I worked here briefly. I wasn’t welcomed in any way, shape or form. The boss, Katie. Had a horrible attitude her approach to people is horrible. As a boss, you lead by example. Meaning you need to resemble what it is you’re looking for in an employee. She’s rude, doesn’t respect the team workers, it’s almost like we aren’t there to her. An incident happened today at work where somebody was penalized for something that was a complete lie. I couched for that person which resulted in ME being terminated. Nobody’s word matters, they don’t take time to hear our BOTH sides of the story. It’s very weird and obvious that Theirs favoritism going on.
