I dont know why this facility exists. I have experienced very strange cases. I ordered recently three items to the locker. They disappeared during transition. So I cant get anything (within 1 month, total 4 items).But funny thing is taht I ordered the other items to my home. These arrived on time without missing...Locker seems to be not safe as well as not convenient 😕 I claimed the issues to the Amazon customer service. They said almost that we dont know and dont care.

Driver had my package, and was in my neighborhood, 4 stops away according to the Amazon app. I checked about 30 minutes later and the driver was already heading back to Champaign.

The driver does not even look for ste # in Lincoln Square. They have left our packages in the mall itself randomly. They say almost 90% of the time they cant deliver because they cant find us. The ste number is clearly visible.

Convenient location in the same building as and right next to Starbucks and U of Illinois bookstore. Very fast and convenient place to pick up and nice place to sit have a cup if coffee while you enjoy your new item!

Christopher helped me with a return, super easy and fast. He also helped me with great info on how to get the most out of my Amazon Prime membership, excellent customer service and I will definitely be doing business in this location!

They delivered to the wrong house because their driver cant read house #s or use googlemaps. Got run around when i called to get the driver turned around to get it & deliver to the correct place. I work everday with drivers & have to make them turn around in tractor trailers to get stuff they miss deliver. Theybare telling me they couldnt get ahold of the driver. There is NO WAY a business that delivers doesnt have a way to get ahold of their driver. UPS & FedEx can even get ahold of their drivers.

It is in a terrible location! Unless you dont have a job or go to college then Im sure its fine. The kids on campus dont look before stepping into the street or obey the traffic signs! Terrible location!
