Palm Trails Apartments by far is the best place to live in Chandler Arizona I was born and raised here I’ve lived all over this town the ladies that work in the office are very helpful. The maintenance guys are very friendly they always speak wave and they’re very courteous when they come in your home and they get the job done right the grounds people again are also very courteous when they see you walk out if they are blowing leaves or anything they’re doing they stop and they wait to you get out of the water out of the way the apartments do all kinds of activities for the kids that live here Halloween Christmas they throw barbecues for adults families they’re always reaching out and trying to help a resident in need I’ve had to downsize several times and by far this is the best place I love it here and now they are helping me move into a Kaseeta This establishment earns 10 stars

While looking at properties for rent, I stumbled upon this gem. From the beginning to the end the interaction with the staff were wonderful. They were very helpful but even more important kind and accommodating. The property was also beautiful.

I moved in last august and upon moving in I complained of serious water damage, peeling cabinets, warped floors and counters for starters. None of those things have ever been repaired and I’ve opened tons of work orders for it. I Just resigned my lease so my rent wouldn’t be raised an additional 250$ dollars and none of my repairs are done still! I messaged the property manager who assured me maintenance had been told what needed to be done…10 days and 2 leases later and still no repairs. I have a 4 month old and have dealt with this through my whole pregnancy until now. I have photos and emails going back almost a year to back up what I am saying

Since the beginning of my living arrangement at Palm Trails Condominiums I have to say I have had a positive experience. The staff and management are kind and are people friendly and respectful. When there is an issue they seem to be right at hand in resolving the issue. their best efforts I’ve noticed are maintaining a healthy, livable community.. their work in promptly managing maintenance issues, and their efficiency in everything else. I’m just a tenant... but my experience living here has been good. I’d say since the beginning it’s been a top notch community. Thank you Palm Trails.

This place is next to the train tracks, the pool is always crowded during the summer & weekends, you paid for trash valet $20-25, the rent always fluctuates, and walls are thin.

Clean, quiet, safe community. The maintenance team is professional, kind and thorough. The office staff is wonderful also. I can call, email or stop in any time and I am greeted with kindness and a willingness to help. They are quick to respond and assist with anything I have brought to them, even helping with a scorpion I found in my living room on a Saturday! The apartments are nice and spacious for the price and the amenities are too. I havent had any issues with the staff or neighbors. Really nice place to live.

I have been living at the Palm Trails apartments on Ray road in Chandler for going on 3 years now and I love it. I have both of my daughters living here as well as all 8 of my grandkids (not under the same roof, lol). They have a lot of play areas for the kids to play and ride bikes and or scooters.Lisa Cox

I’ve only been living in this complex for about a month now, but through all of the apartment complex’s I’ve lived in (which is a handful) the ladies in this office are the most helpful and nice i’ve ever dealt with. I had a long, difficult process getting moved into a new place, but they were so accommodating and understanding. From the beginning, Reanna gave me a tour and even made me and my roommate some hot chocolate. (which was amazing, thank you!) We not only chose this complex because of how nice the unit was, but because it’s comforting knowing the people who are running this place truly care! They even stayed past their office hours to hand me my keys to get me moved in on my preferred move in date. Thank you for everything!

We continue to be not only be satisfied w/our renting experience at Palm Trails, but we’ve made it our HOME for over a year & renewed/signed our lease for another! We can’t help what we can’t help. So, I can’t speak to the safety or vandalism. All I can comment on is how well the office staff has addressed the issues & concerns raising awareness for the community. I appreciate the genuine customer care for all services provided & the level of professionalism by all including Ms. Bridget G.& her leasing office representatives. We LOVE our dedicated hard working maintenance men “G” & “Carlos” who hustle to get things done quickly & efficiently! Now, to bake cookies to say a big THANK YOU for remedying our AC that went down in this Arizona Desert Heat.

I applied at this apartment complex and my application was rejected. No worries though God had better plans for my family.. anyway, I was assured I would receive my money back minus the app fee in 7-14 days. It has been over that time advised and still have not gotten the check. Management assured me I would receive a call back twice however never got a phone call. This is crazy Do not apply at this place. I’m actually happy I didn’t move in for I’m told multiple stories that are not true. No place should be so lax with anyone’s money. Especially when you got a family to feed, don’t waste your time or money if you have ANY credit issues

Ive lived here since 08/09/2017, started out living with my friend, then rented my own apt a year later and i am still here ! Love all the staff really good people. Love the location you have a lot of stores nearby & restaurants as well as urgent cares etc... Never once have i had a problem here about complaints about music nor any problems with my neighbors. This has been my home for almost 3 years now and i have nothing but good stuff to say about this complex !

I can not think of another place that I would care to rent in Chandler. The women in the office and the maintenance team are awesome. They are professional, pleasant, and helpful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Palm Trails. I would recommend living here to any family. The location is convenient to everything. The apartments are top notch. They just updated my light fixtures, sinks, and shower heads. The amenities are too many to list. The staff is the best. They work tirelessly to make Palm Trails a place that I am proud to call home. Palm Trails is a wonderful.

