Set an appointment for 2:30 for my son. Checked in when we got there. Never got called on but received a text message that we would be seen soon. Apparently we weren’t in the system. The lady asked why I waited and didn’t come up there. I told her the other lady rudely told me to sit and wait till my name was called. So after 30 minutes I let my son run around since we had already been waiting so long. Finally after 3 we got his blood drawn. They wanted me to hold him down because he wouldn’t stop moving but if they had did my appointment when it was set he would have been calm

Most of employees seem to be nice, but when you come in they direct you to a express check in station and I see most off the people here are elderly people and they do not know how to use the machine’s. They stay asking patients for help until someone finally do.

RUDEST STAFF EVER! I’ve never been treated do poorly from a medical facility. Never come to this location! Came 15 minutes before closing and told they close at 3. Rolling eyes 🙄 at me, kicked another person out. Lady at desk acted like she’s on speed and could care less! Kicked out another older gentleman that came in before door locked and accused him of sneaking in. 2nd order was faxed at 3:01 and it was tooo much trouble to get it from the front desk. Seriously need new staff and a lot of people need jobs now that would be more grateful.

Someone who manages this location needs to read these reviews and do something about the frequency of complaints. People complain for a reason. Had an appointment and waited nearly 40 minutes. No one waiting when I checked in yet many people were taken before me.They had a phlebotomist working the front desk and she has zero experience doing so. Took her 30 minutes to enter information and probably did it incorrectly based on the questions she asked her coworker. She couldn’t pronounce anyone’s name even remotely closely. Simple names too.The phlebotomist I had wore her mask over her mouth only. Hello? We’re in the middle of a pandemic, people who aren’t well are in and out of that lab nonstop and they think it’s okay not to wear a mask properly? Maricopa county health department won’t be happy to hear this.The phlebotomist was terrible, had an attitude and didn’t wait until all labels were on and confirmed before telling me to go. Big no-no. Not confident in getting accurate results after my experienceSonoraQuest has a long wait for a reason. Don’t bother with LabCorp because they obviously don’t care about patient safety or health.

After checking in, a FULL HOUR went by before the desk clerk said orders were not there. This, AFTER calling to verify orders were there BEFORE going there. Unfriendly & unhelpful employees! Although face masks were required, NO SAFE DISTANCING AT ALL! Every chair was full in a large waiting room, & in addition, many people standing around the walls because there was no room anywhere else. This place was packed! If you have health issues, STAY AWAY!!!! Go anywhere else if you can!

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and needed to get lab work done. I scheduled my appointment for 12:30, and got a confirmation email and everything. I show up only to see a sign on the door saying their new hours are 7am-12pm. I don’t know why their website is allowing appointments to be scheduled after they close. What’s even worse is they don’t have any appointments for a week and they’re all after 12pm. Please correct this problem so more people don’t waste their time.

Terrible customer service! Staff with a very negative attitude all the time. They seemed bothered to have to do their job. The system was down for the Kiosk to self register and the staff had a terrible attitude towards patients because they were manually entering the patients name in the computer. They did not wanted to look information (search for a lab order) for another patient that was there they gave her a phone number to call when it was a very simple search for them right there. Nobody takes pride on doing their job anymore.

I checked in on the kiosk and was seen within 30 minutes after. The student that did my blood draw, I forgot his name, but he was excellent; I didn’t feel a pinch. Good job! The staff is nice, helpful and patient

They were nearly 45 mins late calling me back when I had a scheduled appointment and checked in from my car. Not that big of a problem I understand this is a busy time for a testing lab. But once inside the waiting room there is basically no social distancing and the employees were not enforcing any mask rules. One of the woman behind the front desk kept pulling down her own mask which is entirely unprofessional right now. They also allowed a woman into the waiting room to check in when she didn’t have a mask and was eating a salad which goes against the no food or drink rule (this is also just really weird behavior to allow in this type of setting regardless of a pandemic, and she went directly to the front desk and they directed her to a kiosk so it’s not like they didn’t see her). This is a public medical office where people that are immunocompromised will be going and the staffs inability to enforce any covid precautions is entirely gross. Avoid if possible

The whole experience I have had has been terrible. Visited this location twice while visiting from out of town to have my weekly INR checked. My orders were stent over on a Friday for Tuesday the first time. Got there and AFTER checking in and waiting 30 minutes to be called I was told they didnt have my order. Had to call my provider and have the fax it again. THE SAME THING HAPPENED a week later. My provider sent my order in as soon as she got my results the first time for exactly a week later. I got there at 730am checked in waitied 30min to be called to the window only to be told they didnt have my order. The gentleman working at the front window has terriable customer service and is not helpful has a very dont care attitude if so.ething isnt right or there is a problem.

