Worst attitude I have ever experienced. Snide comments made to customers which insults our intelligence are absolutely not what makes for good business practice. This was my first time at this location and it will be my last. Every other location I have ever been to have better service on their worst days than this one demonstrated today.

I love this store! The Customer service is amazing, they go above and beyond to serve. The water is very good and as far as I can tell they have the best prices around. We love the ice cream and I am very happy with Water and Ice.

Bought Thrifty (rocky road) ice cream at this store and it had freezer burn as soon I opened the seal. Be careful! Told the owner and they said nobody else complained. To be fair, they replaced it, but again it was freezer burned.

Great place for good water!!, it disturbs me that there is a glacier water vending machine literally 15 feet from his front entrance and people still get there water there sometimes.... who knows when glacier cleaned out the filters (I know it says when last maintained but I aint buying it) support a small business!!! Friendly people as well

Have been going to this place for 6 years. Recently sold to new owners and not impressed. Owner argued with my kids about requested shaved ice flavor, rude! Wont be going back!

I freaking love this place and the owners are super nice. They make small talk and seem to genuinely care about making your day just a little better than it was. Their thrifty Ive cream is da bomb son. I always enjoy the cake batter, birthday cake and Krazy kolor Ive cream.

At our store we have Two large signs that state..NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALL SALES FINAL...Also we explain to every customer how to use a easy load... if your cooler is full of water to the top the easy load will Waite till the cooler is lower to release the water from the bottle... I

Family-owned, very friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of frozen treats, beverages, and candy. Several water stations to refill water containers.

Horrible place. The “blizzard” was liquid and came with a straw. The soda was no. Carbonated and when asked about it, they tasted it and said it was fine.

Best hit fudge banana split in the valley and the owners are delightful!! This is our place to go for ice cream!

I am new to reviews on Google, but it seems like some people, *destiny*, just have no real concept of quality. Water & Ice serves actual ice cream, not that plastic foam fast food places sell. I get what some other reviews say, but this is a local watering hole! Cherish this place!

Bought a east load reusable cap and it did work right . Went to take it back and he told me oh well no refunds and no exchanges. The lady that sold it to me never told me I couldnt take it back if it didnt work I am very disappointed In The Customer service there

Rude. The guy actually raised his voice and snapped at my kid because she wasnt paying attention when he was handing her cone to her. 1. Shes short (couldnt see over the cone display). 2. She was distracted by said cone display and 3. Shes a freakin kid. Were sticking to the froyo place next door.

We come to this location on a regular and are always happy with the service by the teenage kids but today we went and the owner helped us not to impressed I bought 5 Hawaiian Ice and she but very little syrup and when we asked for more she charged us .50 each..This is the first time I have been charged extra for extra flavorings.Flavoring is watered down.