My little tribe & I decided to renew our lease & stay for another year. The Community Manager, Ms. Bridget & staff contributed to our feeling at HOME. Whenever anything needed to be addressed regarding the lease, grounds, any inquiries or issues that arise; it was always met with compassion, understanding, promptness, & efficiency. The maintenance crew is my savior almost regularly. The guys G & Carlos are extremely appreciated for all the grueling work they do in & around our Palm Trails. They have always been helpful, informative, & in constant communication with my husband & I whenever a service request was made especially if we needed to wait on something to come in. So, for those reasons we make sure show how much we care & are thankul for all their efforts & hard work by giving cookies my kids bake or a special treat. Somedays, its a simple wave Hello & We See You because I make sure my littles are grateful to those who help make this a better place for all neighbors. Together, we create an environment that breeds a sense of community & a little neighborhood worth protecting, cherishing, & truly living in.

The leasing management is very helpful and caring. They always answer all of our questions and try to help out when a situation arises.

I have lived here 10 years now and can easily say that I highly recommend it! When I moved here from California, I looked at a lot of places and what drew me in to this place was I loved the layout (floor plan), and location. It is close enough to downtown Chandler and all major shopping. I consistently go for walks and the grounds, buildings and landscaping are all kept nice and clean. It is a quiet neighborhood within a gated community and I feel very safe here. There is a good mix of families, couples as well as single adults like myself. The office staff is very friendly and attentive. Any time Ive required assistance their response is always phenomenal. The balconies are very spacious. Another thing I like about this management is they are continuously working towards improvements. We can make payments online now for example. Just in the last year alone there have been significant improvements. The clubhouse/pool area/gym has an aura about itself that really highlights this complex I believe. Absolutely worth your time in taking a look!

If one only knew what I was going through relocating to Arizona from Michigan, with 3 kids, it was very hard! But the moment I stepped foot into Palm Trails leasing office, was the most relieved I had felt in this chaotic process. It was the amazing experience I have had in Arizona! Especially comparing to several of leasing offices. The entire team of ladies were so comforting and supportive! I feel at home, my apartment is super cute, clean and I feel safe!!!! I hope to continue with this positive experience here!!!! Although I am bummed I missed the one year celebration!!!!- the mom that just moved in yesterday!

The Management here is second to none. Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.. just to name a few things. I have always been treated like a guest at a resort, not a tenant!!

Was given a tour by Rhianna and she was amazing! Felt as if we were family and knew each other for years! We hope to move into these apartments very soon. The ammenties were excellent. The layout was wonderful as well. Looking forward to calling Palm Trials home!

I absolutely love mine and my families here at Palm Trails. Not just because of the apartment itself or the amenities (although those are WONDERFUL) but i fell inlove with the staff. I have lived in different apt for 5 years and I have never met staff so amazing. Bridget is a great manager she is always very friendly with a big smile when I come into the office. The lady in the from Alice I believe, is also always very helpful. They alone were the reason that put this complex above all the others I viewed. I decided to choose this place as my new home. When I moved in there were a few service request I put in and they were done immedietly and perfectly. I recommend Palm Trails to anyone!!!

I have had a positive experience with this community. They keep the grounds very clean. I have put in work orders for the matinence team. Guy, one of their matinence staff arrived at my unit, and he was nothing short of very responsive and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs/concerns were met.

They kept my holding fee. I went with another complex because they couldn’t tell me my exact deposit amount, even after I was so called approved. This is why I went with a home. Apartment complex suck and they find any and every reason to keep your money. Glad I made a different choice.

I moved out of this apartment last month. Let me tell you that this is the worst apartments that you can move in. I had termites 3 times, they had to spray for bugs twice, all the appliances are old and out dated. The stove dosent even have a light on it. The management there is horrible. They will not assist you unless you are Latin. I have put in work orders and the do not come fix the problem, or they come at 7pm at night. Management stated that its cause they are short staffed and they are busy during the day getting new apartments ready. Also the maintenance people when they do come fix the problem they are always leaving tools or equipment behind. The handle on my microwave broke and he changed it out and left the broken one on the floor in the kitchen. I have lived in some bad places before but to have to pay rent at this location I would rather be homeless and save my money. Beware the model dose not look like what you will get make sure you get to look at your place if you move here first.

Excellent! I was here before the new Shelton-Cooke staff came in and boy, its a night and day difference! Bridgette & Elise are quick to act and resolve issues right away. Their working knowledge of the apartments is top notch and they are respectable! They have even been known to pitch in with maintenance to tackle leftover problems the previous crew left behind. There was a huge undertaking and Im quite impressed to see how much maintenance has accomplished. Nick, Guy, and Eli are constantly busy crossing off problems left by the previous staff. I dont understand how people on here whine about the most inane, superficial points when its completely outside the realm of the staff! You have the chance to walk around and check things out, so if its not for you, dont move here & then blast away with negative reviews when theres nothing that can be done about your issues. To everyone: Great job, thanks for all the help and Im looking forward to renewing my contract!

