Had an amazing experience! Dropped my car off first thing in the morning, he had a quote for me a couple hours later, and by the end of the day, it was done! Amazing quality, so reasonably priced, very professional and kind! So thankful.

Got my brakes and rotors all around for 600 when all other places wanted 1000. Honest and caring. No one else will be allowed to work on my or my familys car except him.

So they recently did work on my Mini Cooper and Ford F150. Prices were okay and the quality of work was good. The guys there are nice and they have worked so well with my schedule!!! Communication could improve just a bit and they are not ideally located. Small place not much parking and lots of other work going on around the shop.

Hosea at Jaquies is a gem of a mechanic and runs his shop in an extremely efficient manner. The service I received exceeded my expectations in every aspect; Hosea is easy to talk to and was helpful in pointing out services I suggested that didnt need to be done to my vehicle (which has never happened and was so appreciated!), he was accommodating in terms of his pick up/drop off times, had my vehicle back on the road a full WEEK before any other shops estimate, and was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than the dealerships quote. I really cant say enough great things about this shop and the work they do. This is the only shop Ill be taking my car to in the future.

Not recommended as wasted time and my money. Not good social relations, made promises not kept, shop is dirty. unpleasant experience never again.

I called him & he had me come to the shop to look at my car. He instantly knew what the issue was just by me telling him what was wrong with it. He fixed it, didnt charge much at all so now my car is back running better than it was. He is reliable & a very nice person overall. Anything he can do to help hes willing to do. He will be doing the remaining work for my car. I wouldnt let anyone else touch it.

We called at 7 pm on a Sunday to see if we can get new terminals because the Autozone said they were too corroded to change the battery. He cleaned the terminals and replaced our battery for as much as Autozone was charging and super nice about it. I’ve had mechanics talk down to me or charge me extra because I don’t know what I’m doing but he charges a great price. Definitely recommend and will be coming here as my mechanic in the future.

I was in Champaign on business. I needed someone to look at my car on the day I needed to leave. Jose or Hosea - I am remiss that I did not get his name properly engrained in my memory. He came to the hotel and looked my car over. I followed him to the shop. He found the problem which was tar stuck behind my brake dust cover. He cleaned it and sent me on my way. He did not charge me a thing! What awesome customer service! If I lived in the area, I would definitely give him my continued business.

Took my car here because There was a knocking sound in the engine, They said there was a crack in my exhaust manifold so I waited a week on my car paid for the work and my car sounds even worse than when I took it there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
