Great experience, fast and friendly service. I had a no crank no start on my BMW 528ix, got it towed in and they pushed my car in and started diagnosing it right away. I went home and same day they had completed the diagnosis and they had it running the next day.Starter and battery replaced with a full inspection. Would recommend to bring your European car here if your worried about other shops that dont specialize in European vehicles.

About a week ago both Michael and Darren was professional and respectfully looking at my Mercedes that had a sliding door malfunctioning issue and they said they’ll send me an email quote by next day. The quote never arrived but understood that he might’ve forgot or gotten so I waited a week and called today to expedite.There was a lady whom I never spoke before answered the phone and starts explain how busy they are and there are 25 cars ahead of me.I just wanted her to have Michael get back to me when he gets a chance with a quote that he promised but she was keep saying that I had to come in and register as a 26th customer!I was already there a week ago and the boys looked closely enough so that they promised to send me a quote!I’m sure the shop will continue to be busy and prosperous with or without my positive participation but the lady whom I think is the owner or a daughter of the owner really shouldnt behave like the way she did and learn some phone manners!!It’s a shame to give a single star review because of this wonderful lady!!

New brakes and a water pump.. got car back within 8 hours. So far everything seems to be working good. They were very friendly here. As long as the work holds up I have no problem spending my money to go here.

I have a 2004 Porsche Cayenne. Come to find out, most shops wont work on Porsches here in Chandler. Found Huffs and very glad I did. They diagnosed and fixed a cracked transmission pan. They fixed it quickly at a good rate, and their customer service was amazing. I now have my go to shop for all things Porsche.

I brought my Jaguar in over a year ago, it ran perfectly until the day I left it in their hands. 60 miles after having a tune up my turbocharger busted. A $4500 repair that I could not afford. I left them with my repair service paperwork that they then lost. The reality is that my car has been collecting dust for a long time in direct result of trusting this business. Not to mention the basic tune up was over $1600. I really should have sued this business, but I lost my chance. Do not use this service.

Any issues with my 07 Mercedes Darren and all his staff are extremely knowledgeable. They are very professional and the work they do is great and most of all they are fair and are not just trying to make a buck. This is how a professional family owned business is suppose to be ran. These guys take great care of my wife and I’s Land Rover, I feel very comfortable with my wife going over there un like Land Rover dealerships they always try and take advantage of those with lesser knowledge, but not at huffs there stuff is so friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and always educates us when our vehicle is repaired there, and there repairs are much much quicker then taking your vehicle to dealership, they normally get us in and out same day and the vehicles always clean and fixed correctly the first time. I dont normally post reviews. But I have to say, You guys are not honest.My Son just left from there and you wanted 523.00 for a new Key and to program it. I always thought that the mom and Pop shop is the place to go. But I guess not. You are ripping people off. The dealership only charges 350.00 for a new key and to program it. You even know the guy is unemployed at this hard time. And you still tried to rip him off. SHAME ON YOU!

I used my previous auto mechanic for over 20 years and we he retired I needed to find a new shop. its so hard finding an honest and quality shop. I was referred to Huffs Automotive and had some repairs. They were honest about what my car needed and when they fixed the car, they fixed it right, the first time. The cost was fair and much lower than the dealership even though they used OEM parts. I cant say enough about the shop and the people that work here. I found my new home. They fix all types of cars so Im sure they can give you the same quality service they gave me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A certain Mercedes Benz dealerships service department located in Gilbert, (that I will leave unnamed but you can do the math) told me that my 2016 Mercedes Metris with only 33,000 on it needed a $1,600 valve repair. I took it to Huffs for a second opinion, and they found an open circuit problem that was causing the check engine light to come on. It didnt need the valve repair and the cost to fix was 1/4 of the dealers incorrect diagnosis quote. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the dealer for service and Huffs will definitely be my new auto repair shop.

Great service, very courteous. In town for a Celebration of Life my hotel gave me info on Huffs. Great for me as Michael Huff so nice on phone day I drive in with engine light on. Next morning a took my car in & by end of the day it was fixed as promised by Darren Jacobs. They had even offered to shuttle back to hotel. Customer service top of the line! I would recommend them any day. In fact I praised them in Fairfield Inn Marriott review. I got their name through the hotel. Thanks again for helping me in my time of need.

My one stop shop for my assortment of vehicles! Michael and his team have treated my CLA, Jaguar XKR, Jaguar XE, 370z Nismo, Chrysler Prowler, and even my Super Charged Saleen S281 over the years, and they are the only team I trust. There is no job too big (or too small) that the Huffs team cant handle. Ive had oil pans replaced, brake assemblies replaced, transmission work done, timing belts replaced... I can go on and on... theyve honestly done it all on and set proper expectations and provided a fair price. Darren is always a pleasure to speak to and takes the time to explain exactly what is being being done and sets accurate timeframes for parts and labor. Huffs has also been doing touch-less delivery as of late so I know my family, (and my vehicles) are being protected during these unprecedented times. This is my first time that I have to write a review about a horrible and worst experience of my life. Normally I do not write any negative review but after going through what i went with these guys, I have to write a review to let others know of their unethical work ethics.I called a week in advance to get an appointment, and they receptionist Daren set me up with the shop at their opening hours 8:00. I arrived there at 8:05 and provided my info and all the necessary info. He promised me that my car will be ready within 2-3 hours. I called them at 12:26 and they didnt even look at it. So Daren tells me that he is going to look over the car and will ring me, 2 hours later, he calls me to tell me that it will take couple of more hours to do : 1-oil change & 2-transmission fluid check. They charged me $147.00 for oil change, $110.50 for labor and i do not remember the taxes and the rest but they charged me $602.00 overall. When i checked with with other place they were charring around $200 less. Such a big scam and unethical people. Avoid Avoid Avoid this place.

Weve had three vehicles, a LandRover and two Mercedes over the years, all serviced by Huffs. Not only did they do regular service/maintenance on the three vehicles, they also predicted that an air suspension pump might fail within the next 2,000 miles . . . it did. Huffs does good work at reasonable prices.Friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics.

I have had a fuel pump, oil pump, master cylinder and plenty more replaced here at different times and all were done by the next day. This guy Dave is who you want on your Rover. Mine is a 99 and it runs perfectly now, but it will be my last one, theyre complicated and time consuming to fix. This was the pinnacle of their service, I had one of those orange dont park here anymore or well tow you sticker remains on my driver window which I could never get off. I just noticed they took the time to remove it completely. They do the little things like nobody else.

I work at a local business in Chandler and this is the second time we have had a person putting Huff Automotive fliers on cars. First of all soliciting in our plaza is forbidden. Of greater note, we have also noticed the person who is putting the Huffs Automotive fliers on the cars, actually checking door handles to see if they are unlocked. The person is extremely suspect. We have contacted Huffs and they basically said they would look into it and hung up, completely uninterested. If that was my company being given a bad name, I would appear much more concerned! Consumer beware!

I was treated with kindness and courtesy. I was told of repairs up front and the pricing. Was told one pricey repair could be put off that it was not urgent. But I chose to do the repair anyway to avoid any complications later on. I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. I will definetly go back. Very happy customer.

My rig is from SoCal and I as at the rally near Sedona. I lost an air suspension can at the rally, was down to the bump stops and out of luck, 8 hours from home.
