Only place that has done perfect job, anywhere Ive tried in last 6 years! I love their chrome hot pinks, but lately I choose a layer of a bright orange with a layer of a exotic hot pink on top, both colors have a fine gold dust in them! They have tons of great colors to choose from and descent prices!

It was my first time here and I was disappointed. They offered you something to drink. But I felt uncomfortable. The man that did my pedi was super slow. He didn’t scrap the dead skin but smooth the skin out. Then tried to use my cc card and was told there’s a dollar fee so I used cash. I’m not returning 😕

Absolutely terrible. Took 4 hours to do my toes and nails and my nails look like they did it in 2 minutes. Acrylic looks 3in thick and big bubbles. Absolutely terrible and charged two times more than I’ve ever paid, and I get a mani/pedi regularly. It just so happened that luxe was closed this day. 0/10. Will never go back

Ive only ever gotten my nails done but the employees are nice. Always offered a drink. I dont wait long if at all. I show a picture of what i like and they take over the rest. The guy doing my nails put so much time and detailed every nail perfectly. They also keep a clean area as they work. Im very happy with my nails

OMG this place was AMAZING! Great service&great conversation(not to mention awesome prices)! This is definitely my new spot& Peter is the only one allowed to touch my nails from here on out! I can’t recommend this place enough♥️

The owner is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to paying customers respectfully, she had an attitude when I asked her why do you still have to wait over an hour to be serviced even though you scheduled an appointment ahead of time. She raised her voice and caught an attitude when all I did was a simple question. Never been treated so bad as a paying customer before. I’m not a fake person the rest of the workers are nice and do good work but the manager is a reflection of all the workers, that’s just the reality of it all. I won’t be giving this location any more of my money.

Nice staff. Great Pedicure, but the lady filed my finger nails down with the nail drill and they havent been right since and nope I didnt have on any false nails or acrylic. Waiting for them to grow out so I could get them back to normal.

I enjoy going to Aqua Nails every time Im back in Chalmette I go there to get my pedicure done. There atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. There place is very clean, they offer you a beverage and have a restroom. They now offer massages and the price is very reasonable. If you havent gone to Aqua Nails & Spa yet you should stop by and get your nails done. Oh yeah forgot to mention they also wax your eye brows.

If your not a regular customer you will be looked over, & get bad service from the 1s that dont dofeet nor hands well & ect....

I saw a post on Facebook bout this place and decide to check it out. When my girls and I walked through the door. They had a guy greet us, when I told him what we came for. He took us. We didnt have to wait. Its cleans and the workers are very nice. I think I found a new nail shop

Fanciest place in St. Bernard Parish! They have the latest pedicure massage chairs with mp3 capabilities. Very nice staff and they have full spa services. Free drinks on your arrival. Very nice

The guy that did my nails did not listen to what I wanted...he did my nails how HE though they should be...regardless of what I said he did not listen. He kept suggesting shorter and Cut my nail super short against my request. I was then charged an additional $10 for clear gel on top of my nails. Now- I dont mind paying for quality...but $10 extra? Seriously. Also I asked the lady for a price for eyelashes and she told me $145 and went on to state how her customer keep them on for years only needing a retouch here and there.....Well news flash- Im a tourist and DONT plan on returning to Chalmette very often. Its funny how she Never mentioned the other options for eyelash extensions ( which were ironically way less expensive) until I was on my way out of the door. It appears to me that they provide service on different levels based on how you look to them. Heres a tip Aqua Nails....when someone says they want long coffin nails you should honor their request. I received a very short stubby ugly full set. Not my style. But Im sure your manicurist still expected his pay, correct? Yes I still paid and tipped. Pay Attention to Every customer........

I am on my feet all the time an my shoes no matter how comfortable they kill my feet. I walked in for a pedicure an i was so glad i was taken care by kathy an let me tell you the detail she toke on my feet was worth more then i paid .the place is clean an smells great an specious. Very good customer service. Chalmette is limited in good choice but im glad i came in. They do everything an are very happy to make every customer feel comfortable..its in the details clean clean smells great detailed work, service worth more then you pay. Check them out. The man who did my nails did not listen at all, all my nails are completely different shapes and sizes. and not to mention this was my first time there and i don’t think i will be going back. for the price i spent it was very cheap and now i know why.

I had the worst experience here on Saturday, apparently a busy Saturday is something this place cant handle. My pedicure was ok, but my gel manicure was rushed and the nail polish looked like something my 8 yr. old niece did. I had and STILL have polish all over my cuticles and under my nails. I ended up going to a different place to get them redone thats how bad they were even that place couldnt get all thr polish off my skin! I will never recommend or go back to this place, complete waste of money!!!
