After calling several places and being disappointed I’m glad I found pro clean. Ramiro is very good at what he does. He is a marines veteran who still works very hard and is great at what he does. He took out all the stains and odor and put more effort and time in his work and was very surprised by his work. I was about to replace the carpet but thanks to Ramiro I no longer need to. There’s no need to search for someone else, Ramiro and Pro Clean will get the job done. One thing I like is he actually came on time and spent good quality time putting a lot of effort in his work. We finally found someone reliable!Mr. Rios was very professional and honest about pricing. He has quite a bit of experience with carpet cleaning since 1988, and that shows in his services. He has a system down to maximize his pace while delivery top quality effort. He knows how to treat wool carpets, down to the temperature and amount of water to use. He is also very clean and wont leave wet carpet fibers everywhere.You wont be disappointed with Pro Clean.

So, I am a little leery of carpet cleaners. I have heard of too many horror stories and scams. we have a home carpet cleaner we use, but needed something a bit more to get our carpets clean.My wife looked around and saw the other reviews and we thought we would give it a try. Called, got a quote over the phone on a Sunday night and set an appt for Tuesday.With all the holiday traffic they were a bit late, but called and let me know what was going on. Great communication.Showed up and cleaned the carpets. We had people coming over later and because he was a little late, did some extra dry passes, carpet was nearly dry when he left.Wrote check for amount quoted and it was all done.Carpets looked great, much better than I expected for 15yo carpet with several pets.Do not hesitate.
