This is fantastic. These shirts had old dirt. I always could not make them clean.Now they looks new shirts now.The most amazing point is the shirts are in box for 3months with that dirt. Becaus we moved from GA to AZ. The long distance moving company hold our stuff that long time for their schedule.Honestly, I didnt expect these shirts can be cleaned. But Fresh Cleaners done excellent job. Thank you!!!

The owner is very very unprofessional towards her workers. She is EXTREMELY rude. I went to go pick up my clothes one day and in front of my children and I ...she started yelling at one of her worker for making a simple mistake. By the way Her worker had apologized and made her corrections before the owner came along. I just thought it was way too much. This made me very upset. From what I’ve seen her workers are friendly and always doing their work. She should treat her workers better because by the end of the day they are the ones that make the customers happy.

I always bring my clothes here for dry cleaning and they do a stellar job. My clothes always come back feeling clean and are ready to be worn straight out of the bags. While prices are fairly high for dry cleaning, you are definitely getting your moneys worth here. If you value your health and the environment you should definitely be coming here.

Horrible Service!!! I brought my very expensive dress to get dry cleaned here. I picked up the dress on the day scheduled, I was then told by staff that my dress had a stain. My dress never had a stain when I brought it in, it was just for dry cleaning. I requested to see MY dress the could not show me my dress. They told me to come back the next day, I did. I asked staff about the stain staff informed me he was wrong and there was no stain. I absolutely did not fall for this, I revised my dress and there were 2 stains on my dress I requested an explaination. He refused to explain and stated there was no stain. There were to blue stains on the back of my white dress!!! I was absolutely furious,paid and left!! I would not recommend this place to no one, staff obviously don’t know what they are doing, lie and can not explain their mistakes. Now I am stuck with needing a new dress for my occasion .

They did really awesome in getting the stains out of my dress. It was a little rough getting the price down but after that I was immensely satisfied! I had a HUGE stain on the back and it was completely gone afterwards.

My experience here was top of the line. Brought a bridesmaids dress to bring up the hem & in the sides of a satin material, with one fitting they took measurements in less than 5 or 10 minutes & was ready for pick up within less than a week. Stitching was perfect & price the most competitive I could find in the Chandler area. Would recommend for alterations any day.

In good conscience I could not recommend this cleaner. They absolutely destroyed a $200 suede jacket and did not take any accountability until I had to press the issue. A lot of time was wasted just to get a refund for the service (which they were resistant to give), I even showed them how they can file a max insurance claim up to $100 which would have been satisfactory, but they didnt even want to do that. If you want to bring your expensive items to have them destroyed and pay for it, then this is the place for you.

The staff at Fresh Cleaners is always friendly and helpful. Ive only experienced one issue during my two years of visiting this business and they reimbursed me for the cost of the garment. Again, great people and a great shop.

I am new to the area and was so happy to find a quality dry cleaners within walking distance to my house however on my third and fourth visits (both $75+) I was treated so poorly I will not be returning. The girl at the counter, Kellie, looked like she was high out if her mind and treated me as if my business was a complete annoyance. I can not think of any other instance where I was treated so poorly in a business setting, or any for that matter. It is really a shame because they are locally owner and do great work but I refuse to pay to be treated like garbage. Hopefully the owners will rid themselves of this problem if so I will gladly return, I just hope shes not a relative.

They messed up an expensive garment and did not want to be held responsible for it. I asked for a refund of what I paid to have it serviced, but the man I spoke to refused. We both argued and yes he yelled back at me in front of my child. He was very demeaning and has no respect for his customers. You should be ashamed of yourself. You guys are just greedy. Oh, and yes I ended up giving my garment away to charity, but it deserved to be thrown away!

I have not been back since they charged me $10 buck for the string to sow my pocket, I get labor but $10 bucks!!! When i asked for the justification of pricing, she stated thats what I get charged, terrible answer which is a reflection of the service, Its sucks because i am a supporter of local businesses

Im impressed. Ive always used perc cleaners and was pleasantly surprised at the cleaning quality from this cleaners solvent. Best green cleaner Ive been to so far.Pros:• Good dry cleaning at a reasonable price (compared to other green cleaners). I frequently clean my suit there for $8.25.• Competitive pricing. They agreed to change the price of pants after some haggling.• The front desk and customer service is stellar. The oriental guy always remembers me by name and has my order ready when I walk in.• They do all work in-house. I had a grievance with the press job and they had the garment ready within half a minute free of charge.• Good turn around rates. I came in a few hours early and my garments were ready on multiple occasions. Typically, you can expect garments to be done the day you drop them off.• Clothes dont smell as bad compared to some other green cleaners. Smells significantly less offensive compared to perc cleaners.• I work within the same shopping complex so its quick and easy.Cons:• Most of their dry cleaning is expensive compared to perc dry cleaners (Perc: $2.75 per piece vs $5+ for most items).• Alterations take longer than specified. Had two pairs of hems come in two days after the requested time.All in all, a good dry cleaning business. Ill continue coming here and highly recommend their services!
