I just want to to shout out to Comprehensive Prosthetics and Orthotics. They did so much work and tried so hard to get my kids much needed braces. They called the docs, called my insurance, filled out so much paperwork, and tried so hard to find a loophole in my insurance because I couldnt find anywhere to get them and I was on a very narrow timetable. Even past the point that my insurance denied all my claims and there wasnt anything they could do they *still* were trying to find a way to help us. Not because they wanted my business but because they genuinely cared about my son and wanted to help. I feel this was above and beyond customer service and I genuinely appreciate everything they have done.

The people, Jody, Jennifer, and Phil, are all very pleasant and helpful. However, the Champaign location is only open 2 days a week. 1 day for prosthetics and 1 day for orthotics. That simply is not enough for someone making changes to an orthotic or preparing for a prosthetic. Very disappointed with the scheduling.
