Look what one of our residents said on Modern Message - Move in experience flawless. Love unit. Large bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Everything looks great. Plenty of cabinet space. Love the desk area where grandsons can do homework.
I’ve been here for a little bit of time and i can’t say anything bad about anything. for one the staff are so flexible and they are nicest people so this far. Kali & Leon really are amazing at what they do. As for the apartments, i love it. i’ve made so many nice friends in my building. I have not had any problems with the apartment amenities. Everything is basically very convenient for me. I would recommend 10/10.
Moved in just about a month ago and so far so good. Kali made my move in process smooth, efficient and she answered all of my questions without delay. My apartment is beautiful, spacious enough for me and has literally everything I need, PLUS the location is a 10 minute commute to work. Its great to see that the community hosts several events to meet and interact with neighbors, so I hope to participate in one soon.Chamblee is a terrific area that has greatly improved over the last few years with lots of restaurants & shopping options just a few blocks away. I love coming home to The Station on Peachtree each day and consider myself grateful to be here.
Living at the Station on Peachtree has been an amazing experience. We have lived here for 2 years and the staff has always been helpful and supportive during our stay. The location is perfect, and there are so many exciting and fun things around in walking distance. I would recommend this apartment for living to anyone. It’s also pet friendly and my dogs love the dog park.
This place has been a game changer in mine and my boyfriend’s life! Great located, management agents are always there with a smile to help and I love the community is chill and there’s no loud noises around.Kali and Leon are so nice and the maintenance guys are great! After moving so many times this place is lovely!
The Station’s. Management has always been attentive and they keep residents informed and involved! The property is well maintained and landscaping is always beautiful…!!! We have lots of amenities that I enjoy!!My only concern has been with the aging elevator. As a person with disabilities, the stairways are not always an option for me.I think the elevator personally hates ‘me,’ LOL!!!Each landing feels like a crash landing to my back!! Hopefully this minor issue will soon be resolved!!
This afternoon I able to share the experience of being a communications technician for a new resident at this housing community complex. The leasing staff was fast, friendly & helpful in being able to assist me finding the residents unit for their internet install. The communities exterior was very clean & designed with updated modern aesthetics as the staff was very welcoming & their personalities & interpersonal communication skills fit perfectly for the community. Thanks for such a great easy experience & keep up the fabulous work!
Me and my family love to live here, is a very calm place the neighbors are very friendly. The location is also a plus very close to the train station, supermarkets and great restaurants. I would definitely recommend as a great place to live.
This is an amazing community! Kali is AMAZING!! This community is on top of everything. I am so grateful to have found this hidden gem.
I wouldn’t recommend this complex until they are absolutely upgraded with new appliances and cleaner interiors. They have a lot of internal issues going on. We have only lived here for a week and the dryer does not work, the dishwasher leaks, it was unclean, walls were half painted, and the cabinets had a yellow stain in them. I also don’t like how there’s only one person working in the leasing office because I think that she may be overworked and super busy. Look at other places before making your final decision.
Terrible place to live!! Do not move here I lived here for 5 years the first management company Fogelman was great when trinity took over everything it became horrible. I was stuck with a move out bill that charged me double for my utilities and they would not honor my security deposit. I was going back and forth with them for months no resolution and then they just turned me to collections. The collections team was much more easier to work with than trinity and they also told me they had a lot of complaints from other residents who used to live here and tried to settle their move out statements
Wonderful community and staff! Airianna and Kali have been very helpful since day one. The apartment is very spacious and it’s close to work, that’s a plus! Happy to call this place Home.
This is a great place to live! Its right in the middle of Chamblee and the location and buildings are amazing and well kept.Kali, our leasing agent, was absolutely spectacular! She helped us get through our leasing process with a lot of ease. The office always responds in a timely manner and our service requests have been filled within less than a day. If youre on the fence about choosing this as your place to live Id say go for it.
