They were great up until they want to charge their mail service customers $9.00 per day for them to notify you that the mail is in for the day. That could be $180 per month alone on average to simply know the mail is there, which is on par with the monthly service rental fee. Are you kidding me????? That means they would rather put the inconvenience on their customers and have them possibly make extra trips if the mail isnt there by the time they go get it, then figure out a cost effective email blast solution to communicate a message that the majority of their mail clients want to hear. So much for great customer service!!!!!!
Ive been at this location for the past 18 months and have had a wonderful experience! Nicole and Angie are the nicest front desk people you could ever hope for, and they always go out of their way to help me out when needed! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to office out of!
This is our third, and most recent, Regus location and the outstanding experience continues. Susan, the center manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me with questions prior to our move-in. Once completed, Jessica made sure that our move-in went extremely smooth - even providing us our keys a few days before the start of our contract! This simple gesture made the entire process even easier! I highly recommend Regus and this location any time I can!
I visited this office while looking for an office space to move my small business into. Manager Brian Gabell attempted to pressure me into a lease and was very condescending. These offices are less than 100 sq ft, basically the size of a broom closet, and extremely overpriced. There are literally hundreds of office spaces in the area cheaper and better maintained than this dump.I wouldnt use Regus if my life depended on it and am writing this review to warn everyone about the dirty tactics Brian uses to try to lock people into contracts. He is a liar, a thief, and I wouldnt trust him as far as I can throw him.Do not lease an office here. Go anywhere else except Regus, and I promise youll be much happier.To give you an idea, a typical room in a house is 10x11 or so, give or take a few square feet. These offices are half that size, maybe as large as 3/4 the size. Youll be paying $7-$8 per sq ft, which is about 5-8x the typical rent youd pay for a much larger office.For the $700/month Regus charges for a broom closet, you can get a full service lease that includes everything but Internet on a 500-1000 sq ft office or 1000-1500 sq ft warehouse. Adding Internet charges on top of that is perfectly acceptable.Do not listen to any lies you hear from any Regus sales reps, as Ive seen these offices personally, and theyre unacceptable and overpriced.
Not recommended. Not only did the staff (Angie) not finalize my business account she sold the name marquee she agreed to add to my account to someone else. Unprofessional business environment.

No one has responded back to our invoicing questions, support has been unhelpful and not good customer service.
Regus is a great small business partner.
