Small intimate club with lots of great machines, programs and employees. Great place to work out, meet people and great cafe as well. Swimming pool, sauna, wading pool, water slide are just a few of the amenities. Joined 6 years ago and still love it!

Very big building and very nice. They have everything you would want. Great place to get in shape or just play some basketball.

I just joined this gym. The employees have been very helpful and the facility is well kept. Going to this gym is almost like going to a spa.

Fabulous for a bronze club. I’ve gone there for years and like particularly the classes Pilates and yoga. Darcy, has been the best teacher and always present for many many years. She truly takes it personal interest in each and every person that comes to her classes. She is a professional even with videos yet yet does all of the exercises with each class. Such passion is motivation.

Had a great workout with my fiancè - was hoping for lap swimming but with the shared community pool @ maple grove, it was later than I was able to stay.

Gym is nice not overly crowded. The staff is very friendly and keep the place clean. The location is great right off 169. It’s close to other stores - Target, Holiday, liquor store, post office, and some restaurants. Can get a lot done before and after a workout!

Paying a full membership for nothing, no showers, no sauna, no pool, nothing, just suffocating with your mask while only being able to use part of the equipment.

Although this club is at the lower-end of the Lifetime spectrum, it far surpasses many other clubs that are higher levels. Its very clean, and the workout floor has a really good layout. Trust me - Im really picky when it comes to gyms. Came in here because I was in the area and will definitely be coming back!

We hosted our sons birthday party here and it was a great experience for 5 year old kids in the winter to get some energy out! The staff was excellent, the activities were well coordinated and the kids had tons of fun playing soccer, floor hockey, parachute, obstical course and other age appropriate activities.

If youre thinking of joining, you have to talk to Joel! He not only set me up with a membership that fits my needs and my family, but he continues to check in whenever he sees me at the club. Its nice to not feel like a commission!The childcare is wonderful too! My 3yo asks to go to the play place daily.This club has helped me change my life for the better!

I have experienced unprofessional customer service from Colleen ( Lady at the front desk) twice in a row. Its embarrassing to be treated like an outsider when im paying for my services. Colleen is unwelcoming, stand offish, and very very unprofessional. I was in the process of trying to understand time restriction for the lifetime guest pass ( keep in mind Im a new member) she didnt acknowledge my presence and continue to proceed chatting with another guy. After I asked her again about the guest policy, she basically went to grab guest policy paper and threw it at me and continued with her conversation.This is not how a business of this entity should be welcoming their guests. I have joined Lifetime fitness with my wife and kids due to its reputation, but I am seeing and witnessed otherwise. Lifetime please do better.SincerelyAn Unpleased Customer

I like this location. Its one of the few coed saunas and hot tubs that LifeTime has. My wife and I like to go together sometimes and relax. Most other branches are single gendered, which is fine in its own right. The locker room is small and the steam room sounds like a motorcycle is starting up in it, hard to relax with that.Also a great pool for kids and families.

Best sauna in the metro. Also the people that work here are amazing. Shout out to Shelly, Mia, and Ania. Always look forward to dropping by for a workout.

For the most part its good. A bit high priced but nice clean facility. Convenient & safe childcare drop off. But very money hungry. They try to get you to pay extra for .... Everything under the sun... that you didnt even know was available!

Ive been a member here for over 10 years. I cant recall a bad experience that whole time. Shelley & Lisa are great at the front desk. They always say hello & goodbye. Robyn in the Pilates Studio is the best.

Coming from a smaller gym found this to not feel as personable. That aside the variety of machines, weights, bb court, and pool all make this a pleasant gym to get in a workout in a variety of ways.

I went in to get a membership on a Sunday afternoon.. the lady at the front wasn’t very helpful and didn’t understand what we were asking to do. we previously had a membership which was on hold and we wanted to re open but CHANGE to a family membership. She didn’t understand and keep saying ok we can re active. The person who could help us more was unable to meet. The lady at the front had us fill out a sheet giving permission for them to call us to dicuss. She said he would call in about 30 minutes. Today is Monday and he still hasn’t called.... if this wasn’t the nicest gym in town, we would go some where else. Awful customer service.

Lots of equipment, though tends to be very busy. At times feels more like a social hangout than a fitness club.

The Champlin Lifetime Fitness is amazing!Pros:- 24/7- Awesome personal training staff, I really cant put into words how great they are- extremely reasonble prices considering you what you get compared to Snap or Anytime Fitness- group fitness classes that kick a**- outstanding, consistent staff in the childcare center- clean- every machine you could want or need- nice pool perfect for kids since its 0 entry, beach style- parking is easy to find even at peak timesCons:- honestly... none

Facility and amenities are great! Customer service and life cafe is inconsistent and unpredictable. If other clubs offered child care our family would go elsewhere! Their childcare is EXCELLENT!

I love the variety of the Studio classes

Their child care staff are young and poorly trained, as well as understaffed for the amounts of kids they take care of. The facility is small and pictures on google show features that don’t exist in this particular location. Too expensive for any benefits you may be wishing for.Save a bundle by going someplace else.

Horrible experience- even for a member. Ive only encountered one staff member who isnt horribly rude. Facilities are nice, but would not recommend it at all just because of the staff.