Great place to stay . Lively and at the same time quiet and safe
The layout inside the apartment is nice and I like my neighbors. But I would not recommend moving here, unless you enjoy having to evacuate every month or so due to a faulty fire alarm in the building. The entire building has had around 7 or 8 false fire alarms in the past 6 months. Often in the middle of the night. Very annoying but at least I understand what is happening. I feel bad for any pets who panic and hide since they do not understand. Having said that, the maintenance team is great and this is not their fault. They have always fixed anything I needed around the apartment because they know their trade well. The issue is the owners of the apartment complex that needs to invest in better equipment and not cheap fixes.
The swimming pool is a wonderful centerpiece amenity for the community. Unfortunately, you need bold cutters to use it, as it has been on lockdown for half the summer. Two-Star Summer Rating
Let me be clear, the staff has nothing to do with this review. They are nice people, just not great at answering the phone. But other than that, they mean well. After a year and a half of living here, this is my assessment of the station on peachtree.Cons:-Fire alarms go off randomly at 3-4 am.-The buildings are not energy efficient and your power bill will be insane.-People could easily get into the buildings if they wanted to.-Whatever you do, make sure you live in Bldg1000 top floor. Best possible living situation. The other buildings are terrible.-Bugs. We kept our apartment clean but we’re not perfect. For the first 8-10 months we had no bugs. Then all of a sudden roaches started coming from the vents in the ceilings. Think about using the toilet and a roach plops down on the ground in front of you. Not a pleasant visual.-For the amount of money you pay the amenities are below par and they could improve the property.-Speaking of improving the property, whoever thought of the blue and orange color scheme was clearly on drugs when he/she made the decision.-For the area, you could get a better bang for your buck and have a better living experience.Pros:-Maintenance was responsive, helpful and nice.-You have a lot more square footage than most other apartments.-People keep to themselves and are generally respectful. With the exception of a few neighbors with dogs who don’t care if they bark all night, but you chose an apartment and that’s what happens when you live in close quarters with other people.-Lots of families live here so you don’t need to worry about too many parties or people acting up past midnight.I have no problem with Station on Peachtree and I enjoyed my time there. But with new apartments popping up in the area, they are having to raise prices to stay competitive and because of that, that’s why we left. The reason why I’m giving two stars is because they did a walkthrough of the apartment and said our deposit would cover the cost of moving out and we got hit with a $300+ bill minus the security deposit. The apartment wasn’t spotless but I could have cleaned, fixed and repaired the entire apartment for under $100 if I truly had the time. Just keep and eye out for that.
TERRIBLE PROPERTY!!! I have had the same noise complaint since the month of May. The property manager here is of no help!! The resident next to me has been hammering on the balcony! I complained and the property manager told me there was nothing she could do since its daytime hours. It continued for a month, but there must have been other complaints bc the hammering moved inside the apartment. I complained again and was told bc its not quiet hours, there was nothing she could do. Well then he literally started bouncing off the walls. Ive been complaining about this neighbor hitting my Livingroom wall for months now!! The on site police officer knocked on his door, witnessed this, and reported it to the office and still nothing has been done. No fine.. no penalty... and of course hes still hitting my wall!! Wait! she did fine him! But it was removed...And Im friends with 3 neighbors on this floor - so I know Im not the problem! So, if youre in the medical field working nights and need peace during the day, this place is not for you! If you work from home this place is not for you! DO NOT MOVE HERE! PAY MORE FOR A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE!!
