Let us floor you installed our whole house with LVP floors and we cannot love them more! The service from start to finish was excellent and the floors look amazing! We get compliments on it every time someone walks into our home. We highly recommend them and will be going back later this year for a countertop installation as well! We had Let Us Floor You install a backsplash last month and were very pleased with the quality of work. This week, they installed Vinyl Floors. From day one, Steve and his crew of 5-6 guys came in at 6:45am and started working immediately .They have a great system. They are all very courteous and professional. The quality of work is absolutely top notch. The transformation of our floors is phenomenal. We absolutely love the new fresh look. Let us floor you has done a fantastic job and it was a pleasure having them install our floors. Alicia, the store manager is very knowledgeable on all the products and services they provide and does not disappoint. She is definitely on top of things. To top it all off, the job was done ahead of schedule which worked out perfect for us.Looking forward to having them.do the counter tops next.

From start to finish, LUFU was professional and responsible. Justin and the install team want to address any concerns and questions you have in a timely manner.Only recommendation is that they get online bill pay available in their system and they need to put canvas tarp over the areas they walk on but not replacing. They did not, and left some stains on carpeting. However, they took responsibility and paid for carpet cleaning. Highly recommend.

We just had porcelain plank tile installed and it looks great. They had to demo our old ceramic floor and then reinstall the new, it was about 1000 sq.ft. Alicia was very easy to work with and they showed up on the scheduled date as promised. I would highly recommend using this company.

Terrible experience with Let Us Floor You. Although very nice, they dont accommodate their customers very well. There communication was the worst and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I had two friends that I had recommended them to in the beginning and after sharing our experience with them and how the company handled it, they cancelled their services with them. We ended up not having a bathroom for over 3 weeks, and our bathroom is not big. They would call off last minute on days they told us they would be there, after we took off work to be at the house. Late at least 2/3 hours every day that they did show up, and wouldnt even call to let you know. They way over ordered on all the tile and then when we told them how much we had left they make excuses for why that is. They didnt notate everything we asked in the beginning and then would blame us for the delay because they just now are finding out. They didnt communicate with the tile guy colors or design, we had to be there to ensure he knew what to do. Lastly, they asked for payment when the job wasnt even completed. But of course they didnt know that because they dont communicate with each other very well. We have hired a lot of contractors to do work in our home and we completely understand that things can go wrong or be delayed, but the way they handled it was completely unprofessional. I would never want anyone to go through what we did and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Very professional company. My mother and I both had our floors done and we couldnt be more pleased. Price, the time it took from start to finish, the installers were professional and so was the office gal Alicia. Our service and experience was top notch. One of the things that made me go with them is their knowledge of the product, they took my call and always got me my answers right away, communication was key and the fact that they are family owned and operated, no outside middleman to deal with so because its family operated, they seemed to take pride in their work and company which says alot to me and the fact that during these crazy times with Covid, all small businesses can use the extra help to stay in business and I am happy to have helped them too. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone as our floors look absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤

Just had the carpet in our home replaced last week and we are so happy with the work and the carpet! From getting a measurement, picking carpet, getting a quote and scheduling Justin was wonderful!