I lifetime emailed them since my hubby and I started new jobs amd our schedule made it impossible to make it to the gym to please stop our draft and cancel payment and our membership. I got an email back from them acknowledging my email that said we needed to sign something and it took 30 days for them to cancel. I knew with our new schedules it would be difficult to get to lifetime to sign something so I put a stop pay on my bank payment so they woudnt keep dipping into our account. Then I sent an email saying no problem I stopped draft to let them know. Apparently they sent an email which I didnt receive saying I still needed to sign something to cancel. However we did still get in there to sign something to make it official 11/6. They sent us something saying we still needed to pay all of November and December because apparently to cancel you have to physically sign in person with a wet signature and give them a full 30 days and since our payment came out the first that gives them a right to another months payment. Now the back story is that we hadnt used the gym in 4 months. So they are trying to come after us for 2 months of payments for services we never used. Even though they knew our intent to cancel in the middle of October and my email was acknowledged. Here is the biggest kick in the pants. My hubby has been a loyal member for 15 years and me for close to 10 years and because we are saying we dont think we should have to pay since we havent used the membership in over 4 months and we notified them to cancel in October. Now they are threatening to send it off to collections. This is insane how they are treating us after all of the money we have poured into lifetime. I asked if they are willing to treat loyal members like this and apparently the answer is yes as I was told we have until 12/31. We had every intention of renewing our membership in the future after my kiddos are out of the house but not after this. I work in customer service and this is RIDICULOUS!!!!!! DONT join or you will have a hassle cancelling!!!!! Plus they will treat you like dirt no matter how loyal of a member you were.

Misled when signing up about eligibility of my kids to be part of parents night and other fun activities. Never was given access to the account online, even after requesting support. Was double charged for lifetime bucks for swimming lessons and cancellation charges for another 30 days for anything including swim. The staff was nice but apparently they cant fix anything since it was all corporate but corporate doesnt respond to requests through their website for support or fixes. Majorly regret signing up. Family account was 1OO and Fifty a month plus swim lessons so this last month after they double charged me I paid $2FourFour .. for 1 month.Sales wont tell you this but if your child is under 3 all those parents nights they talk about are a no go, so are the any fun events. Sales told us wed be able to use that service and there would be fun activities for our kids... he was well aware one of our kids is 2 since he typed that into the account I never got access to. Sales also made the account and messed up what kids got swimming lessons.The swimming lessons were good. The staff in the kid center were nice. Front desk is nice but the place needs to be able to fix their own over charging and account issues. If you dont mind being double charged and being signed up for things without your consent this is the gym for you.** I have added a star recently ** While the corporation really seems set to charge you without permission the swim team there tried their best and really did help my boys with their swimming skills. I wish you could go just for the swim lessons and pay them directly. The swim staff deserves a 5 but the frustration of billing and misleading sales still leaves the overall at 2.

Ive never had a problem with this place all the staff are awesome except this one lady who was working the front counter this morning at like 11:00 October 16th 2016 Ive never seen her before she was so rude I actually was concidering canceling my membership I pay way to much for people to be rude like that she is a sour face of the company and it needs to be considered that she is let go or just stop working the front counter have her fold some towels!!

On March 31st 2013 4 friends and I were dropped off at Lifetime Fitness to play basketball by parents. I had been to this location once before and me and some friends had payed $15 to play basketball. My friend had come the week before and said it was $3.50 and that the lady from before had made a mistake.When we got there, we were served by the same woman as the first time ( time we payed $15 each). She told us that because we didnt have proper I.D (Chaplain Park High I.D or License) we could not get the 3.50 fee. She asked us in a mocking tone why your 16 and you dont have a permit. We also could not get the $15, it was for people who came with a member. She said it was $25 EACH just to play basketball. She said that the lady who had charged us $15 had broken policy and will be delt with (IT WAS HER. I REMEMBER). It was cold, we didnt have ANY rides or anything of the sort. She told us we had to leave. So we complied and walked to McDonals in the cold. We sat there for 1-2 hours. We then called our other friend, he said he was playing at lifetime. We asked how he got in and he said he begged her and she agreed. We were Furious. We walked back then called him out and asked how he got in but we didnt. She said because he came with a member which was irrelevant. We were once again instructed to leave the property or the cops would be called. We left but met yet another friend in the parking lot, who happened to be a member. We went back in with him and asked to play. She only gave use the $15 price not the #.40 our other friend got. We asked her why he got that price and she said he has a Champlin Park I.D. THAT WAS A LIE!!! Hes my friend, I see him every week I know what school he goes to. He also does not have a permit or Licence. She lied. And then said she was going to call the cops. We left. (our friends informed us that the cops did indeed later come. We waited for another 3 hours or so at Mcdonals and then finally got picked up. She was short, brunette and Caucasian. Not very specific but if I were to see or even hear her I would know it was her. She told me that she had had problems with me before which was false cause I had only been there once before. She had me confused w/ someone else and took it out on all of us. The worst part is she was hypocritical. She started out by saying company policy blah blah blah and by the end she was breaking it. My friend did NOT have a Champlin Park I.D because he does not go there I promise you. He does not. She lied. And whens he knew we had her she called the cops. I would have stayed and explained my case but my friends wanted to leave and I respected that. I want Lifetime to take disciplinary actions and an apology form her. No money, no discount just action and an apology.

Good facility, but horrible management. Would not recommend this particular lifetime at all.

I was a member of Lifetime Fitness for many years. This location was my favorite among the options in the area.

Very expensive, and there are some jerks that go here. Also lacks diversity when it comes to the equipment they have. I like the pool though.
