Nice guy here. Very friendly, and courteous. Had just what I needed with very little fuss. Honestly couldnt say how competitive the prices are, as I Don t often use this service... But certainly super convenient.

Zero stars would be more fitting. Rented a scissor lift twice, both times paid additional to have them deliver the lift to my address, both times with major errors on the companys part & no apology or appropriate make-good. The first time, the lift just never showed up. I called to see where it was & they told me that they never received payment (I was not informed & they had my card on file). It was delivered 2 days later. The second time, again, it never showed up so I told them to cancel the order & give me a refund. They said that they couldnt refund me until the lift was returned to them (it was on the delivery truck). Somehow it took them nearly two weeks to get the lift back, as the delivery driver decided to drop it off after I canceled, and took their sweet time picking it up. I check my credit card statement today to see that they only refunded 3/4 of the money I paid, even though I never had the opportunity to use the lift due to their consistent negligence. I will not use Sunbelt Rentals again.

Friendly crew that assisted me loading an aerator. they have truck rentals right next door at Lowes so I was able to get a truck get the Air aerator take it home, do the work and bring it right back. The assisted me as well with unloading the equipment great group of guys.

On a Thursday, I made an online reservation to rent a pole pruner from this location for Saturday - a one day rental was $46.Shortly after, I got a phone call letting me know that their pole pruner was actually broken. Okay, I like the prompt communication, but what are my options? They told me that the Howell Mill location had one - so I asked if theyd be able to transfer it, or if Id have to drive to Howell Mill for it. The answer was that Id have to drive to Howell Mill, or pay a $150 transfer fee. Then he mentioned that they did have a mechanic coming in on Friday, and they would know by 2pm on Friday if they could fix the tool or not.So, on Friday I call them at 2pm, and they told me that the tool would NOT be fixed. So I said, okay, then my next best option is to go to Howell Mill, right? And the guy told me, no, Howell Mill is closed on Saturday, and the closest location with the equipment is Johns Creek.Everybody I spoke to was very courteous and as helpful as they could be, but it seems like this company needs a little help getting their act together. I guess Im just going to go buy a pole saw from the Lowes NEXT DOOR for $180.

Made an appointment to rent an aerator on 10/01/2016. I showed up at 8:15 to pick up my aerator and I could tell there was a problem. They said whoever I spoke to wrote my name on the whiteboard behind them but didnt reserve an aerator for me.... Explain that.Update:They did call when one became available but I was already in the process of picking one up at Home Depot at that time.

WARNING. keep your receipts. This place just said I never paid. Just had a law firm try and call and ruin my credit over my rental with this place. Luckily I used card and was able to show proof of this transaction.OBVIOUSLY they dont keep very good records and then lash out at their customers through legal action later on when THEY were the ones who messed up.Terrible business policy. Will never rent here again.

Mixed results from here. Sometimes everything has worked out great, but just one too many times there have been issues with equipment not being in proper working condition that I now go elsewhere.

Rent all of my one use power tools here. Good service, decent pricing.

Worthless, they never answer the phone, then you drive down there, and no one is working-- Lowes should fire them, because it makes them look bad as well.