This was a great place to live until maintenance called to towed my second car a few days before Christmas 2019 just because it was sitting in the same spot. I Travel for work too. Had to pay 300 to get it out and staff said not their problem. Alright i took the hit. December of last year they locked my account from paying due to a mistake on their behalf. January come around time to pay account still locked. Called and emailed every number available using FB, Instagram, Google and the property main website. No one ever replied or call me back after emails an voice mail. Dont expect Corp to respond if you have a issue no one is helping you on. I was hit with a late fee because my account was still locked the month before and couldnt pay. You can also pay in person but no one works weekend and if they put the sign working from sister property well enjoy. My account was finally unlocked and because i didnt pay the same day. My late fee wasnt approved to be taken off. I had NO control of my account being blocked for Clerical error. I always pay my rent and never had a late fee until they locked me out. When finally able to pay my rent days later i was told they cant remove the late fee because i didnt pay the EXACT same day it was unlocked. I never got a email saying they wouldnt remove if not paid same day. Response was its in your lease contract. Finally was told a exception can be made just this one time if i wrote a review. I rather pay my late fee thats being forced on me because my account was locked than write a review that held no value. These events have caused me to lose sleep thinking id be kicked out and alot of stress thinking id find my stuff on the street because my rent wasnt paid on time. Im also afraid this will be reported on my Credit Consumer Report. This is my experience. Take what you will. I await response from the owner as why this was my fault due to my star rating and review.
I absolutely love the apartment When I viewed it..... I was told that the admin fee was waived and she gave me a code (half of a code) when I tried to use it it didn’t work I called multiple times to get help, never got through but needed to complete the application so I ended up having to pay that fee...... through no fault of the apartment things didn’t work out but, I called looking to get info on the credit due to me and of course I have not gotten a call back nor do they pick up the phone it’s been over a week now!!!!!! This clearly worked out for the best because poor communication is definitely a deal breaker for me.
Ok, first of all let me say the place is sooo beautiful and chic! The staff is super friendly and all maintenance issues are taken care of on the spot! Love how quiet and peaceful my community! Also, I’m all about location, and this complex is in the heart of Chamblee, couple of minutes from Buckhead and I-285 and walking distance to the emerging Downtown Chamblee (which is happening!) Truly a centric gem will definitely recommend!
We’ve been here for a month now and it’s been close to perfect so far. Everyone here is nice and helpful. Jayla helped our move-in go super smoothly and Mackenzie has addressed every one of our questions or concerns quickly and effectively. The complex is cute, in a walkable area of Chamblee, and definitely more affordable than nearby apartments.
Anchored by Whole Foods, this shopping center is the main shopping attraction in Chamblee besides Antique Row. There are many places to eat like Zoes, First Watch, Taqueria De Sol, Mod Pizza, a pet food store, a Pilates studio, a couple of specialty salons, and numerous other great places to shop. Parking can get difficult if you go during lunchtime.
I lived in this complex from January 2016 to January 2020. They started off well but they are not worth it. The apartments are descent (size, average rent pricing, basic amenities, old style gym, the hallways are not maintained but chamblee is a good location). But I was disappointed mostly by: Management. I moved out earlier this year and I surprisingly received a bill worth $900 of damages which shamelessly included: full apartment paint, full carpet replacement, and the entire apartment cleaning. Let me emphasize that I lived there 4 consecutive years and they never offered a cleanup of the carpet or responded to my cleanup requests when I was renewing each time. Thus, My walls and the carpet do show wear and tear (regular hanging and faded marks near light switch). Basically this management is not serious at all! they are trying to renew a whole apartment for the next tenant on the last ones dime. so BEWARE!!! Now see for yourself if the damages seen below exceed a 4-year normal wear and tear.
I moved in March 2019, but have been in communication with Station on Peachtree since January 2019. Overall the experience from the start of apartment hunting to now (post move in) has been so great! Jassmin and Char are easy to work with and answer my emails in a timely manner. The move in process was simple and stress free, and the apartment unit is everything I imagined! Very quiet and friendly community. Also, the location of the apartment complex to downtown is so convenient! I’m happy with my decision to move in at Station on Peachtree!
