I bring my wife here all the time and she tells me she really loves it. They do a great job here and the place is always clean and comfortable, there is never a long wait and the quality of service is top notch. The location has easy assess to disabled and regular parking. Located right next to the entrance so it is easy to find. We will keep coming back here.

Wonderful love the staff and love my nails

Ive been coming to this place for more than 10years. Tried at another place and still coming back. Today Im back again, and satisfied as always. No other place can please me. I went to other places because they close to my work and my house but I rather come to this one.

This was my first time here and I will definitely not be going back. I got a manicure and pedicure and the manicure sucked. I did gel which was also my first time and was told it would last longer. My nails did not last a week. The nail polish started to come off and my nails were even painted right. I was disappointed. This place is also over priced I was charged 53 dollars for manicure and pedicure. This place is a RIP off. I will never go back again.

I read the reviews before coming and there was quite a few negative ones, however I haven’t had the same experience. I walked in the man at the desk greeted me straight away and asked what I was after - not a big range of nail polish colours tho for regular nail polish colours which I wish there was 😩 Apart from that Cathy was lovely had great convos with me, massage chair on the entire time and a great massage chair too!! Only had a pedicure but could see the ladies around me as well having great convo!! Loved the service!! Decent price too

Brief Review: Their gel nail polish is bad, chipped the 3rd day. Their prices on the wall is lower than what they charge you at the end. Bad customer service.Detailed Review: I wish I could give this place a negative rating. They did a horrible job with my nails. Usually gel nail polish will last a long time, other time I have to take it off myself before they crack or chip. Well not when you get gel from this nail shop. The 3rd day I already had chipped nail polish. Not only that but the entire time I was there the lady complaining about people coming in. It was late but their hours say they close at 9pm on Thursday nights. They charged me $30 for Gel when their prices on the wall clearly said $20. They have Gel nails under manicure spa treatment but they say they add $10 if you get Gel nail polish and a manicure. Nowhere on their price list does it say this. We tried to explain to the cashier that they are charging me something without telling me and they do not care. They need to be clear with their pricing. And to top everything off my sister was burned with a hot towel when she asked her technician to fix a nail. NEVER going back.

Great place! Not too expensive and people are very professional. I had shellac manicure and it was done perfectly in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back!

Decent place to get a manicure/pedicure, although there is a very limited selection of nail polish colors to select from. VERY DANGEROUS to get waxing done here. I have done waxing for decades with no issues at all; did first waxing here on my lip/lower face with Kathy on 1/1/18. When I woke up the next day, my skin was red, puffy and irritated. I did not want to complain. However, as my skin grew more irritated, red and chapped (even bleeding), I decided to lodge a complaint on 1/3/18. I spoke to the manager asking why I did not tell her immediately and basically denied any responsibility! The conversation became somewhat heated and she eventually apologized. The physical trauma is CLEARLY from this incompetent wax job. I did not want money back, just an apology and some respect. I obviously did not rip my own face to get back $16 plus a $3 tip. Kathy (and perhaps other workers at this place) should not perform services that will physically damage clients and perhaps subject them to liability. Be very careful here.

Got a pedicure here and loved the results. My first time coming here and I love how gentle the technician was with the cuticles.Definitely coming here again!

Clean, bright place in the mall that apparently was recently renovated. By far, however, the worse manicure and pedicure I have ever received. I spent almost 2 hours total in the place and left with horrible looking nails (how do I post pictures?) and completely apathetic staff. What a shame.

I treated my mom to a well deserved pedicure and took her to this nail salon. My main concern was the technician cut not one but two toes which bled and continued with the bad service. She paused with the service to converse with others and look at her phone. What really upset me was all employees were just sitting around on their phones when I was trying to pay. Finally the woman came to ring me up but never stopped talking on the phone. This place was horrible!!!!!

Coming here to get my manicure done was by far one of the best choices ive made. The service and price was absolutely perfect here. Definitely worth spending your money here.

