Living in Canada I was happy to see you are now shipping internationally. I ordered the SW-2000 system and have been very pleased with the results so far. The ordering process was straightforward and tracking via UPS resulted in prompt delivery for a cross border shipment. The shipping and duty costs added to the total but that is the price you pay for international products.I successfully installed and calibrated the unit following the detailed instruction manual. Over the following few days I was able to connect with a couple of weather services and as of today my smart irrigation controller now uses MY local weather!I had the opportunity to email Ambient support regarding an imperial vs metric adjustment and was pleased with the prompt reply.Very pleased so far.

This company is the BEST!! In February 2019 I ordered a Fischer banjo style barometer to replace a very old barometer that stopped working. The Fischer is very accurate and absolutely gorgeous! The lady who took my phone order was kind and professional. After my barometer arrived I had one question and John took my call. He was also helpful, kind and professional. The product is GREAT!!!! The company, not so much. OVERPRICED shipping, absolute rip off. Rude support staff. Uncaring and indifferent. Such a shame to have a great product but to run the business so poorly. This is an example of a business who refuses to change with the times. I was told they have done things like this for 15 years and dont plan to ever review outdated policy.

Buyer beware! This company doesnt stand by its products! I had to buy a spa thermometer 5 times in 2 yrs. They dont even stand by their warranty. They insist on you paying shipping instead of covering it following the Amazon Prime agreement for defective products! Customer support doesnt care! I replaced the thermometer with a Phin because they stand by their product. There are lots of other brands for temp reading.