This is long overdue, but this leasing office has by far the most unprofessional conduct and lack of integrity that I have ever dealt with. I am going to assume this is specifically with the property management company, Trinity Property Consultants. In December of 2018 I was supposed to move here. Less than a week of me moving in, the leasing office calls me to tell me my apartment is not ready because the occupant before us wouldnt be able to move before we were to move in. Not sure why that is our problem, but they decided to carry no part of the burden of breaking the terms of our lease within 5 days of moving in. To put in perspective, we couldn’t live in our current apartments anymore since they were also going to be leased out, and we didn’t have family nearby or money to put ourselves up in a hotel. Our options were to delay our move in date to an unknown time, although we were moving out of our respective apartments at the time and had nowhere to live, or to take another available unit at a higher price. They “gladly” offer to let us live in a much more expensive apartment but insisted that we needed to pay the higher rent amount for that specific unit for the unknown amount of time we would be living there. We were willing to live in another unit, and be flexible since we were desperate and had nowhere to go, but we found it absurd that they were not willing to work with us and the price we signed for a month prior to move in. After reaching out to Property and Regional Management with our concerns, we received short/rude emails about how they couldn’t budge on the price and conveniently didn’t address that they had any wrongdoing. They made no attempt to try and honor the original agreement or help accommodate us in any respectable way. To put in perspective, this was during a financial hardship and around Christmas time, and we were only asking they help be flexible since they illegally broke the terms of our agreement. Due to their unprofessional conduct, we decided that we no longer trusted that they would do the right thing or honor any legal agreement period. We decided to terminate our lease due to the lack of trust we felt. I believe that since we had a specific budget for our rent, that the property management assumed we wouldn’t be able to sue them. Unfortunately, they assumed correctly. However, since I never took them to civil court, I can at least put them on blast on google and other sites. I am coming out about this now since we are about to be in a recession, and I felt that I needed to warn others about their shady dealings. If you are looking to live in Chamblee, please do right by yourself and don’t’ rent here or any apartment being managed by Trinity Property Consultants. There are several nicer apartments being built around them that has much better pricing and reviews. Please consider checking those out first, and make sure you get everything in writing always.
Great place to live. Only con is there is no gated parking and the slots fill up quickly would recommend gated parking and assigned slots. Jeep was broken into last summer due to unsecured parking garages.
So thankful for the team at The Station, especially Zariyah! We just relocated this week from South Carolina and had a tight timeline to land a place to live. Zariyah went above and beyond to ensure we were able to move in this week. Her professional and courteous attitude was a refreshing change from other communities we visited. Price quote and fees were very straight forward. Spaces look just like the pictures and office staff is on top of the details!
These five stars are strictly for Jayla! My fiancé and I had a really smooth move in process with her and even after we were settled in she made sure to check in with us to see if we needed anything. She was very personable and extremely nice. Despite a few miscommunications between management and other staff members to my fiancé and I, Jayla made sure to clear up all information with us and ease any worries that we may have had along the way! Overall she is an excellent leasing agent and the station on Peachtree is very lucky to have her!
Living here is great! The manager, Charvonay is very friendly & awesome. She started working here in January and already has made several improvements within the property. Jasmine is also an outstanding leasing agent. The maintenance team is very prompt. I never had to wait for than a couple of hours to get any issues fixed. This is a nice complex & I dont have any intentions on moving anytime soon.
Coming from a different city, I didn’t know what area to move to. I got lucky with this complex, the location is great. Jasmine made moving from NYC to Atlanta very easy for me. She’s been very helpful with everything ever since the day I applied 6 months ago.
My boyfriend and I loved the Station on Peachtree!! We are planning on making this our home for the next couple years and it wouldnt have been possible without the help of Jassmin Meek! She was so awesome and nice to us, very informative and followed up with us multiple times. We cant wait to move in!
Jayla did a good job setting me up with my apartment . After moving in, we had a couple of issues but the day after we reported them, she had a team on site ready to take care of them which was great.
Refreshingly amazing customer service. I had a great time with Jassmin on my tour she was very informative..and Char the property manager was very nice as well, loved her energy! Thanks guys :-) I love the location here, and the building looks very well kept.. This place is definitely at the top of list!
DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!!!!! Elevator breaks all the time and management takes 2-4 weeks to fix it every time. The fire alarms go off all the time. They are extremely loud and last for 15-30 minutes. If you have pets or small children, they will be traumatized. It happens so often that residents don’t even pay attention to them anymore. If there ever is an actual fire, lots of people are going to die because management won’t do anything about it. Besides that the place is pretty solid. Staff is nice, maintenance is responsive and price can’t be beat. Still though, I have to give them 1 star on account of the potential for dying in a fire.
Ive been here about 3 months now and Im very glad I chose correctly. The tenants are polite and gracious, the grounds are very well kept, the sound proofing is wonderful, and the clubhouse is very nice now that the renovations are complete. The location is great - you feel close to everything - but without being too close to traffic noise. The staff is wonderful. Stephanie Zavala did my walk-through - is wonderful - and remains genuinely interested in whether the grounds and staff meet expectations. Thanks, Stephanie! Meanwhile, Id definitely recommend the Station to my friends and colleagues.
Jayla was the best tour i had she was nice and kind. I moved in and i love it
I recently was given a tour and received excellent customer service from Jayla. She was patient and answered all of my questions. Very excited to be applying soon!
Friendly staff, excellent property, competitive pricing, and great location. I strongly recommend stopping by to check out Station On Peachtree. Findy (agent) even fed my dog & me when we were traveling on the road & in desperate need. Excellent customer service for doing that. I felt welcome from the start. 5 Stars.
Very nice and quite. Love the updated units. Jayla the leasing consultant did a great job with the tour and explaining everything around and in the property.
I lived in this complex for a year and I’d have to say that overall, I considered the place to be suboptimal for a number of reasons. When you take a look around, be sure to ask some careful questions of the leasing office. They’ll tell you that the key fob entry is a great security feature. Ask them about what they’re doing beyond this to quell crime. During my time there, on several occasions there were mass car break-ins. The response of the apartment complex: To email residents and tell them they should maybe consider not leaving valuables in their cars in case it attracted thieves. That was it. Nothing else. No extra security, no extra police patrols, no additional steps taken like investing in gates for the entrance, which are clearly sorely needed. They’ll show you a nice roomy apartment, telling you how nicely remodelled it is. The won’t mention the decrepit nature of the parts of the building which need frequent repair. My roof was leaking for several months of continual requests for repair with no action. Their suggested solution: Put a bucket on the ground to catch the water (in the middle of the lounge, I might add).On another occasion, my freezer’s ice maker stopped working so they inexplicably emptied the freezer of its contents and left it on my counter top to melt, which I discovered when I walked in.Don’t expect them to resolve this or reimburse you for damage when these things happen. Instead, expect that they’ll choose to ignore the situation. They’ll tell you that the valet trash service they’ve introduced is a real boon. They won’t tell you about how it stinks up the hallways in the summer because it’s collected late at night. Nor will they tell you that residents often leave large and unslightly trash items such as couches and large boxes laying around near the trash compactor area, sometimes for days at a time. They’ll be super friendly when showing you around. And to be fair, for the most part all the staff are. They are not, however, in any way effective at ever dealing with any problems. Instead they’ll avoid any discussion about problems at all. They generally fob you off, or worse, just blank you when you ask about something. I get the impression that this is an issue with corporate identity. I think the staff on the ground simply aren’t empowered or encouraged to deal with these problems, with an overall “collect the money and keep quiet” attitude being abound. All in, there’s a lot of choices of apartments in the area. If you want somewhere that’s poorly maintained with mediocre customer service, there’s cheaper places to choose. If you want something at this price range, there’s much more pleasant and secure complexes to choose. I can’t see that there’s a specific reason anyone would choose to live here given that this is the case.
I have never met such a rude and unresponsive leasing staff. Hi Everyone, I am a recent college graduate and was not able to get approved by myself. I figured I could get a roommate and see what the chances are. This is by far the rudest and most insensitive office staff I have ever seen. I would not advise anyone to even consider a place that would treat future residents this way. You deserve better, there are many place to live in Atlanta, do not waste your money here.
