I got my hair done by the owner. She was very unprofessional. She was rough with my hair pulling at it and hurting me when there was a knot. She called herself “the worst hairdresser with the best results” I agree that she is a bad hairdresser. The whole time I felt like she was in a hurry and was just trying to get me done and out of the salon. The eyelash tech (I believe) was helping her at one point and the lady doing my hair started talking negatively about another hairstylist. Do not go to Kelly the owner. Horrible experience.

Wonderful! I drove 25 miles to Element Salon and it was well worth it! Jovan did an excellent job on my lash extensions and I watched the owner do just as great a job putting in hair extensions on another client. Friendly staff, nice place and lots of different products available to purchase. Very satisfied!!

I went here for the first time to change up my hair a little with some highlights and showed the stylist some pictures for reference of what I wanted. The stylist (who was out smoking in the front at first) told me she could do just exactly what I wanted. After it was all done, the color was barely there and it was nothing like how I wanted it. Will not be coming back, it was a waste of money and not very professional.

I have tried a hundred different salons around town and this is the place I keep coming back to. Kellie is phenomenal. She does everything for me, my extensions, my color, my lashes, beautiful blowouts, etc. There’s no one I would recommend more to give you the look you’re going for!Kellie is extremely experienced and knows how to make her clients feel relaxed and at ease. She is easy going very personable. She is able to touch up my extensions in 1/3 of the time it would take anyone else... if you have ever considered trying extensions - book with her. Her work is exceptional!

Experience from a stylist- DO NOT GO HERE! They do not follow Covid protocols for salons per MN guidelines. They do not take temperatures of people walking in. Owner will not wear her mask. There is no form clarifying that clients walking in do not have Covid.

So I went for the first time to get eyelash extensions done. I chose this place because everyone else was booked for the day. The person that did my lashes stayed a few hours later than she usually does on that day to get me in which I thought was a big + at the time. When I arrived I had to wait a good 25-30 minutes for her to finish up with her last client. I was charged $150 for a full set + $20 tip, which I thought was a little much at the time but wanted the longer lashes look. After getting them done, they looked pretty good. Not as full as I would of liked but still nicely done. I was told to get a fill in about 3 weeks. After the first day I noticed a few eyelashes falling off, no big deal I thought; but after a week about 80% of my lashes were gone. Now forward to today about a week and a half since my appointment, I have a few lashes left on each eye. Not a good deal for paying that much money for them to be gone not even 2 weeks later. After going into the salon she said she could refill them for $40 more. Now I have to pay someone else more money tomorrow to get a whole new set. Dont get eyelash extensions here at all!!! Theres a reason why they are never booked!

Staff were very helpful and kind. Got my hair done in a pinch situation but the stylist was super nice about it. Got exactly what I wanted done and had a good conversation as well. Will defiantly be going again.

Went in to see Jules for super last minute appointment and she did an amazing job! Color is perfect and my hair cut is super cute and just what I wanted! Couldn’t be more excited about my new hair style!

Brittany at Element Salon has been doing my eyelash extensions for almost a year. She is the absolute best! Not only is she amazing at extensions she also will educate you in all the types of lashes to get EXACLY the look you are going for. Whether Im in the mood to gab the whole appointment or take a little nap she is always making sure I receive the best experience EVERY TIME. I always leave feeling AMAZING! I would recommend her to EVERYONE and will ONLY get my lashes done with her!

Wow! Just had my hair cut and foiled at Element Salon and Im so happy with the result! The owner, Kellie, did a spectacular job with my hair! She was so kind and took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and how to style it. I simply showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she made it happen. Ive been wanting the whiter platinum blonde look but my hair always seemed to look more yellow/orange tone. Kellie was easily able to figure out exactly what was needed to get the color tone I wanted. She also took the time to explain to me how to keep it looking this color. I love the cut too! My hair now feels healthy, is way less tangly and looks much more stylish. I definitely recommend Element Salon and will be back! Thank you, Kellie!

Got my hair cut there twice. First time by Jill. She did a great job♡♡ . 2nd time by the owner, Kellie. Mist say the worst hair cut and experience Ive had in a long time. Everything was completely rushed. She spent more time trying to sell me $250 extensions than my super easy hair cut that was ridiculously uneven. After her $55 haircut I had to pay again to get it fixed. Wont be visiting that salon again

I went to get a cut and a color and the cut was a bit uneven, and it was cut too short from what i asked for along with my color being way off of what I asked for and the color faded in around a week. Not so well experience with the stylists seemingly always distracted.

Went to the salon to get lash extensions. The person that did them was great. However I had an allergic reaction to them and had to rush back in an hour after getting them to have them removed. I’m now trying to get my refund nwhich I was told I’d get but the owner Kelly is avoiding me. So be very careful if you go there. The owner acts all concerned but when it comes to your money she will hold on to it with a tight grip. Even if you are due it back!!!!! I wouldn’t even give them a star but the page won’t allow that.
