The first therapist I had here was outstanding, and am forever thankful for that (unfortunately she left). I then started with a second therapist who was subpar. This was made exceptionally worse by the owners of the practice when they decided to cancel hundreds of appointments that clients made with the subpar therapist when she decided to quit and switch practices. The practice dropped me, and all those other clients, like a hot potato in my time of need with no good explanation. This is highly unprofessional and a terrible way to treat people who are seeking assistance.

I have been with Trevor for almost 10 years! She has helped me through so so much. My parents divorce and family drama in general. I will recommend her to anyone. :)

I wouldnt recommend this group for much of anything unless you want to be disappointed in humanity.

Rj not only saved my life when I was in my 20’s but he is huge reason for the peace I have found in my soul. It took hard work on my end and tons of falling, but I always got back up. Something about RJ, he’s special. I highly recommend him.

I cant speak on any of the other therapists, but my (ongoing) experience working with Jacqueline Thomas has been wonderful. Anyone who has knowledge of psychotherapy understands that one of the fundamental keys to success is the creation of a therapeutic alliance in tackling a patients problems, and I can confidently state that I genuinely believe in Jacquelines investment as a therapist in helping me become a better person.Aside from the therapy itself, Id like to echo the sentiments of the other reviews in saying that office personnel have always been very kind. Furthermore, I find the offices aesthetics and motif to be pleasant and relaxing.

I’ve been working with RJ for a few years now. He has served as a great counselor and what I would even call a life coach. I’ve been to a couple of counselors before and the thing that has set RJ apart is that he is no-hype, logical, stable and straight-forward. He has helped guide me into a really healthy relationship both with myself and with those around me. In short, I’m so grateful to have grown so much emotionally and have developed really healthy relationships over the past few years. There are a variety of contributors to that growth. Among them RJ has played a MAJOR role. I highly recommend he and his team.

I have recently gotten to know RJ and I can tell you that he is someone who contributes to the communities he represents and he treats his team very well. Impressive.

I cannot recommend Trevor highly enough. I worked with her for over a year and would refer anyone I know to her. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, and as a therapist Trevor deserves all the credit in the world.

I had a great counselor however, they are not very educated with insurance. I almost had to pay out of pocket about $3000 for therapy sessions from a year ago because they failed to inform me of my lack of coverage. Whenever I would call the front desk, they usually did not know what to say about the insurance coverage, and I had to make several phone calls that did confirm I actually was covered during that time period and had to resubmit claims, again, for almost a year ago.

Me and my ex wife did individual sessions with a counselor. They shared details about my session with my ex wife and was completely biased during the sessions.

Very great counseling; my counselor was a very great listener and really understood what goes on psychologically. 10/10 would recommend

This was one of the worst counseling experiences Ive ever had. I cant speak on the other counselors but Jotham was terrible. Still recovering from that session...
