My toilet and tub has been backing up for days. I called Lucas and he promptly sent out his technicians this morning. They were very polite and knowledgeable and had my problem fixed in no time! I was worried about the cost, but was very happy with the price. I highly recommend this company for any of your sewage or drainage needs!

I called and someone asked for all of my info. Too much for a simple return call. She said someone would be getting back to me. No one ever did.

The response to our service call was very quick. The service tech explained in detail the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He was through and had our unit back running in no time.

Claims 24 hour service. Had to wait over 8 hours and call 3 times just to get someone to call me back. The man i spoke to was dismissive and rude.

My kitchen sink was clogged. I called Schoonover and they came to my house in 45 minutes and unclogged it the sink within about 5 minutes. They were professional and polite. I appreciate their quick response and timely repair.

We had our main line become totally clogged late on a Saturday. Called Schoonover and the dispatcher said the after hours tech would give me a call shortly. Lucas called me back probably within 5 min and let me know that he would not be able to get to me until early Sunday morning due to call volume. I work for a plumbing contractor in town who recommends Schoonover for drain cleaning to our customers so I did not really want to use anyone else. We waited until the following morning and Lucas was right out when he said hed be. He located my line quickly and cleaned the roots out quickly and professionally, he was also personable. This company specializes in drain cleaning and that is all that they do so they can offer great pricing on their services and excel at what they do. I felt the price for a Sunday visit was very reasonable and will definitely use them again if the need arises! Thanks Lucas!

Receptionist was really nice. She said I’d get a call shortly from one of their guys. Got a call in about 10 minutes and Tyler was out in about 30 minutes. He was very polite, professional, and fast. Even gave some pointers on how to prevent a clog. Would recommend.

Schoonover Sewer Service is one of the greatest services in town and they are very reasonable. Whenever I call they are out within a couple hours. We have used them for years to clean out the sewer when our basement drain backs up. They always work quickly and do not make a mess. I would highly recommend

Schoonoever is simply the best drain cleaning service. Whenever I need drain or sewer repairs these are the go to guys.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I literally had human feces pumping into my backyard. I called them and they said a technician would call us and get back to us as soon as possible. 4 hours later, I called back and they said the same thing again. 8 hours later, nothing. 10 hours later, nothing. After 12 hours I realized that they weren’t coming and they were not even professional enough to call us and let us know. This is the worst customer service I have ever had to partially deal with. This was an emergency situation and they couldn’t even be bothered to give us a call to at least say we are booked up and can’t help you. I don’t even know how they are in business?! I called Roto- Rooter and within hours I had an appointment date and time frame!

Well priced and fast response! Called them at 4pm and they were out by 8:30am the following day. After calling out 217 and having them jet and camera my sewage line, I was told that I would need to have my pipe dug out and replaced in order to fix a root clog in the 90 degree section. Which would have been very expensive. Not only was Schoonover half the price, it took no longer than 15 minutes for them to go through the unpassable roots using their cable machine. They successfully opened up my line and saved me a ton of potential expenses. Would highly recommend over the other big advertisers!

Schoonover Sewer is a great family/locally owned company. They are fast to respond, and reasonably priced. Most importantly they respect the stress that a backed up sewer can cause. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They were called to clear a sewer line. Which was clear until the next morning when it backed up and sprayed raw sewage onto the team sanitizing the area! Since it was partially cleaned up at that point I was responsible to pay for an extra $400 of clean up work. I had to get another company out that cleared the line with no further issues after months of use. The worst part is that even after understanding all of this they are insisting on being paid for clearing the line! They are sending me past due invoices every couple of weeks. I would highly recommend that you stay away, and choose another company. Poor quality, incomplete work followed by demands for payment.

Our main line to the sewer clogged, so I called Roto-Rooter to have a repairman out for a quote. He diligently worked to unclog it for quite a while, to no avail, at a cost of $240. He returned with the master plumber and another employee to try again the next morning. After a bit, the master plumber told me the only way to unclog the pipe was to tear up our brick patio and dig up the pipe at an estimated cost of $2,800. I immediately called Schoonover Sewer Service instead. Two courteous repairmen were onsite within an hour. They unclogged the line, from the basement, in a little over an hour for $344.

Its never a good day when you have these kinds of issues and need to call someone. Schoonovers were fantastic! Very prompt, understanding, and helpful. I spoke with Lucas and he explained everything and set everything up. Matt and his team came to our home and were very respectful and very skilled. Minimal fuss, minimal down time, and they were very fair and honest. Thank you for a job well done.

Called out on a Sunday when septic system backed up into the house. We had already had out another plumber and problem was not fixed even though they said it was. He (MU) knew the problem in 10 minutes and fixed in half an hour. And reasonable!!

I posted this review a few years ago, but it seems to have disappeared. I called this company out to help me figure out why my basement had flooded. They spent about 3 minutes on my property, told me to buy a sump pump and sent me a bill for $45. Thanks for nothing.
