Switching to have him as our realtor was the BEST decision we made in our house buying process - he made it an extremely smooth process. In our initial appointment with him he was extremely professional: he walked us through all of the steps of the home buying process, he wanted to get to know US as well as what we were looking for in a home, and he made us feel so relaxed and comfortable (something we hadnt felt until that point). When we went to tour our first house, he provided so much information about the home - it was as if he had been there 50 times already. Having him explain both the PROs and the CONs of each home made it really easy for us to trust him.Working with Jared was the perfect balance of professionalism while still feeling like you were trusting a good friends opinion.
