Very happy with my total experience from the moment I walked in asking questions about what I wanted and was provided with an estimate. A few weeks later I called back to set my appointment up and was advised that my service would be a bit more than my estimate (totally understandable as it was just an estimate). Recently had my interlock installed through them. they were very professional on time and very straightforward about the product and the service they were doing to the community by doing interlocks. Also you know it would be wired correctly. Highly recommended in my point of view, thank yall so much!

Worked with them before covid and they seemed decent. They were shut down for a while, as was I with my job, so i completely understood. Once they reopened, I was told they were no longer doing the service that I needed. So now I have to go an hour away because they were the only ones in town that did that service. I am sure many others are in the same boat with this issue. Not a terrible place to go, but i put my trust into them and we were made to feel like we werent worth their time.

So I had a ignition interlock put in threw this company and I ended up having an issue with my car wouldnt start. So I had to get it switched into another car and when they installed it in the new car they left all the LIVE WIRES in the car because they thought it was going to the junk yard the vehicle was full of my boyfriends work things and some trash. The windows were left down because the car wouldnt start so yes it smelt like mildew. She belittled me about it months later after we put a new motor in the car and I came back to tell her about the live wires that she herself said she left there. On these wires it legit says do not touch under penalty of law or something like that. And she refused to take them out of the car. That was my biggest issue amongst many other issues. She was always very rude, never helped when I had a problem or explained much at all to me. I was always having problems with the device and she would always say call them. Even though that was their job when I had an issue with it, they were a service center for the interlock. She also complained multiple times about all the people who had the device. I watched her upsell an older gentleman on something he didnt even need. He had already bought a radio and wanted it installed and then she upsold him to buy one of theirs and have them install it. (Which ok good for them but that poor old man already bought one). Needless to say she was never pleasant or helpful. I do not recommend these people. Her husband didnt seem terrible. He wasnt as un pleasant as her tho. I switched to the Lemoyne pa location to do all my services for the interlock and that man was awesome! Great service, always pleasant, helpful and always worked with me after having any problem! I just wish I would have switched sooner. When I had a problem he would call the place and get things sorted out with them. Or he would explain to me what was happening and why. He actually had the knowledge about the device. Jammin car audio is no place I will ever go back too! She also complained about the bad reviews she gets from the people with the interlock. So here is another one for you.EDIT: ALSO PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMMENT WHERE THEY RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW! IGNORANT PEOPLE. You dont treat people like that. Lady was polite but the price of your “accessories” for Harley self installs is off the charts. I won’t say it’s price gouging yet but to charge double what the retail list price is... just because it’s a Harley Davidson speaker adapter, I don’t know what else you call it. I’m sure your installations are top notch reading the other reviews so I didn’t give you one star...but I think Jammin Car Audio is a little 🤪 on your Harley speaker kits. I also called another local car audio distributor and had the same accessory for 25$ less.

Ive had Jammin Car Audio install all my vehicle audio systems since they opened many years ago. I just took my sons first vehicle to them (my 12th vehicle they have done overall). All of their installs for me have been excellent, clean and tidy work, fair priced and completed in the time they said. I will continue to take any future vehicles to them and always recommend them. Walked in to Jammin’ Car Audio on a Tuesday to schedule a radio install, I had bought everything myself with the intent of doing the install on my own but I found that I was a little in over my head. I showed them what I had, they informed me I wasn’t sold the best parts and that they could hook me up with the correct parts I needed, scheduled the install for that Friday and they kept me informed of everything the day of. Everything went smooth and the install was great! They did exactly what I wanted them to do, at a fair price and did excellent work, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have any audio work done!

Just purchased a new stereo for my 2004 Rav 4 (Dont judge me. I love her. ) and it was a fabulous experience. The owners were knowledgeable and wonderfully accommodating. We walked in off the street with no appointment at 3:30pm (they close at 5pm), and they had us installed and out of there in I believe, less than an hour. The owners Chris and Terri were very pleasant and they both had a great sense of humor. Such an enjoyable experience that we are taking my husband’s van in next week for a similar installation. Highly recommended!

Jammin put a touchscreen and a backup camera in my G6 a couple years ago...they did an amazing job and everything still works like new. Ill be making another trip there in a couple weeks to have another system put in for me. Keep on keepin on, jammin!!

Had an amp and sub installed recently and couldn’t be happier. Stopped in to get a quote and discuss options and was given a detailed quote and answers to all my questions. When I showed up for my install I had some very specific requests for mounting locations. Chris went over everything with me and was able to meet all my requests without issue. During the whole process I never felt pressured or like I was being sold things I didn’t need. I even asked if I would need a more expensive part due to an EQ issue with newer civics and Chris politely said no instead of just saying yes to sell something extra. Strongly recommend this place and will continue to come here for any future car audio needs.

Terri was awesome to work with and explained all my options and was happy to do as much or as little as I wanted to do. There was no pressure at all! They installed the whole system in a few hours and Ive never rode in any vehicle that sounded so good!! RUDE, impatient, was told they dont give advice on what too buy for current car audio equipment. was fallowed around like I was a thief. Was rushed out of store at 10:30 am, so they could go to lunch? went to BLAZING AUDIO down the road after being rushed out of store, spent $400 and was happy with purchases and customer service. jammin audio is out of date and over price compared to local competitors.

I came there with my own system equipment and wanted the owner to hook it up for me he told me my stuff was too old and he not gonna waste his time running my equipment smh he said if u need your system hooked up I have to buy his stuff then he would run it I never heard pa installer tell me that before in twenty years of getting systems done I wont recommend this shop to my enemies and on top of that his prices are EXTREMELY high and him and his wife be bouncing around like they tweeking on something bad customer service bro I would give it zero stars if I could if my skin color was alil lighter he wouldve hooked my stuff up.
