Amazing people, amazing company. True market solutions management far by the best management I have ever worked with. The people the culture, the close knit group. If you are looking for growth this is the place to be. Team nights are awesome, bowling, movies, live games. Just an awesome place.

Pretty awesome team to be a part of. We lost a few of our sales team a few weeks back due to some poor production, and compliance issues which really helped changed the environment here into a way more positive daily shift! You have to like the people you work with to be good at what you do. The team is on point and I am glad to be part of it

Although I am no longer with this company I still give it 5 stars! Nothing bad to say about anyone here! Great people to work with. The job just wasn’t a good fit for me personally.

Seems like a very sketchy place to work at. I had 3 rounds of interviews: one over the phone, one in their office with one person, and for the last one they made me go to the office just so that a different person can tell me to meet him at Menards because they were one of their major clients. They advertised and mentioned in the first 2 interviews that the salary range was 35,000-40,000 but on the third interview they said that pay was only $10/hr plus any commission you get from sales (if you get any sales). They also didnt mention that the job was in sales or what they were selling until the third interview with a very cocky guy. The third interview was a big waste of time, to make me drive all the way to Menards in Champaign from their office in Savoy just so we can have the interview in the store and sit within the displays of tables and chairs. The interview was held pretty much in the store with workers and customers walking by, which to me was very unprofessional. They also advertised the job saying that there were many positions available including management training but in reality they are only looking for sales people.

TMS is a great place to work. Everybody is part of a team. Postive work environment!!!!