The absolute worst lab I have ever been subjected to. They have literally lost the last two lab results that I had submitted by my phlebotomist, resulting in two cancelled appointments with my Endocrinologist which is at least three weeks out for booking. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! These people dont give a good damn about you or your results and just get a TON of complaints because you cant even call and talk to them. Theres absolutely no accountability with this lab. Not sure if its every LabCorp or just the one in Chandler, but I would switch insurances if it meant not dealing with these as*holes!*Update* It turns out that the results that this lab, lost, was actually under a different name because they had my last name as something that wasnt even close to my name. Not sure this is better, but I thought I would at least update the review. Also, those were the only two mishaps. Everything has been very smooth since then. I will update to 3 stars.

The staff is really great but the wait is extremely long due to very few staff members working. We waited for 1.5 hours but the ladies that helped us with my son who has autism and extreme anxiety were so wonderful and compassionate. How fabulous if the people in charge made sure more staff was available??

Today I had to do My Employment Wellness and Body Measurement at 3pm,Well I work nights and I must have hit the snooze button,the next thing I know its 255pm,lucky for me theyre about 8 miles away...i jumped out of bed brushed my teeth and got dressed.I made it by 315pm.....they were so understanding and accommodating,took me right in with no hesitation.Thank you to all the staff for being understanding 😎

I had a very time sensitive order that can only be drawn every 8 weeks and seriously effects the dosage of my medication. I brought in two orders: the time-sensitive one and a normal panel. Labcorp never drew the time-sensitive test and only sent a normal panel to my doctor, now delaying my medication schedule, sending me into 3 more months of sickness and steroids. I dont have a choice but to go back here but I will never again ask them to do more than what can only be drawn at their labs. My health and wellbeing are compromised because of Labcorp and I couldnt be more devastated.

Repeat visits here, result in the same experience. Very professional, courteous and experienced staff. Im a hard draw, yet no problems at this office. They believe me when I say they need to draw from my hand, and they dont attempt the near impossible to prove they can get somewhere better. Dont be afraid to go here (Chandler office)

Had an appointment at 1:45, check in is super fast doing it on your phone. Waited maybe two minutes in the waiting area. In and out in less then ten minutes from the moment I got there. Staff was all friendly as well.

Summary: Confused, disorganized, inconsiderate, and dumb. I had an appointment. (I had specifically made this appointment because, when I left without service a week earlier, they had told me the wait would be 30-40 minutes if I walked in without an appt.) They were 25 minutes late getting to my name after I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment. All they could offer was an excuse, an insincere apology, and a dumb look. I had to leave again but this time after spending 35 minutes there as I had run out of time. I had scheduled in 20 extra minutes for a 5 minute blood draw and still could get it done. Why have appointments? I understand it says they will keep the apt time as closely as possible, but as possible includes up to and including the next day, next week, & forever. The staff behind the desk cant agree on their own policies or procedures and some of them are on some kind of dimwitted power trips where they need to interject. What a bunch of F* ups!

Was a walk in and it wasnt much of a wait and desk was friendly got back to have my blood drawn (only there cause i was dehydrated at the doc and they didnt want to poke me a bunch of times) well as i was waiting i heard a child screaming bloody murder didnt think much of it cause thsts a commmon thing with children got back to have my blood drawn and janet was not listening to what i was saying. she was not gentle or even sound empathetic she jammed that needle in my arm didnt hit the vein then jammed it in deeper. she got the vein but ive never experienced that kind of pain having my blood drawn. she was short and even said i just want to get it done and get out of here. i will never go to that place agsin as long as she is drawing the blood. i now realize why that child was screaming so bad.

By far the WORST customer service ever. I have witnessed the front office ladies be so incredibly rude and disrespectful to all of the patients in the waiting room as we waited to be called. To my surprise. ... (jokingly) they were just as rude to me and my daughter. Learn some respect ladies....we are not exactly happy to be here either....and your piss poor attitudes dont make it any more enjoyable. Will NOT BE returning to this location...EVER.

I have not had to go back to the Chandler Labcorp for over two years but now in returning to the east valley thats the one I must go to. My last experience was painful and horrible! I told the young man I wanted him to take blood from left arm. He teased and said he has better luck with right arms. I swear he used such force and was having difficulty finding the vein. He moved it around and was soon painfully drawing a yellowy cloudy stuff in needle. I let him know how painful it was and he smiled taking the needle out, he had filled up the needle with that stuff. I should have let someone know of that horrible experience but thought I would never have to go back there. Now that I have to go back there I will hope not to see him ever!!! Aisha Villa is THE BEST!I had an unsuccessful blood draw last week due to a bruised vein. I returned today to try and get my bloodwork done again. Another technician tried to draw from both arms, but my veins were still being stubborn. I walked out into the waiting room in tears, and Aisha (working the front desk) offered to try and draw on me. I figured why not.... she sat me down and struck gold (or blood) on the first prick! What a relief! I am so thankful for this, and will be requesting her for any future blood draw needs!!

