After using Renegade for a few years & having more experience with them, I would like to update my review. I’ve had two attempted break ins to my business. Both times, alarms were sounded immediately scaring away the intruders. Both times, Renegade called me and dispatched police right away. The cameras were clear and it was simple to snap a picture of the burglars and send to the police. The app made it incredibly easy to review footage and send necessary clips over with my police reports. Renegade has continued to excel with their customer service & the security services they provide. After several years, I still recommend them to everyone.*****I transferred my security system for work from Monitronics to Renegade Systems this last June. I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with them. I called mid afternoon, and they were at my business the next day to look and get me an estimate. They were able to rewire the entire business, as Monitronics had cut corners with wiring and cheap equipment. I had gotten quotes originally from a few different companies including Vivint, and Renegade was SO much less expensive and affordable. They are honest, hardworking, trustworthy, affordable, and courteous. All of their employees were professional. I plan on staying with this company indefinitely. Customer service is important to me as a business manager, and they excel in that department. They have answered every single phone call, never put me on hold, and treat me like family. I look forward to working with them for the next several years, and absolutely recommend them to anyone!
