Look, I have trust issues. I got burned too many times at those franchise auto shops like Brakes Plus until a co-worker mentioned Richs Auto. I tried them out and felt a HUGE weight lift off my shoulders. These guys do NOT mess around. Ken is the customer service rep. Great guy. Serves no BS. Hell tell you how it is. That is the kind of service you want on your car.

I have been going to Richs for a few years now after trying several other places and not being happy. My chiropractor recommended Richs. The team down at Richs troubleshoots quickly and makes recommendation on needed maintenance. They dont try to use fear to get the customer to spend money before needed but advise on area that could be future trouble and let the customer plan for the repairs.

I have been taking my cars to Richs after getting the run around a few other places (a Midas put the wrong CV axle - which I probably didnt really need anyway - on one vehicle) and my chiropractor recommended Richs. A good example from today. My Expedition had the battery cable corrode through while sitting for over a month. Richs saved me the cost of a new cable by just replacing the end with a much heavier duty piece. We have two high mileage 16+ year old vehicles and Richs always comes through.
