This was my first experience cashing a money order and it was over $20 for a $200 money order. That just seems excessive. BUT. . . the associate, Jill helped me and was very knowledgeable about the companys programs and very informative. She answered all of my questions.

Every time I enter Ace to get a money order Ms. Freda is always nice and offers me direct deposit. Shes always pleasant when I enter the store I wouldnt want to receive my money orders from any other location. Good Job Ms. Schfreda with making me feel welcomed every time I enter those doors!

Schfreda is always a pleasant to deal with everytime I visit the chalmette location. If I dont see her vehicle, I dont go in.

The only employee on shift today would rather send a repeat customer away, and lie about what is needed to apply for a loan than get off her cellphone. I would recommend driving 5 extra minutes to Advanced America where they politely assist you with applying for a loan. Allowing you to use your mobile device for your proof of income, and bank statements instead of physical copies!! It saddens me that this company has lost a valued customer, due to a negligent dishonest employee. Previous staff would have never treated a customer that way!!