They have really bad service. The nail polish was bad . And the gel started chipping and peeling off the next day . They cut my nails way way way to short. Their towels are not clean they smell really bad, you’ll wanna throw up . I recommend not coming here . Just trust me

I would give it zero stars if I could over priced and very bad work. Parts of my nails aren’t even polish and they are all different sizes. I asked for coffin shape some are coffin shape on one side and straight on the other. I told the man that one was crooked and said it was my finger. Never again will I go there.

This place sucks! I was sitting there getting my nails done for 2 hours!! You would think they would end up looking really nice. Yeah right? They took forever doing my nails and they look ugly, it looks like I tried doing my own nails. So pissed I’m never coming here again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

They do your nails on their lap which is really weird and awkward for a nail shop. They also don’t really let you see the finish product until they’re done. Not to mention they charge more for a “design”(which is basically a little line) I would not recommend. Go somewhere else and save your money and time.

This place cut 2 of my fingers which bled he was extremely rough and didn’t cover the whole nail with acrylic and only did one coat of nail polish. Didn’t clean up the excess acrylic left on my skin and the shapes weren’t all the same and some were crooked 🤦🏻‍♀️

I got acrylic nails and the lady did a horrible job lining them up. She was filing my nails and instead of doing that she filed my skin and made me bleed a lot twice. The job was not done clean it looks really ugly. And she also took like five minutes talking to her co worker and stopped doing my nails. Tbh it looks like I tried to do my own nails at home. (Edit: It’s been about 4 to 5 days and the acrylic is already coming off :( worst nail salon I’ve been to)

Another amazing gel manicure and I felt extremely accommodated. They are the best!

Walked to a nice looking place in the mall. Asked for a fill/shape/color. Picked out my color and waited. When the lady started doing my nails, which were perfectly shaped stilettos, she started complaining about how crooked my nails were and saying how she had to fix them, she literally said this about 5 times. The other nail technician was super rude to another customer. You have to wait, I dont do fake nails. So my nail tech proceeds to start my nails. I asked for coffin shaped nails. So, the color I originally picked, I was told, your nails are too long I dont have enough of that nail polish. okay cool, not a problem. She was really rough, and kept scraping my fingers with the dremel. My nails werent even filled to the cuticles. Theyre misshapen. She colored my nails and put them under the light. And then filed them again. . . What is the point of shaping them AGAIN after theyre done?? I paid 36 dollars for a fill/shape/color and my nails are not even up to par with what I got in North Carolina. I will never go back again.

This is a nice place in the mall. The are clean. The pedicure books are lined with plastic bags. The have 1 time use files and buffers. The manicurest all wear gloves. The prices are in the fair but not cheap. A basic mani pedi is $28 but they offer extras that can increases it to $66. On a Thursday afternoon I did not have to wait. So far I am very pleased with their service and would return again.

Ive only been here twice for regular mani/pedi but I like it so far. They attended me quickly both times, and the polish lasts longer than other places Ive been too. Except for the mall parking struggle, I like this place.

Went in for a manicure. Service was fast, however front desk was inattentive, did not offer me a seat or explain procedure . The lady who did my nails semi rushed, I have a lot of residual cuticle and dead skin around my nails that she skipped over . She didnt asked me how far I wanted my nails clipped down either she just clipped away. She buffed my nails very sloppily so my nails look like they have a bunch of scratches on them. Then at the end of it all they charged me 12 for a manicure an extra 5 for a buff job that was as sloppy as they come(plus she didnt tell me there was an extra charge) and 1 dollar charge for using my debit card which is illegal. Left this place moderately disappointed . Wont be back .

This place sucks. It was my 1st time ! I believe it was about 2 months ago that I did my nails here omg I so regret going in their . My nail got infected it was so embarrassed walking around like that . Thank goodness my nail got back to normal after 1 1/2 month later .After it got infected I was thinking about it and the man that did my nails had infected nails himself .!!! The work was also horrible he kept trying so hard to line them up they looked so nasty. If I can give zero stars I will.!!!! Sticking to my normal nail salon for now on I love their work !!

