No one called to reschedule or let me know they were running behind.After waiting for 30 minutes for someone to call me, I called and got the same lady at the receptionist desk.My experience in receiving consultations for serious procedures has always been a reputable and professional experience. From the soft spoken voice of the receptionist and the lack to follow through with an appointment, has me to believe this is a mom and pop hair restoration clinic.

Made an appointment for my boyfriend. Phone number for Chandler was wrong, finally got to the right office. When we showed up, the lady behind the desk barely spoke to us. 2 kids unsupervised in lobby watching a program, very loud with foul words. There was zero literature in the lobby regarding hair transplant. It felt Dubious. Finally the same lady asks my boyfriend to go into the exam room and take off his pants! That was our que to leave. He wants hair on his head, not worried about down there. We lost about 2 hours scheduling time off work.
