First time insurance buyer - I’m 23. My first property away from my parents, IE handling EVERYTHING alone. Nick spent half an hour just explaining how all the insurance policies work and picking what was best for me. He had no high pressure on me, I was completely sold from the fact he treated me like an adult and gave me the help I needed. I hate trying to handle anything “adult” especially as a young guy because I often feel like I’m made to feel like a bother by the employees or I should already know these things. Nick made me feel like an equal while still recognizing I needed some more info. Now I totally understand why my dad always stayed with State Farm and always talked as if he knew his agent on a first name basis, you guys are amazing at building relationships and I’m excited to know I’m covered by good people.

She just recently put a customer appreciation event and you can see how genuine she cares. She goes over and beyond to help her clients. The staff she has in her office are knowledgeable and have years of experience. You can make sure your policy has no gaps and have the correct coverage. They really went above and beyond to get me the most insurance (renters, auto, life) I could for the least amount possible.
