For my consultation, I brought in a list of questions and Diamond made sure every one of them was answered. They’re honest about the treatments, who it works best for (no tanning, ladies), and when to expect results. The facility is always clean when I arrive and they are prompt in getting me to the treatment room. Okay this place is a GEM! Everyone who works there is Spectacular. Diamond spent a really long time with me explaining everything and helping me find the best plan. Samantha makes me feel so comfortable and is SO body positive!! While it’s expensive, it truly is life changing (even after just one treatment!). They also have tons of payment options. Also, you get lifetime services at all their locations across the country which is even better. Seriously, there’s no reason not to get laser hair removal. Oh my goodness where do I start? Well! Let me first start by saying that I have had electrolysis done years ago and it was the worst experience of my life (pain, and unknowledgeable “professional “. I have had two treatments here at the Champaign location and from Chyann at the front desk, to Samantha the nurse practitioner providing treatment, to the clinic manager Diamond, these people are all lovely. Laser removal can seem a bit intimidating but the team here really makes the process a welcoming one. I am so glad that I am getting treatments here.
