So thankful we found Pongratz! Charlie took the time to understand the issues my husband was having with his current prothesis. His new prothesis is perfect and he can now go for long walks again. Everyone was kind and friendly. We highly recommend.

Front Office Staff and Javier has no concept of rendering customer service satisfaction. Dont waste your time. They will take your money to include enticing you to try other products that your doctor didnt recommend. Piss poor staff attitude towards patients

Javi did an amazing job working with my son who had plagiocephaly. My son was on the severe side, and today his head looks amazing. Very thankful to have found pongratz. Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrible!! I had gone to the Doctor many times, got prescription for new leg, notes sent over by Doctor and PA and Deminy nor Charlie could submit the information asked by the insurance, but then pointed the finger to someone else! If they dont make money on the item then they will only talk you into what they want to sell you even if its not good. They also will charge you for items that are not needed and if you dont take them they sale to others. Horrible horrible customer service and Deminy cant tell the truth to save her life. Sad that its not about the patient, but about their pocket book!! Joe the owner does not take care of the problems either!! Dont go there!

Worst care provider I have ever dealt with. Had 2 - 3 way calls with myself, Promgratz and doctors office to confirm insurance coverage and where brace information is to be sent for approval. It did not happen.Pomgratz never sent info to insurance company for approval, instead said they sent it faxed it back to Dr. for approval. Doctor office and care system (Hummana) they are part of cannot find the info in their system. Pomgratz then told me they could not tell me where it was sent, becuase there system was down. A week later and Hummana cannot find p;recommendation for brace and Pomgratz now says they e-mailed, but could not confirm e-mail address sent to. 2 times before appt talked to Pomgratz and when I showed up for my appt if they have gotten their approval with insurance - again they said yes. So had my appointment and measured for brace and determine most appropriate brace for my injury. Then they told me 7-10 days for approval which seemed odd if they already had been preapproved for service and provided the proper insurance company FAX number to send too for a 48 hr response. (This is 80/20 plan, so Ins knows what my 20 % payment is for payment to Pomgratz and what amount Ins will pay Pomgratz. Long story short, worst customer service and worst responses or no responses back from Pomgratz in a timely manner.. My recommendation is to avoid Pomgratz if at all possible - not a good company to work with - they cant even handle the most simple instructions or properly answer the questions before or after the initial service. Looks like a 6-8 week process to get an urgently needed brace through Pomgratz. I think I will be better off cancelling Pomgratz as the insurance approved provider and find another. I have also put in complaints with Ins carrier AND Hummana health system to not contract with them due to very very poor service and follow through. Dr wrote prescription May 20 - Pomgratz office visit May 28 and now is June 5 - and @ best another month or more to get Pomgratz ready to install/fit brace for me. Its not a custom brace, just adjustable for my body size and particular injury. They are off the self items for the manufacturer, all the delay and hold up is due to Pomgratz, front office procedures and the run around I got before and after the appointment.

Front office staff very rude and unwelcoming. No information given about insurance coverage. Waited in the room for over 30 minutes and I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. Poor customer service in person and on the phone. No recommendations for this practice.