This is a beautiful property. The landscaping is breathtaking and the staff is amazing . I’m fresh out of college and this is my first apartment . Jayla Gray assisted me and did an awesome tour .
If you want a great initial move in experience then after that the rest is downhill ......be their guest! Its just like all the other sub par companies that when they get your signature and money they could care less (but they sure do put on a good act to make you think otherwise). I moved out and 2 months later I have not gotten my deposit back and couldnt get a hold of anyone from their main company to their regional managers. There is always an excuse Do you know how many times someone has said they will return my phone call and never do, or never return an email???? Its like I know you people have it going to your phone that your on most of the day checking insta. Its this mindset that is common that you just do the bare minimum so you just get by and not get fired at work....so that what level of service this company has.
Staff is excellent and quick to get any requests done, maintenance responds almost instantly, place is quiet and convenient to anything you would need... its honestly been the best living experience in a apartment Ive ever had... I would refer this place to anybody.
Best living experience in ATL so far! The office is very friendly, especially Char who goes above and beyond, and is always full of good energy. I will definitely be renewing my lease for the years to come as long as the office keeps the same good energy. Dont look further and lease your apartment here, its in a very good location from everything(shopping, public trasportation, hopitals).
Do not waste your money moving here. The sound insulation between floors is non existent. You would think for the amount of money you are paying this would not be a factor, but it is. I did not renew my lease because of this. I get there will be some noise between floors but not this excessive to the point you hear the toilet flashing! In the year of living here, I have never had an opportunity to sleep in because of my upstairs neighbor. I could hear this person moving in their old bed and stomp their feet every morning starting at 5 A.M.! EVERY SINGLE MORNING EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS! The stomping carried out all day! Managements response was, shes a heavy walker. Seriously!?! Thats it, shes a heavy walker! So over this place!
Char and Jassmin are a power team. They really care about the people who live here. Maintenance is fast and thorough. Love the changes I’m seeing.
I love this place ! Jayla was super nice and passionate during my tour and I’m definitely considering moving here this winter.
I have been here for nearly two years now and it is very disappointing when to pay for a “luxury apartment” but things are fixed up like you are living in the projects. Although I have many complaints, this has to be the most appalling. I have a shower that is leaking water into the walls. Instead of addressing the actual infrastructure, they came and covered it was paint. Its very sad for a company to collect money and not maintain the homes for the residents. This is not okay.
Convenient to the Marta subway. For he higher rental charge, renters have poor maintenance of appliances, garbage pick-up, elevators. Hallways are frequently filthy.
Fendy is the agent who helped me get started. Great experience. She was very patient and attentive. I highly recommend making Station on Peachtree your next home.
I was in Atlanta for the weekend trying to find a place. I went to the Station at Peachyree because of the location. I filled out the application and paid the fees. They know that I’m on a time crunch so they said I should get a phone call and email with my status. That didn’t happen. I had to call only to find out that I couldn’t move in because of an eviction on my record. Now, I have never been evicted from anything and I think it’s jealousy or something but I will pray that their customer service improves. I am almost 50 w/a disability and for them to treat me as a customer the way they did is unacceptable
Jayla Gray did my tour and she was amazinggggg. Very polite and she made me feel at home the entire time.
I am not a resident, however I am a contractor that works on this property regularly. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely love to live @ this property!
Lived here almost 5 years. Outside mostly well maintained but the inside common areas (elevator, outside elevator and the hallways) were disgusting from 8/2018 to the day we left end 3/2019.I am due a refund for an overpaid water bill. It’s been almost 2 months and I still have not been refunded. There is little to no insulation in the ceilings. Anyone with a heavy walk or children, the noise level is terrible. The windows are not sealed properly so your electric bill will be a lot more in the summer months and the moisture on the windows in the winter creates mold and needs regular cleaning. Will keep updating until I receive the money owed me.
