.

No BS and good service

Rob is a really good guy and understands that most folks are on a fixed budget. He is honest and tells what I can and cannot live without for my car repairs. It is GREAT to find that they are still some honest shops out there that give you great service and dont attempt to rip you off!! I have thrown their name around to everyone I know. Very honest mechanics. Will not charge you for something you don’t need. Hourly rate is exceptionally reasonable. This will definatley be my go to place the next time I need work done on my vehicle.

This place is awesome. Excellent customer service and car service that you can trust. To give you an example, I recently had a ~$4,000 estimate from another place (much of it filled with BS repairs) and needed Nelsons 2nd opinion. They took care of the essential problems for $150 (other place had me at $800). Great service and trustworthiness are my biggest factors. No less than 5 stars here.

Had them install new tires, do an alignment, and install my cat-back exhaust and they were quick, efficient and super decent on the price. They even fixed my TPMS indicator and I didnt ask about it. They also let me take pics of the before and after which was very important to me. 100% going again and this is my final stop for mechanics.
