Great service, great staff. Even after multiple turnover in management the crew here has always maintained a very customer-service oriented attitude. Store is always clean and stocked with amenities. Even on different budgets they always have something to help you out and the price is worth great service if you like to always have your fluids topped off. This store has not only been my spot for oil change but has actually been a part of the community where Ive gotten to know people, built relationships, and carried a positive impact with me to better serve others in my own life. Horrible service and they have stripped my oil filter. I waited for hour to only hear that my oil filter needed a special tool and was charged more money! When they said my oil filter needed a special tool it ALL MAKES SENSE THAT THEY RUINED AND DAMAGED MY FILTER!

The staff was great. Rick was knowledgeable and fun to talk to. He and Chris seem to work really well together. I also like that Rick told me my different options, but did not force a particular product or service. I will definitely go back.

They were fast and very good at their job. I even asked for a new air filter and they showed me why I didnt need it. Who knew such honesty existed in todays climate. Ill never go anywhere else again.

We came for an oil change. the guys got us in as soon as we pulled in. they helped us pick the right oil for our car. and made sure that we knew where each price was coming from. they were super helpful and has the costumers best interest at mind.

I got my car serviced here for an oil change a couple weeks ago, and afterwards I started experiencing shaking in my car. I thought it might not be related to the oil change so I let it go for a while. Last week I called and spoke with the Manager at the time and he tried to help me figure out what was wrong over the phone. Now mind you, I called at around 5:55PM and the shop closes at 6PM. He told me my safety is important and so he’d stay late so I could come in and he could run some tests. I arrived at around 6:30PM and he ran the tests. Come to find out it was just because of the cold and ice build up that I was having issues. But he was so thorough and even filled up my wiper fluid. This is probably the best service I’ve ever received anywhere. Unfortunately he’s no longer at this location and moved to Brooklyn Park, but I still recommend this location. He made sure that mine and my daughters safety was a priority and stayed after closing to ensure we were. I’ll always appreciate this.

Ive heard a lot of negative things about Jiffy Lube in general so I was always a bit nervous about going to one. I recently moved to Champlin and saw that this was the closest oil change place, so I thought to give them a chance. I am so happy I did! Dwayne is amazing! He was super friendly, walked me through everything they were going to do and recommended doing. He is a great leader to his team and it shows in their work! The first visit took a little while just to put in the vehicles maintenance and details. The visits after took less than 20 minutes and my car runs smooth like butter! Definitely a loyal customer for a long time! See you guys again on my next oil change!

Charlie was great! Never been here before so didn’t know what to expect but he was so nice and informative. As a busy working single mom car repairs with two kids tagging along is never fun but he was sweet to them and even turned cartoons on. Will definitely be back because of the quick & quality service and Charlie’s genuinely caring attitude!

I went in to get an oil change they drained all my oil out of my car (2018 Edge) before they checked to see if they had an oil filter. They didnt have an oil filter to replace the old one and said they couldnt change the oil filter but they will put new oil in free of charge because they didnt have a filter. Well they must offorgot to put new and or any oil back in the car. Nowmy oil pressure light is on and my car is bone dry. Also they said they filled the tires up to proper pressure which never happened either. Now I have to pay 18 grand to get a new motor. Corporate will be contacted.

Ive stopped here a few times (particularly when Im in a hurry) and have often been very pleased with the service and professionalism. That is the reason Im giving four stars instead of one. Today, I drove by at 8:10 am looking for the posted hours of operation (there arent any). The place looked dark and the open sign was off. I assumed they opened at 9. I drove home, checked online for hours of operation and it told me 7am-7pm. I called to make sure. Someone answered. I asked if they were open and I was assured they were. When I told them I just drove by and the place was dark, he lied to me saying theyve been open since 7. When I drove back, the place was well lit and open sign on. I asked the technician again if they just did that, and again I was directly lied to. This has absolutely ruined any trust I have for what they tell me or recommend for my vehicle. That being said, once there, the service, attitude, and willingness to be of help were exemplary. But I wont be returning as I need to have confidence in my mechanics.

