I like this place friendly and clean more equipment coming

They have five stationary bikes and not a single one of them works. Most of their equipment is broken and falling apart. The entire building looks like it hasnt seen repair since its inception and if your trying to build your immune system this is the place to go as everything is stanky and dirty. The only people that clean are the sorry folks that pay to come to this gym. There is a clear reason why they are the cheapest gym in the parish. You get what you pay for.

Not to thrilled on how they have handled my account with them. Not a fan of people miss placing my debit card info or telling me they tried to call but my phone was disconnected. My phone hasnt even been on silent since I bought it. So that was interesting. Either was the debit card thing has got me pretty sure i aint doing business here again.

Best gym I have been to in New Orleans. 5 power racks in this gym.

Every time I try to go see the place and ask questions about the equipment and trainers. Either they dont answer the phone or tell you at the door you cant come in unless your a member. How you suppose to be a member if you cant check this place out.

I have been a member of this gym for nearly a year. I suppose i tolerated it for the most part because i usually went after hours when staff was gone and no one was really there. However, with my new job working 6 12-hous shifts a week, i can only go during a short 3 hour window in the evenings. During operational hours, this place is even more of a mess. For starters, nearly half the equipment is damaged or broken. The only water you have access to is water you have to pay for (so you have to bring your own). They never fix or repair anything, and though they offer towels, the few times i have asked they said they didnt have any. The staff never does anything. They are high school students getting paid to text on their phones and help as little as possible. The loft is the only section with with bumper plates, and they close it off entirely 2 times a day for 2 hours each for fitness courses (despite the fact they have 3 training rooms they could use for this instead), and one of this courses takes place in the middle of my ONLY window to go, and seeing as at least half my exercises on any given day take place in the loft, as well as my stretching and post-workout afterburn exercises, it defeats half the purpose of going. Today was the last straw for me. I hopped on 2 different treadmills at the start of my workout only to find they both had a problem that caused them to abruptly come to a dead-stop, forcing me to slam into the dashboard, after which i got up (in embarrassment) and walked out without even working out. This place is a joke and a prime example of what can happen when there is no real competition.

I love it, no crowd. I like theres a free instructors at certain times

Wish they had better a.c. there some equipment needs to get fixed also if they are not going to put more ducts for there unit they should put calling fans I loved it in winter but the summer conditions are horrible for working out no air or fans by the electric equipment.I give it a 10 in the winter but there summer is way too hot there to work out I give it a 1 unless you like it real hot

Here for a short period on business and was able to use a trial membership for just $25. Not everything I would personally want in a gym but it definitely suits my temporary needs.

I went in as a full-time student from Nunez seeking a month-to-month non-annual and no obligation plan. I told them I was broke and couldnt afford any contractual obligations because of my student status. Short, buff guy with a shaved head who both works and works-out here says thats fine; I put up like $103 split 50/50, first month up-front and my second month was insurance OR collateral to pay for that last month if I couldnt afford another month and then he proceeded to say that it was also fine, my account would fall into inactivity and I could just come back and pay when I want because I wasnt under contract AND WOULD NOT INCUR CHARGES!I am now $250 in debt to this gym, somehow, without signing a contract. I am going to cancel my membership today and I refuse to pay the bill due to unethical malpractice. The absolute BEST part is how you cant cancel your service remotely regardless of the information you can provide i.e: social security, birth certificate, etc. I live on the Westbank and must go to Chalmette to cancel, in the flesh; obviously another racket by Prestige to discourage you to appear so they can charge you behind the scenes! They refused to even let me freeze my account unless I appeared physically in-the-skin.I refuse to pay Prestige despite whatever collection agency they send. Try me.

Bank sent a new card and they charged $25.00 NSF and then stated we gave the money back in the past but wont do it now.
