Lower stars if I could, been trying to contact ides now for 11 weeks and the machine just keeps saying the same thing, that theyre experiencing a high volume of calls and cant make it to the phone.This is ridiculous..

It sucked! They should have on their website that theyre closed. I drove all the way over there, to find out that its closed. When in fact the website said nothing about it being closed.

Everytime you call its busy cant get help from anyone because. Or I guess It is just our government system .

Computers always available. And I saw the clerk actually helping people with the internet and job seeking. Then the next clerk came and the first clerk left and, she did the same thing. Helped people. Was really surprised with that center. Never seen any center like it before. Just the helpfulness of the staff.

They try but are helpful when they have the time