I loved living here until the new management took over. The cost and fees have skyrocketed while the place has gone downhill. If you like having your dinner guest watch bugs run across your floor and embarrassing attempts to kill cockroaches before anyone notices they made an appearance then this is the place for you. Two dAys after a spray request they are right back. I literally never!!!!. Maintenance is ok depending on the luck of the draw but the new manager is a stuck up over entitled piece of work. Now they have forced a trash services on us on top of trash fees. I take out my own trash thank you. They are also now charging the renters for the community areas like water usage at the pool and electricity at the gym and club house in which the lights and tv are left on 24/7 . These are the costs of running your business but they literally charge the residents for everything while they eat up the profits. Consider yourself warned. I’ve put in my notice. This place is no longer worth it!

I was a current resident at Palm trails unfortunately it didnt last long. This is not a place to live if you have children. There are no designated spots where kids can play, sonthere for you have miserable residents that constantly complain. Naturally the office is going to side with them which equals a problem for you. I work Monday through Friday got off of work and received a 5 day notice to get out. The unprofessional office staff never contacted me directly they sent their maintenance crew to talk to my 13 year old daughter..STRIKE #1. After I received the 5 day notice I contacted the front office, she tells me my son damaged property in one of their lounges, me still clueless as to why it wasnt brought to my attention. Why did the office send adults to talk to a child,never saw any proof. I was told my son pulled the camera out of the wall, other residents that had been to the pool and looked through the window advised me that there was no damage. I contacted their new property management shelton- cook...of course they sided with their unprofessional team,and I moved. Even after I was out they still tried to take me to court to get an eviction on my background mind you again I had already moved out paying almost 1400.00 to get a slap in the face. I had a dented refrigerator that never got replaced and it takes them forever to fix things. Not sure how they run their business but now I see why they have switched management so many times.. Go spend your money elsewhere !!! They run the front office like Trump does the white house a female hiding behind her desk making peanuts think I g she has power...lol

I never had any issue when they were managed by GreyStar. They were great!!!Now a new property management company Shelton-Cooke, took over and i had to wait 3 weeks for a broken timer, they also removed the auto pay feature (without telling anyone) and forced me to pay the late fee because i didnt know that auto pay was gone (and i NEVER paid past the 2nd of the month.)They admitted that others have had the same problem, but they wont waive the late fee.... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

I loved living here calling it HOME with great people and management by GreyStar!!Until this new management came in Shelton Cooke and took over with the new employees who have such rude attitude and gave us the look of not wanting to help when we ask questions. Last night I went and bought groceries and didnt have an open area thats near our apartment. (Our assigned parking is 2 buildings past our building) So....I parked my truck in a covered parking next to my apt building so my kids can help unload groceries before I move my vehicle. I started dinner put groceries away. Same time I wasnt feeling good at all. Just as grabbed my keys walked out the door to move my vehicle and to see my vehicle gone!!! Called the police and they told me management onsite called and reported the vehicle to be moved parked in wrong assigned parking. The bs part on site manager knows who we are and she could have at least informed us through phone call or simply knocking at our door. Or the proper way would have been to tag the vehicle. Especially if weve been residents for a year now. Old management always accommodated everyone here as family! This new company treat us like they dont want to help. My husband and boys were kicked out of the pool area couple days before this happened also. Told my family that the pool was closed and you have to leave now. Without explaining why!!! Pissed me off! Then after 10 minutes later we see Caucasian family who went into the pool while she told us it was closed but nope she was there walking around the pool smiled and walked out from the pool not even telling the family the same thing she told my sons and husband!! Because we are native Americans we are descriminized by onsite managers,it hurts and obviously isnt right! But they seem to get away with it all the time. We never had any issue with the old management until now with new management here. I have yet to report to owner because she tells me they dont answer calls they go through her to pass onto owner! Which is bs! At first I did recommend friends of friends that living here was nice and prices were reasonable but not after all this happening here I told them immediately and decided not to even ask about touring the complex. When looking for a home to live especially in a community owned by a professional establishment you want to be treated like family and feel comfortable living there but after this new management took over all that is gone! Sad to see my children living at a place like this to be treated with discrimination which their too little to understand or know what that means. I would never recommend this place to live even if the price is reasonable. With our personal experience here with new management I wouldnt want any other family to ever feel the way we do and going through with employees who still dont know the meaning of treat others the way you want to be treated. Their supposed to be professional, helpful, curtious, understanding, and reasoning. Not the opposite! Im happy our lease is almost up leaving from here is the best choice after being discrimminize!

I am unsure why it is that people abuse the coverd parking spaces. The spot assigned to my apartment has had many people parked there including work people.

First day in my new apartment have been a total disaster, cacaraches and A.C. did not work. My family and I hope it will change.

Wouldnt answer the door so we could get a quote. See them inside watching TV.
