The employees here are wonderful. They helped me with my sewing machine and got it sent out to service. They even offered to help me learn how to use my machine since I explained Im quite a novice. Overall they are kind and knowledgeable. Ill definitely be taking my machine here again for any servicing.

Called because I had two sewing machines that both needed a bit of work. I hated to just throw them away. So wanted to just donate to someone that could fix em and sell em. The lady that answered the phone was rude and made fun of me for what I was trying to do.

Great selection of fabrics, sewing/ quilting machines, and notions. The staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. A variety of classes are available ( when Covid restrictions are lifted). They also do repairs/ servicing.

Called during the pandemic with a questions about a late 1800s White Sewing Machine and though they weren’t able to help me directly, they gave me information to a person who could. Very awesome! So much more than we expected. Thank you!!!

Amazing store, had bins of parts.. replcement feet etc. Their fabric selection was the most Ive ever seen.

Needed fabric for baby receiving blankets..Always like going to a fabric store or sewing machines also.