Dont live here. The staff is unprofessional and demeaning. The management company raises the rent every year just to spend the money on renovating the front office, building useless amenities, and hosting illogical events no one wants to attend. The halls and outside area are always dirty and unkept. They penny and dime you for every little thing. Residents definitely do not come first. There are plenty of other comparable apartments in the immediate vicinity that cost just as much or less to live in and are much more well managed.
Stay away at all costs. Dont be fooled by the fact that a new management company has bought them out. After only 2 months of living here, it rained and my ceiling started leaking from the roof (which I was told is an old leak and whenever it rains it always leaks, obviously they refuse to pay the money to replace the roof so they keep spackling it over), it took over a week for them to bring a contractor in. The contractors they brought in made it worse and actually flooded my apartment, but this was after they rummaged through my apartment to find my personal pots and pans to collect the gross rainwater. I was forced to stay in hotels because my apartment became unlivable, eventually moving out after 2 weeks when it still wasnt fixed. I even expressed my concern about mold growth because they werent vacuuming out the carpets and my concerns were ignored. They refused to reimburse me for rent, even though the apartment was unlivable. The contractors damaged my furniture (the few pieces left that werent ruined from the flooding) when they moved it and management couldnt care less. I demanded they give me the contact information for the contractors so I can go after them for damages, it seems like this company is a front for some illegal operation, there is no information out there on it. Super shady. Management at Miller Station couldnt have cared less. They never responded to my emails or answered my phone calls even when there was water pouring out of my ceiling. I had to file a claim for almost $10,000 with renters insurance in addition to staying in hotels and paying for movers (after only 2 months of living in this apartment). Save yourself the money and hassle and stay as far away as possible.
Jassmin was just a peach. She took her time and explained everything I needed to know before we took the tour. She asked me what I was looking for and showed me exactly what I asked for. She pays attention to details. She’s friendly and kind made me feel at home. She’s super awesome !!! Thank you Jassmin for your awesome assistanceMarcia Saez your 2 pm today
A resident of four years, we recently moved out because the experience in the past year has significantly decreased. There are several issues with the maintenance of the property, vehicle break-ins, smells of trash in the hallways and people not cleaning up after their pets inside the building. In addition, investments by the management company in the property are useless to residents: building paint colors, upgrades to the office and a random amphitheater, while the residents continue to be charged rent increases with no upgrades to their living spaces. Finally, the office staff has no customer service. Throughout the move-out process, they were difficult to work with, unkind and incompetent - a shame since we had been such long-time, loyal residents.Overall, poor management, customer service and quality of living. With so many apartment choices in the great Chamblee community, this one is not worth your time or money!
Charvoney, jasmine, joseph, rahim, these are the great people i never meet since i ve t hi rning arround some appartement complex in atlanta, i have been living here for 3 month and the service is out of what i can belive, and i love this appartment complexe,, quit,ni e place ti live, thanks char the boss lady
Nice apartments and staff. Good exprience.
