So today I received my 2nd pair of wireless ear buds. I turned on bluetooth and connected them, and Im having the exact same problem I did with my 2st pair.. Both ear buds refuse to be utilized at once. Im only able to use one or the other, but not both. I sent an email to this company because I tried googling their number, and none was provided. They have yet to respond to my email. I dont appreciate the fact that Ive now wasted money on a 2nd pair, thinking something was wrong with the first. Im now convinced that its the product. A reply would be greatly appreciated. One star until this issue is resolved. I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase these particular ear buds. Youve been warned.