I was feeling nervous after reading the bad reviews, but I had a great experience. I went to the Dobson location because the Ahwatukee one is closed on Mondays ( which I didnt know until I got there)I got there about 10am, and I was in the car driving home by 1025. The young woman who checked me in could not have been more pleasant, and it turned out she was the person to take my blood as well. I am a tough stick, and she hit it the first time.I was extremely satisfied with the service and wait time.

Reviews are 100% true. Rudest employees ever! Im sitting in the waiting room with my blood still boiling. They first refused my son service due to me only having his insurance card # information only not the card. So I called my insurance they said they could not turn my son away. So I called my insurance while in the office and to my surprise they did the service that we should of had in the first Place !!!! Filed a grievance report on this location and will never return here. The manager and the short hair lady that the other reviews mention is 100% accurate poor customer service .

Due to their own mistake, I have a $190 balance with these people. I’ve argued it and they still refuse to fix it. My health is in question and I cannot start testosterone treatments without a blood smear test. I seriously need the T treatments and most importantly I need to confirm that my health is ok otherwise. One of the possibilities of my health is cancer and I’d like to find out if I have it or not. This review isn’t directed at this location. It’s to all of lab Corp. They fvck up and I pay the price. Money grubbing POSs.

I am so thankful for both janet and alisha. Janet drew my blood and was really patient with me, extremely nice. And my veins are really thin so everytime i get my blood drawn they always poke me like 3 times before getting it right, but janet only poked once and didnt struggle at all. Alisha was also extremely helpful and by far the best customer service ive ever had. Thank you!

I needed blood drawn ASAP, so I went online and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up, the front desk lady told me, So the thing is- you have Aetna, and they have a partnership with Sonora Quest, so we would have to charge you full price This is not surprising, but the website allowed me to enter my insurance info and schedule an appointment at LabCorp, I had to take unpaid time off work, and I get there and have to pay $900 for a standard metabolic panel. No empathy from the front desk. She also denied that theres an issue with the scheduling website. HUGE waste of money and time

HORRIBLE customer service! Unfortunately, my insurance will cover labs only if they are done by Lab Corp, and their Chandler facility is the only one somewhat near my house. I have had my blood drawn there twice when the phlebotomist didnt bother asking me to verify my name or birthday. This scenario actually happened to me the one time I went to their Tempe office: the phlebotomist opened the door and yelled, JEFF!. I stood up. So did another man who also was named Jeff. It turned out the phlebotomist wanted the other Jeff. But what if that Jeff had gone to the restroom or stepped outside to make a quick phone call? I would have headed back to have my blood drawn under his paperwork because I would have been the only Jeff in the waiting room. Who knows what the consequences of our doctors receiving lab results for the wrong person would have been? This is not something a Lab Corp patient should have to consider. And even when the phlebotomist once again yelled, JEFF! into the waiting room and I followed him to the clinic room, he still didnt ask me to verify my identity. I asked him if he was going to. Doing so is mandatory, after all. He looked peeved, but I didnt care. I dont want another Jeffs lab results confusing my doctors.Oh, and the Chandler facility does NOT close at 4 pm, despite their posted hours. Because of my schedule, I cant arrive much earlier than 4. Once I arrived at 3:50. The door was locked, the lights were off, and the entire staff was in the parking lot walking to their cars. Yesterday, I arrived at 3:53 pm, having eaten nothing since the night before. The door was unlocked,people were sitting in the waiting room, and the one slow motion receptionist was speaking to another patient so I had to wait for their conversation to end. The receptionist looked up and said, Were closed. I responded that they close at 4, and the time by then was 3:55. Even the clock hanging on the wall behind her showed 3:55. She replied that clock has the wrong time, and they dont pay attention to it. So l looked at my cell phone because its clock syncs to the OFFICIAL time of the United States in each time zone. My phone, just like the clock on her computer, is accurate to within a millisecond, using radio waves or the Internet to show the time on one of the federal governments atomic clocks, safely secured underground in Colorado. I highly doubt any software on her computer shows a time thats 15 minutes fast compared to her computers clock. A computer would go haywire if that happened. The reality is she was rude, inconsiderate (I was lightheaded because so much time had passed since I had last eaten), and focused on making her escape with no tolerance for a patient who had the nerve to arrive timely, yet close to quitting time. And what irked me even more was that if she had actually done her job, which consists of making a photocopy of my insurance ID, I could have seen a phlebotomist, had my blood drawn, and I still would have left before 4 pm. (Dont respond that I should arrive earlier. I cant. And if a place of business posts its hours as closing at 4 pm, then they should allow patients to check in till 4 pm. Closing the facility at 4 doesnt mean locking patients out at 3:50 so the whole staff can be in their cars driving home at 4.)
