I have brief involvement with them yesterday and today.They treat their rental customers HORRIBLE.They a have complete disregard for the leaseholders and their dogs.Apparently the older woman whom works for them has issues with dogs !I would never recommend them to Anyone, EVER !If you see their sign, run the other direction. Curt and rude !Truly and thoroughly discussed !

I would recommend not working with this group. They are curt, short and rude when interacting with people. Not worth your time. Look elsewhere.

This team is friendly, hardworking and even during this pandemic helped me find an amazing property.

Renter beware, they wanted us to sign lease with obvious falsified info and withdrew lease offer when we asked why. Run from them, they are shady. My guess is they will blame you for everything. We are sending the paperwork to local associations and housing departments for review.I am thankful we read the paperwork and asked why the lease said no cracks in walls found, yet a giant crack in living room and we asked them if it would be fix they said no. Other numerous lies and contradictions we were told and changed.So happy not to be dealing with them.

My husband and I worked with Cory Whyte to sell our old house and buy a new one. He always answered any communication immediately, found us an amazing house, and sold our old house in about 3 days (with 12 offers!). We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better situation. We will definitely use Cory in the future, and would recommend him to anybody looking for a realtor!

The rental company office staff are friendly, application process is very easy.

I have had some bad experiences with property management companies in the past. I almost always rent directly from an owner but I wasn’t able to find a house in time and was forced to use a property management company for the first time in 5+ years. I have to say that my experiance with Ryan Rentals has been absolutely game changing for me. They are amazing. They are super friendly, patient, responsive, extremely easy to work with and they go out of their way to make sure that anything needing doing gets done. My AC went out during the summer and every repair company was booked solid for several days and they immediately put me and my fiancé up into a hotel (which they paid for) until the AC was fixed 2 days later. Every single issue I’ve had they respond to immediately. The owners of the house love abroad and travel a lot so dealing directly with the owners would be difficult. Ryan Rentals and their team are always available even for the smallest things regardless of the owners availability. Because of my experiance with this property management company I no longer have the same attitude I did about renting through property management companies. These guys are always on top of their game and are a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to rent in and around Phoenix. Seriously A++++ rating for these guys!
