Friendly service. Pretty easy to use with mobile app or license plate scan, solid prices I get the Simonez or Carnauba washes. As well convenient towels, actual dry towels would be nice, it’s cool to get a mix of wet/dry microfiber towels to use at your discernment. Wash works well but would recommend you wipe your rims down as soon as you get out, basically any day because it’s hot. As well there could be soapy residue or undried soap on the car.

I’ve been going this franchise for a long time. This particular location is by far disappointing. Every other location hands out wipes to be able to clean your dashboard at no additional cost. Every time I come to this location I see the wipes next to the guy that guides your car into the wash. Not ONE time have they given me a wipe, not one! Yet, they sit next to the worker untouched. What’s the point of having them? This location doesn’t appreciate my business, therefore I’ll go to other locations.Dissatisfied to say the least

!!!!!!!!!!FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!!ATTN UNLIMITED WASH PLAN OWNERS!!!!! the car was plan that the business claim is unlimited washes is actually restricted to how many times you can actually use the pass. I am a rideshare driver and may need to wash my vehicle more than 2 times in a day with rain and dust. I have been told that you are allowed to was your vehicle up to 2 times in a day. No more than that which is a restriction on your unlimited plan. Does that sound unlimited to you? The company customer relations guy actually agreed with me stating they need to re do the verbiage on the unlimited plan. This is False Advertising on the UNLIMITED WASH PLANS. I have been lied to and was under the impression that I can come WASH my car any amount of times during business hours. MAYBE THE COMPANY OWES THE GENERAL PUBLIC A REIMBURSEMENT FOR LYING ABOUT THERE WASH PLANS.

Sergio is a good man, I was having issues with they machine to pay for washing my car and he notice real quick. He did not hesitate in assisting me and trying to fix the machine. He explained to me that sometimes the machine can over heat and malfunction I had no problem waiting until it was fix. Sergio really cares about his customers and is not afraid to come out in the sun with this heat to assist those who need help. Sadly I couldn’t pay because the machine was not accepting my card and there was other customers behind me so he did provide me with a free wash just for that day but I saw that no matter what he did try his best in making it work for me. Sergio really knows what it is to go above and beyond for his customers.

The facility is nice but the corporate office has terrible customer service. After attempting to cancel my fast pass through the email as advised since no fast pass number available, I received no communication confirming the cancelation and was charged another monthly premium. I sent another email and after no response a week later I attempted to call. After being on hold for over 20 minutes and then transferred to a voice mail, twice, I was finally able to reach someone that canceled the account. I will unfortunately not be utilizing the services here due to poor corporate office. Beware of signing up for fast passes.

Great place to watch your car. The monthly membership is a good option, I go 3 to 4 times per month and keep my car clean. With 3 kids, my car is always picking up trash and crumbs, so I can keep it clean with this place.

I was signed up for a monthly unlimited subscription through shady sales tactics after only wanted a single wash back in July. I tried to cancel over the phone but no answer or voicemail option. When I went there in person, I was told by an attendant that the only way to cancel is online. I attempted to cancel over the course of the next couple of days, but never received a cancellation confirmation email, which the FAQs clearly state I would receive. I finally called my credit card company and had them block any future charges from this business.

This place is a scam. They started charging me monthly for an unlimited plan that I did not sign up for. I never signed up for a fast pass, but yet they started charging my credit card without my permission. I tried calling their phone number to cancel and I received a message redirecting me back to their website to cancel. Check your credit card statements closely if you have ever paid with a credit card here.

Great Carwash! Sales guy is very convincing, looks hot, and sounds experienced with sales. Shoutout to Courtland! Another note the manager on duty, Mike, makes sure everything is well maintained and customer service is on point. Huge shoutout to him as well. A lot of professionalism. If you come to this car wash come with the exact changes dont pay for tire shine and keep away for the employees at the paying gate, the machine doesnt give you change back, they give you a ticket so you can claim your change back with the guy inside the car wash entrance. And when you ask for the change back the get mad and tell you they will go out and give it to you ( that never happened) so yeah done with this place and their employees!

Great wash as usual but the cleaning cloths were soaking wet. Im used to them being slightly damp but today they were completely wet. Other than that excellent like always.

First time I buy a monthly service and I love it, they scan your license plate so it opens automatically to let you in, fast service and I does clean your windshield good (recently went to Nogales and on the way back got a lot of bugs, the machine clean them all)They have damp microfiber cloths available for you to use there ♡ and even a mat cleaning machine but I havent use it

This car wash has went down hill big time. It use to be my most favorite car wash. I have had a membership for a little over a year but do not plan to re new next month. The vacuums are hit and miss as to if they work. Sometimes you get lucky and get one that works okay and the air gun seems to put out more mist and water than the carwash itself. Yeah you dont get what you pay for. Im gonna try corner stone see if they are better.Sincerely disappointed.

I went there for the first time today. Jessica was very friendly and professional, and did not try to up-sell anything while providing clear and precise information on the benefits of the various washes.The wash itself was good, a pretty standard drive through wash, with vacuums that I could use later. They also had napkins for use to wipe the windshield etc. I plan to go back and try one of the higher end washes and depending on how it goes, maybe sign up for a monthly plan. Definitely recommend the place - good, honest neighborhood business to support during these challenging times.