Stopped in about 9:30 and Dwayne and the crew did a great job and had me on my way in no time. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable.

Make sure you do what the manager says or he will call the cops on you. Apparently you have to get out of your car while they work on it now.

Was treated badly and disrespected before I could ask the prices for their services. Corporate was notified. Owner reported that he called me to apologize, but I never gave a return number, just email, so that was incorrect. Seems like the Company only makes a light hearted effort to please its customers. Unknown if same owner or not, but better employees at Blaine Jiffy Lube. Probably other inside issues at this location, just better to avoid when one has other options, why risk something happening.

I live 75 miles away. So when I needed my anti freeze checked because I did not have heat, on a very cold day, a very helpful person checked and filled it for me. I know I will need to have my car checked out more thoroughly, but I did get to have heat as I drove home that day. Thanks Jiffy Lube!!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for years, ever since I learned that they top off your vacuuming between oil changes. However, I just moved to the Champlin area so started going to that location and I find it particularly terrible. The staff seem to be completely inept when it comes to customer service. The most ridiculous thing is, I asked for the upgraded oil change that includes the free top offs, and then went in for a top off, and the kid working adamantly refused to vacuum my car out, despite me already paying for the service. He also said my service would take 5 minutes, and then proceeded to take 20 minutes and left my car stinking like cigarette with no vacuuming! I will never return and I hope you dont ever go there either.I called the location on Monday to speak with the manager and she said hes new and he didnt know. This is not an acceptable excuse. If I was a new employee, and I didnt know something, Id probably ask a more experienced employee, or just give the customer the benefit of the doubt. Her apology was perfunctory and she didnt even ask me to come in for a vacuum in an effort to gain my business back.

The manager of the store was very helpful! I believe his name is Charlie (helped today) and Dwayne (helped us a few weeks ago) . We had been in for an oil change and diagnostic a few weeks ago. He gave us suggestions on what to do about our diagnosis. We were have fuel system issues. We called today and he suggested that we take it to a mechanic instead of doing a costly fuel injection service with Jiffy Lube siting that he would hate for us to spend a lot of money without it helping. It was something that was covered under warranty and we didn’t have to pay a dime! Thank you for all your help! We will recommend to everyone we know and will continue to utilize services from this Jiffy Lube!

My car started leaking oil right after i got my oil changed at jiffy lube. They stripped my oil drain plug and didnt tell me. Dont go to jiffy lube.

Was in fact Jiffy. We were pushed to buy more expensive oil but thats to be expected.

I showed up and wanted an oil change. They wanted $72.00 plus tax for a less then 5 qt oil change. You have got to be kidding me!! How is this place still in business? Why would people even think of paying that price when you can go ANYWHERE else and pay way less!!?? What a joke!! I will not support this local business Ill spend my money elsewhere! Yes I walked away from my oil change before my car was even driven inside!

The most unprofessional experience i have ever had. The manager after I told her I wanted a top off on my oil said that all i got was top offs and that they couldnt help me which was bs. then she went to the computer and saw I had oil changes consistently for years and didnt say a word and went in the back room after telling one of her employees to give me the service. How does somone like that still have a job in the customer service industry.

Ive been a customer here for the several years I have lived in the area. I have brought all three of my cars in for oil changes on occasion. I will never be returning after the last oil change on my low mileage Saturn. The staff member that helped me recommended I get a particular oil change and I heard him mumble $49.99 and agreed. When they were finished and I went to pay, my bill was $90. $90 for an oil change on a Saturn? I have never in my almost 30 years of owning numerous cars, including an Audi and Mercedes (which I exclusively serviced at the dealerships for less than $90), have I EVER paid $90 for an oil change. Again, I wont be returning.

They’ve always taken care of me when I go here. I’m not a car guy so They have been honest people when it comes to my car. I will still go to this place in the future