My family and I moved to this complex 3 years ago after I took a job in the Atlanta area. I choose this community due to the closeness of Chamblee Charter HS & its convenience to MARTA among many other things. The complex was nice and quiet and had great reviews. At the time it was one of the more expensive complexes in the area. First 2 years in, Id give it 4/5 stars. However, after about 2 years in, the management changed. Various items changed at the complex, supposed upgrades, like the color of the buildings but they were not appealing to my family at all. Valet Trash only stunk up the halls. Tile floors in stair wells & in front of elevators was installed poorly, etc, etc. Not huge deals so and our rent rate only went up $10/mo so we decided to renew for a 3rd year. This 3rd year has been the year from HELL!! We have neighbors above us that although they are not huge people STOMP and drop things on the floor (our ceiling) ALL the TIME!! They sound like Ogres/Elephants - it is ridiculous. Our photos on the walls rattle and have come off on occasion, I ended up having to tape them to the wall so I didnt have to adjust them everyday. I dont think they ever sleep, it doesnt matter the hour if you are awake, so are they. I know they can be quiet because I have heard light steps before. Reports to office, courtesy officer and recordings have done nothing to stop the noise. AND to top it all off, these particular neighbors smoke pot and it is constantly permeating into our apartment. We do not smoke at all and the smell is so very noxious. We have again reported the issue to the office, the call center, courtesy officer and even the police. They refuse to open the door to the police and thus the police cannot legitimately confirm it is them so wont do anything and therefore nothing is done. After the first time the police came out, they threw eggs on our patio. Real mature - the true sign of someone that isnt doing anything wrong. We reported this to the office and even requested they clean it up - after 2 attempts it was cleaned. Aside from all of this, the community has had a number of break ins to peoples cars. One of them has remained windowless for months under building 3 and has not moved. Because of managements lack of keeping up the communities previous reputation we have decided that it is time to go. There are a few new choices in the area as far as apartment complexes. Albeit they are more expensive at least there is more competition and youd think The Station would strive to be a worthy competitor. However, this community has gone down hill and apparently seeks to fill units with whatever rift raff they can find and not deal with issues and therefore will be losing its loyal residents to competitors - us being one of them. It is sad that they dont value their loyal residents but would instead continue to house pot heads, disrespectful nuisance tenants.
Not worth it. Last official day on the property. Overall the units are nice- hardwood floors are a plus as I was in a renovated Connection. The stoves and counter tops need to be renovated as well. My main concern is the lack of follow up from the management staff. There have been multiple occasions where I’ve left messages directly with the office staff and the off-site staff and have had to follow up a week later because I didn’t receive a call back. Currently still waiting for a call back from 3 days ago (normal here) and I’ve left another one today. The reason is always the same- due to the lack of staffing in the office it is difficult to return calls in a timely fashion. This has been with the current management team of Char and the previous team with Terri. Additional staff should be hired if this is a constant issue over a year. When I received my lease renewal I requested a transfer to a different unit. I was told by Char it would be in the same building, just one floor up for which I asked that resident to see the unit and was pleased and informed Char I wanted to transfer. I was later informed that it was accidentally placed on the website and someone applied for it so it was no longer available. Char then informed me that someone was in the process of eviction and it would probably be completed by 4/13. I called the leasing office as it got closer to that date and again received the run around for a few days and was later told that the resident paid her past balance therefore that unit was no longer available. Instead of management trying to find a solution for the current rate I was expected to pay she gave me the option to move into a 2 bedroom which was more than I was paying. When I moved in last year I was forced to stay in my unit although it was different than the model. Closet less than half the size which is why I wanted a transfer. This is all within 2 weeks of my lease end date and Char told me someone else is already moving into my unit. Char will put on a smile and act as if she is looking for options however she doesn’t. If you want the run around with the office, this is the place for you. Constant emails about dog poop are sent to residents for which I stepped in right outside of the door. It hasn’t changed. Dog pee right outside my door on my floor. Security is an issue if you are on the 1st floor and because there is no security gate to get into the property. Outsiders are able to climb to the balcony (yes, a friend if mine did it three times so it’s certainly possible). Lock your balcony doors to prevent unwanted visitors. Cars have been broken into (1 night there were 3 cars and others during my time here). The best thing about the property is maintenance. It’s a one man show but he is awesome and very efficient. Terrible customer service by management!
I have been a resident for a few years and I couldnt be more pleased with the staff and the place I call home. Fendy has been awesome and makes every resident feel as if their requests are priority and she always welcomes us with a friendly smile. The floor plans are spacious and I love my neighbors. The Station is conviently located just off 285 and very close to Buckhead. You couldnt get a better location and the price is very reasonable for an apartment located ITP! I would recommend this place to anyone new to the city, or to someone looking for a better community. Great place to call home!
Very clean and luxurious place!
Fendy is awesome and always takes care of my needs
Most people have a pet here, so dog pee everywhere. I live in 200 building, pee is on the stair and all the floor. That’s nasty and smell so bad. The apartment never clean.