Great car wash place! Very clean, professional. Michael and Ryan were super helpful when my husband vacuumed up a gift. They found it and honestly knowing that they have quality people like those two working there, I’ll keep going back.

Unfortunately had to cancel my unlimited wash plan. The car wash had pulled a big chunk of paint off my front bumper and made a long scratch from the front all the way to the back of my car. :/ before that the wash was just ok. It never really removed all gunk and bugs from the car.

License plate reader would not work on my car every time I went through...I got frustrated and canceled my fast past.

Never paid $20 for a carwash before but the wash did leave my car clean after a 1200 mile drive over 2 mountain ranges. Im ok with the price because I got what I wanted.

A car hit me in the wash tunnel and they did absolutely nothing about it. Said it happens and theyll look into it again. Since there was no damage to my car Im supposed to act like there are no issues. This is not safe.

I have resently purchassed a monthly plan the super star.So far Ive been there four times and every time I look at car theres a problem the employees that are drying and vacuuming the car are doing their work too fast and very sloppy everytime I drive away my window get wet from the water coming out of my mirrors I bounced them countless times to make sure they dry that very good and they vacuum too fast so far Im not very satisfied with their service

We went to Super Star Car wash on a whim, and we are so glad we did. Not only is our car cleaner then it has been since we bought it, but we were very well taken care of by the staff, namely Jason. We foolishly left the air blowing for the kiddo and doggo while we vacuumed and detailed the car which of course drained the battery. When our car wouldnt start my husband reached out to staff and Jason immediately came to our rescue going above and beyond to identify the problem personally, trying many things, and ultimately jump starting our car. We will definately be going back. Jason helped make an event that could have been a very bad experience into a positive one.

They’ve always got clean towels out for use and the monthly unlimited fees are very reasonable*Edit*When I originally reviewed this establishment I mentioned that they pulled the vacuum hoses early. The last several times we’ve been here at closer to closing time, I’m happy to say that all the vacuums were still connected. As a result, I’ve upped them to 5 stars.

Always been a great place to go. Great location. As a former car wash manager I know it takes a lot to run an operation like this. I’ve been coming here for years and it has always been up to par. Great helpful friendly people work here. Machines work great. Free vacuums. Jessica has helped me several times here and is always very professional and is a stand out employee. As are the others.

Nothing bad to say here. The staff are friendly and nice. On my last visit, a staff member met me at the pay kiosk to try and up-sell me, but it was not a hard sell, and I was able to move on. The wash is good, the free vacuums and towels are so handy. Definitely a good place for a quick car wash.

It was a hassle to get a associate over originally to get set up for the pass, but when we finally got help (about 10 min after honking the horn for help) we talked with someone who said there were no sales guys in???? We said well we were looking to get this set up so we would not have to pay per wash again. Finally figured it all out and told them our concern was that we did not want to put the sticker on the windshield, and he said that was fine as long as this vehicle was the only one using this specific sticker. We agreed.A couple of weeks later, here I am, going through the wash after a nice dirty rain storm, and a worker named AJ approaches the car. He asked to see my sticker, I lowered my visor to show him the place I put it on day one of receiving it, where it has not moved, and he said I will need to put this on your W/S I told him my ONE request to getting a pass was to not have to put it on the windshield, I have tint on the full W/S and was not willing to do that. It was a no go for AJ. Sat there in awkwardness repeating that I was not ok with putting it on the W/S and eventually I asked if I my only options were to put it on my W/S or cancel, and he perked up saying yes! You can cancel! Asked how thats done, sure enough its as easy as handing AJ my sticker. Now I am without my pass, and honestly sad about it.I love this car wash as long as I dont have to deal with the employees. Not for one second was I told it was any sort of policy to put my sticker in a specific placement.Now the reason I gave three stars for somewhere I am currently upset with, was because it is nice to be handed a towel to clean the interior while you travel through the wash, to have towels provided for dry off, and the wash itself is always a good clean. But the pass process need to be worked on, so does the hiring process.

Several months ago, attendant walked up as I pulled up to select my wash, acted friendly and said he was going to hook me up with a discount... Proceeded to enter a selection into the kiosk and swipe my card. I found it a little strange that he positioned himself between myself and the machine, but figured maybe he didnt want me seeing an override/discount code.THANKS FOR THE HOOKUP RIGHT?...few months go by, and I notice on my bank statement that Im BEING CHARGED A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE....Some hookup... This guy fraudulently signed me up for a membership that we never discussed it made me aware of... Very dishonest. I would hope/assume this is not a common practice of this location. I usually enjoy coming here and utilizing there services. But always beware I guess, that individual employees may have their own motivation to get memberships by any means necessary.I do still visit this wash though, since I no longer see this employee working there.

This is the only car wash I would ever bring my BMW. The car wash is always complete and the staff is very helpful and polite. Its never dirty and the towels are always stocked with micro fiber towels. Jessica is my favorite hard worker with a smile.

But it was due July 27th i emailed them the blank paper and text msgs with me Austin, and Dennis can i actually get corporates number texted to me Dennis and Austin both have my number.
