I never have written a review for any business until now. If you are looking for someone to repair your appliances, you need to hire Sam and Krrish. You will not regret it.I had a leaky dishwasher and tried to take care of the leak myself by replacing the gasket. It still leaked anyway, so it was time to seek professional help. The only thing I encountered in trying to find someone to fix the leak was frustration. One company couldn’t send anyone for two weeks and another said they will send a technician the next day, only to not show up. I waited for three hours and nothing, not even an explanation of why they never showed.I decided to call a small business and take my chances. Krrish showed up when he said he would. He even called to say he was on the way. He spent about 15 minutes examining the dishwasher and taking it apart a bit. His conclusion was the dishwasher was misaligned and he realigned it. He did show me how it was on a slant. Then he did something that I never expected. He said that I did half the job by replacing the gasket myself and that there is no charge. I insisted on paying his service fee for coming out and he refused. He even followed up with me twice to check if the dishwasher is still leaking. It is not.It is rare to find honest, dependable, and just plain decency out there these days. You will find it in Sam and Krrish. They will be my “go to” people any time I need an appliance repaired.

Sam is a pro with a positive attitude. He is both smart and knowledgeable about the products he repairs. My ice maker broke down and the repair person who was called had no idea how to fix it. It took Sam about three minutes to diagnose and repair it. Fair prices, too!

Sam was fantastic! I called him to come fix my Kenmore dryer which was stopping mid cycle. Sam was very thorough, detail oriented, punctual, polite, professional and communicative. Our refrigerator went out and we decided to go with Sam and Krrish because of the great reviews we saw on Google. We called and Sam was able to come out the same day to take a look and figure out what the problem was. He was extremely professional and kind, even with our energized puppy dog who was barking the entire time! The fan on our fridge was out and Sam was able to order all the parts needed to fix it and called as soon as the parts were ready and arrived within 15 minutes to fix it. The repair did not take long at all and the problem was gone. He explained to us what the problem was and how he was fixing it every step of the way. He gave us tips on how to upkeep the fridge as well. The price was fair and after the service he followed up with us to see how the fridge was doing. Hey Guys!!!! My washer was making a loud sound last week and wasnt spinning. I nervously called a bunch of recommended companies on here. But none could beat these Guys . Sam was very reasonably priced (service call fee can go towards repair fee), professional, as well as personable. He had me text pics and video, and was able to diagnose my problem before even coming out. He is my GO TO guy moving forward. Most importantly I trusted him and his knowledge of my appliances.

Sam is a very talented professional. I called him to check our fridge as the water dispenser wasnt working. He asked for some information relating to the issue and a model number over the phone and then he came prepared to fix the fridge. He was in and out in about 25 minutes.

Our dryer broke, they were very responsive and got here in 30 minutes. Came in and evaluated the dryer and noticed it had a couple different issues, he had all the parts to do the job the same day and had the dryer fixed within 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company if you have appliances that need work!

Sam has been repairing our appliances for years. He is incredibly kind, dedicated and fair. He is always sure to see that the repair has fixed the issue and we are happy with the job. We trust him so much, we just leave the door open for him so he can come in without us home. He has become a true friend! He wishes us well throughout the year, brings us the most amazing Indian food, shares pictures and stories of his family, etc. Sam’s smile is infectious!
