Kelly did a great job. He is very professional and knows his business. He explained what he needed to do, what it would cost, and how long it would take. The work came out wonderful. The carpet looks almost new. Almost because it is 25 years old and this was the first time it was ever cleaned. Highly recommend.

I’ve been renting for 4 years. When I moved in I had my carpet cleaned by 2 different carpet cleaners. 1 week apart cause they just couldn’t get the stains out. I gave up on the carpet. This is my last Christmas in this house so I wanted to decorate but wanted clean carpets. So I tried one more time. Naims came to me same day and cleaned my carpet beyond my imagination. I stand behind there service, friendliness and professionalism. They are a 5+ company. Don’t use anyone else. You get what you pay for. I paid for the best. And I got the best.

We bought some used couches that were covered in a white multi-blend cotton fabric that needed cleaning. After calling 3 cleaners no one wanted to touch the job because of the fabric. Kelly came out and spent 3 hours carefully cleaning the fabric. He explained how to take care of the fabric, how to make it dry evenly, and he gave me some spot cleaner.After the cushions and couch were dry we put them back together and couldnt be happier! They look like brand new and we get lots of compliments about them.Kelly was the only one that would take on the job. He gave us all the warnings about how sensitive the fabric was before we decided to go forward with the cleaning. We trust Naims Steamers and Kelly with all our cleaning needs now. Thanks Kelly!

Kelly was very knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He was flexible and patient with me since I was coming from a long way and very accommodating. The work quality was awesome! Kelly is the BEST!!! My two little daughters said He is so nice! and that alone says a lot. He not only got the SLIME stains out of carpet, he was able to turn the water on to the house when it was already turned off by city, and in addition because he is just a nice guy....helped my husband move a desk into our truck when we were moving because he didnt want a woman doing the hard work of lifting. Top notch customer service and a very kind, and traditional man who clearly works HARD and does it with a smile.

I had just purchased a fixer upper home with extremely dirty carpet and a couple of overstuffed lounge chairs that were in good shape. I couldnt afford to replace at this time and so I called Naims to see what they could do. When Kelly finished cleaning everything, I stood there just amazed. Naims carpet cleaning IS a Total UpSell Rip off - Quoted us $100 and Provided a $286 Bill AFTER the work was done.....Paid this guy and asked him to LEAVE my house. $99 quoted = $ 286 bill AFTER hes done = Pure CON Job....and he showed up almost 1 hour late

I just moved and had my previous residence carpet cleaned by Naims Steamers and the outcome was exceptional and the price was great too, I gotta say there was a little extra fee for heavy stains but it was worth it, even with this extra fee it was still the best price I got quoted for. I’m sorry I didn’t tip you but I didn’t have cash available, you deserved it, all I can give you is my gratitude for such a great service.