Bad from the start, The lady didn’t use clean fresh tools, then she rushed me to pick my color right after I got it, then she cut me multiple times, and when painting my nails she messed up multiple times and didn’t even color the whole nail properly. I will surely never go back mainly because of their prices

Terrible customer service. Called at 3 pm to make an appointment for 4 manicures. Arrive at time of appointment and they are too busy. 30 minutes later I am still waiting. Same people run both salons in the mall, same problem at both. Save your time and go somewhere else

This is the WORST salon my friends & I have been too. They are rude, sloppy && cut us so many times to the point we were bleeding. My friend was Cut 4 times and started bleeding then never said sorry or anything. I was cut 3 times and my other friends werent cut but the nails came out wrong and all messed up. Acrylic wasnt right. I wish I could give NO STAR. SAVE YOURSELF AND NEVER GO HERE

This place is the Worst.. Terrible customer service . I called to make an appointment with Jenny she said she has a open spot. I got there on time. When I got there she had other customer. I wait 40 minutes, when finally it was my time she ask me what i want i told her she was ok perfect. Minutes later other customer arrive so she just wanted to do me the manicure. And I said NO I want acrylic nails. She got so mad cut my finger. I tell her okay if youre dont want to do my nails just let me go with someone else. She ignored me. And she kept doing my nails so fast. At the end she charge me $70 because she said manicure + nails ... my acrilic nail omg they were like balls on the top of my nail I told her I never ask you for this can you fix it. She started screaming again and they starts to speak on their language. It was so embarrassing that I just paid and left. I knew Jenny for almost 17 years. But that was the last thing I pass her....

When I called them for an appointment they said I dont need to make one they are not that busy (of course..)When I showed up I still had to wait.I asked their prices, since it was my first time there.I needed a gel manicure, they told me $20.Great! Lets do it!During the service I asked the lady twice NOT TO CUT my cuticles- sure she still did it.Once done they charge me $30 and Im of course surprised and upset: whats the extra $10 for?Aaaah for MANICURE!And Im like what???So $20 for the gel but $10 if you want manicure. And Im still confused like THATS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID AT THE BEGINNING AND YOU SAID $20!And trust me its not about the extra 10, just the mentality. Took my teenagers to get a mani and pedi...$28, not bad I thought. Asked how much for callus and sea salt, the lady clearly said, for you $30. I was thinking shes giving a discount because I brought my girls too. I repeated, $30 and she said yes. The lady servicing my daughters came up to me and said, she added flowers on their toes but only charging $30 total for each instead of $33. I said, fine, since youve already done it. So now were all done, I check out their nails... omg they suck! One of my daughters still had polish on her skin. They didnt do a good job removing it. Anyway, I go to pay, the lady said $98. I told her, it should only be $90. Then the lady who did my nails yelled and said that she told me $10 more. Uhmmm. No, you said $30 and I repeated $30 and you said yes. I said, its ok. Ill pay $98. Gave them a $5 tip each and they were happy. We will never go there again. Save yourself some time and trouble, go elsewhere.

The lady cut five of my fingers and the gel was horribly applied. I would not recommend that place.

This is one of the most horrible nail salons m. Please avoid this place at all cost, I do not know where to begin. 1. All their nail polish are old and they have a limited selection to start. 2. I went last night and got a fill and pedi. I am a Cosmetologist so I know how the business works. They were nice until they tried to force me to get gel on my nails and i said no. Then they started to talk crap in vietnamese about me and i know this because of the tone and then the word gel kept being said. The lady doing my nails was yelling to the other lady accross the room and laughing. I felt like crap! Then i pay before i get my nails painted. And i tipped good too ( because obviously im in the business) and they suddenly act like im their best friends. Bad customer service. And i liked this place cuz their open late! Will never go back!
