Bill at Arrow is very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s the only cab service I’ll use in Champaign Urbana! Highly recommend.

I take them daily their very friendly and always on time and if their running late or earlier then usual they call and let you know ahead of time .... highly recommend

They steal tips they will charge you $7.00 once you look at your bank account it’s says 8.40or 50 was took out I called the bank they said the extra 1.50 was took out in tip format do not ride or trust themBill is a terrible business owner very rude and disrespectful do not right with them unless you want money took out your account that you do not consent too I’m sure my bank is not lying and Ive been with my bank for year
