I worked with Dustin Udall. He sold me the wrong insurance policy and then quoted me the wrong price for the following policy. In the end, I wasted money and time. Unfortunately, I can not get that money or time back but I hope this review will help somebody else and save them the hassle of dealing with this company and its employees. Claudia Velazquez is a very helpful and sincere person. I went in thinking i was going to have a hard time and trouble with insurance but she did wonders, she made it feel so easy, she was telling me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions before I got to even say my questions. She is amazing to go for insurance, step by step shes there and helpful and through the phone she’s the same exact way helpful and sincere as in person.Fast insurance is lucky to have her! She is amazing will recommend to friends and family for sure.

I spoke with Susie and her manager, I got a quote over the phone but they didnt disclosed all the charges. When I reviewed the document, they had added services not requested or required, but they get paid commission for adding them. I refused to sign the documents but they had already charged my card and refused to refund the full amount. I was able to find two ther places who offered savings of $20 and $30 monthly in addition to $50 to start. Their dishonest behavior is definitely unacceptable.

I got helped by a young women named Claudia, she was very nice and helpful with how this whole insurance thing worked and how much it would be. After purchasing a new vehicle, the car sales man overheard me speaking with my OLD insurance company. After he heard what my new rates were going to be he told me that I may want to give Dustin of Oasis Insurance 5 minutes of my time just to check rates, it never hurts. I called Oasis and literally in about 5 minutes they gave me an estimate, that was about 200 dollars cheaper than my previous insurance. After giving my info on the phone, all i needed to do was show up to sign paperwork, once i arrived, I was immediatly greeted by Dustin who had all my paperwork and insurance cards ready to go. I encourage everyone to give them a call and just give them 5 minutes, it never hurts!! Great job Oasis, keep doing what your doing!!!
